Chapter 760: The War of Worlds(1)

Elena suddenly felt the world around her blurring. Before she could find out what had happened, clear sight returned to his eyes.

She found herself standing in a white room with no flaws, and not far from her, two people were looking at her.

Elena didn’t have the mood to find out about them as the wave of memories was attacking her head. At that moment, she didn’t know what to feel since Clarence had been a myth all her life. He was nothing but a part of a contest.

Suddenly, her mind and heart started calming down as invisible energy spread through her consciousness and made her feel comfortable.

A few seconds later, Elena became indifferent to what she had gone through in the contest as it wasn’t real.

She then focused on the other two people present in the room. They had also returned to what they were doing before Elena’s emergence.

Because the three people were unable to sense the passage of time, the white room mysteriously began to disintegrate after an unknown amount of time had passed.

At first, the rate of disintegration was slow. Eventually, the white room began to disintegrate so rapidly that before the participants could move out of its way, the ground beneath their feet disappeared. They fell at an unprecedented speed.

As their falling speed grew, their hearts also began to calm themselves. A new piece of information began to appear in their heads.

The place they were going to fall would be the three participant’s final battleground. It would be the place where the three contestants would fight for the territory in Panagea.

The three participants were Elena, Elasha, and Eros.

Eros belonged to the Hygar race and was a regular customer. He had been coming to this store for the past fifty years without missing a single day.

Eros only had one interest in the store, and that was Panagea. Despite participating in every annual contest for decades, it was the first time he had come close to winning the territory in Panagea.

When the contest began, there were more than two hundred million participants willing to fight for the valuable territory in Panagea. But in the end, only three of them were able to conquer the four worlds and prove their superiority over others in the competition.

Each of the three had used different tactics to become the ruler of the last world. Elena used her cruelty as a feature and laid an offensive attack on the organization. Elasha became a part of the organization and slowly conquered it, and finally defeated the leader.

Eros also became a part of the organization, but his fortune seemed to be better than others as the organization leader sensed his talent and took him as a disciple. Using the status of being the organization leader’s student, it became easy for Eros to draw members of the organization toward him.

Out of the three, Eros’s way was the most peaceful, while Elena’s way resulted in the most casualties of cultivators and ordinary civilians.

As all three participants descended, they each found themselves in a different hall.

The hall looked endless as there was only a seat present there. Elena appeared in the throne-like seat prepared for her.

She then sat down and tapped on her throne three times.

The next moment, light pillars started emerging across the entirety of the hall.

When the process ended, there were millions of people present in the hall, making the endless passageway look crowded.

Elena saw many familiar faces in the crowd kneeling in front of her. It consisted of every talented member Elena had come across in the four worlds during her journey in the contest.

The closest people to her throne were the organization leader and the eleven faction leaders.

“Stand up,” Elena ordered as a calm look appeared on her face. Now that she knew her actual identity, her heart had become calm. She was nervous about being so close to winning the territory, but at the same time, she also knew it was only her first attempt at the annual event. There were many people who had been attempting to win the land in Panagea for several years.

It wasn’t to demotivate her or decrease the value of her efforts over these few centuries, but it was to make her know that it wasn’t her final act. She couldn’t grow chaotic to win and then make some bad decisions, which may affect her chances of winning the contest.

All the people present in the hall were completely loyal to Elena, so Elena didn’t need to use those fear tactics again. She only needed to use her mind and the people in her camp to win. The leader couldn’t personally contest, but only people whom she had defeated or were under her rule in any of the four worlds would.

All three participants didn’t have the same number of people in their camp since some participants used lesser people to gain control while some used an abundant amount of people.

Eros was on the good side as he had used the least possible resources to conquer the fourth world, which came to bite him at this moment.

Even though the hall had all the people he had defeated, including the organization leader and the eleven faction leaders, the number of people in her camp was way lesser than the two other participants.

Eros had a gloomy smile on his face seeing the number of people standing in his camp. The piece of information clearly stated the process of the people appearing in the base. Even though Eros didn’t know how the other two participants had won, he still couldn’t help but worry as not all would win in the same way.

Elena got the most advantages from these rules since she had the most number of people in her organization in the fourth world. There were many deaths due to her plans and anger, so to replenish them, her organization continuously gathered members. When combined, they became a horrifying force.

Aakesh had considered this situation in his mind while making the rules. But after thinking for a while, Aakesh didn’t do anything to tweak the rules since the number of people in their command was the result of their action. It would be unfair to the participant to tweak the rules to decrease the strength of the stronger party.
