Chapter 739 Wedding Bells

Chapter 739 Wedding Bells

The next day, the wedding bells were already ringing from the Fu family house.

Because of Meixu's special day, the entire house was decorated with wedding items and melodious songs signifying what kind of celebration it is, played in the background.

Early in the morning, Meixu was already up. Her eyes looked tired, but her body was not. She never knew that she would be unable to get some sleep a day to her special day.

If counting seriously how many hours of sleep she managed to get, it wouldn't even reach an hour.

She kept on seeing scenes of her own wedding each time she closed her eyes and tried to force herself to sleep.

No matter how she tried to distract her thoughts, she failed. She could only leave her fate to her thoughts.

Meixu didn't need anyone to wake her up that morning because she has long been waiting for the day to break.

Just as she got off the bed, FangSu and Fu ChuHua stepped into her bedroom.

When FangSu saw her eyes, she sighed and said, "I don't think the bride-to-be even got a wink of sleep last night. Aunty, let's get her dressed."

FangSu said the last part of her sentence with her gaze on Fu ChuHua.

Fu ChuHua responded with a smile and clapped her hands. The servants who were standing outside the door got that as a sign to step in, and so, they walked in with some items in their hands.

When they met Meixu's surprise gaze, they bowed slightly before continuing in their steps towards her bathroom.

"Am I receiving a special bath section today?" Meixu asked.

"Of course. Today is your special day, let's bring out your best look." FangSu said with a wink.

While Meixu was getting ready, Jia Li was also personally helping Jasmine to get ready.

Jasmine seemed annoyed to have been woken up from her sleep so early in the morning. The little girl was currently crying without being beaten, just because her mother wanted to bathe her.

"Jasmine, I'm telling you to stop crying, but you don't want to listen. Do you want to be an ugly little bride?" Jia Li asked as she took off her clothes and carried her into her bathroom.

Jasmine's response was to continue crying. No matter how much effort she put in to make her stop crying, it didn't work.

At last, Jia Li had to bathe her quickly before asking her servant to get her dressed, while she sat on the bed with a deep sigh.

When Fu Hua walked in, he saw Jasmine cleaning her tears with her gaze on her mother.

"Who hit my little princess?" Fu Hua asked as he lifted the half-dressed little girl in his arms.

On hearing that questions, Jasmine immediately pointed toward Jia Li's direction. And Jia Li couldn't help chuckling at her actions.

"Your mummy hit you?" Fu Hua glanced at Jia Li before moving his fake surprising have back to the little girl in his arms.

Jasmine didn't respond, but only continued to gaze at her mother before looking away and lowering her head to her father's shoulder.

Her mother didn't hit her, so how could she say that? The little girl understood what beating meant so she couldn't lie.

Since she didn't respond and surrendered to him, Fu Hua kissed her forehead and comforted her. When she was finally calm and willing to leave his embrace he finished dressing her up by himself.

Glancing at herself in the mirror, the little girl inspected her dress with interest before asking for her tiara.

Seeing how much of in a hurry she was, Jia Li asked her to calm down and wait for the hairstylist to come and do her hair.

When the hairstylist came over, she did a simple hairstyle for Jasmine and helped her with light make-up for toddlers, before placing her tiara on her head.

Now, the little girl was free to move about. Jasmine looked so beautiful in her white little bride's dress.

In between dressing up, her Nanny fed her some food, so she was not hungry, but half an hour before they were to leave the house, she was fed some light healthy snacks.

No one wanted the little girl to get hungry and start crying for it. First of all, it wasn't normal, and secondly, her cries were annoying.

There was a specially customized handbag Jasmine was carrying, but what she didn't know, was that her mother had put a few pieces of chocolate in them.

The reason Jia Li did not let her know about it, was so that her thoughts wouldn't be on it, and make her distracted and impatient with it.

The only reason Jia Li put those pieces of chocolates in her bag, was so that she could hand them to her when she was tired.

Currently, all the members of the Fu family were already dressed and were on their way outside when Fu Juan walked over, dressed in the outfit she had long prepared for the special day.

No one said anything to her apart from when they were all getting into their cars, arranged in a convoy.

Fu Juan had to join Grandfather Fu in one car, under the instruction of Fu Lei.

Together, the entire Fu family left in 6 cars, while Lanying watched from the window as she gripped the curtains.

Immediately the cars disappeared from her sight, she screamed out of frustration and muttered angrily, "Should I hold my own wedding and not invite any one of you?!"

She was very pissed that she was deserted, and instead of blaming it on herself for her previous actions, she blamed it on the entire Fu family.

After getting angry, She left her room and went to the dining room to seat and ordered for breakfast.

"I want to try on every dish that was prepared today, I feel a little nostalgic and don't know what exactly to eat," Lanying said with a calm face at the servant before her.

The servant looked a little lost and was about to reply to her, but the housekeeper appeared, which gave her a deep relief.
