Chapter 547 - 547 I never killed her!

547 I never killed her!

DANG!

One bullet from Javier was enough to kill the man on the bed. His eyes opened and he laid on the bed as Shirley screamed in fear, “NO! NO! H-how.. can you.. why did you kill him.!?!”

“Shirley, cut the crap now!” This time, Javier raised his voice. Just from that tone, Shirley guessed his identity, “Javier.. Charles, both of you are doing a criminal thing!”

“As if both of your brothers and father are very clean people?”

Shirley had no words to revolt back to what Javier said. Her lips trembled as her gaze moved to look at the body on the bed. “You have killed.. both of you are criminals..”

Neither Charles or Javier found it necessary to react to her accusation. They both looked at each other before nodding.

Javier took a step forward which frightened Shirley again, “Don’t come near me! I...I will..kill you!”

Suddenly, Shirley brought a gun from her back and pointed it straight at Javier’s chest. Her eyes were filled with extreme fear but it didn’t put them in any disadvantage.

Javier’s lips pursed tightly as his eyes turned smoky, “Stop the drama, Shirley..”

.....

“I’m not kidding, Javier! Yo-You.. will not leave this place unhampered! I will kill both of you right now. Don’t come forward..”

“Then use the gun and fire, right now.” Javier wasn’t afraid.

He had taken the other step, and Shirley only took aback. She continued with her bluff but it didn’t occur to her to fire the bullet. However, when her grip had suddenly tightened around the trigger, Javier’s eyes narrowed.

He immediately ran to her before snatching the gun from her hands and pointing it against her head from back.

Shirley was shocked. Her mind ran through different lanes of thoughts but nothing seemed to fit, “Y-You were sent by Shawn, right? Why? Do both of you even know what you are doing?”

“Don’t take me as a fool. I know both of you have kept Shawn somewhere and aren’t telling me. Wait for Shawn to come, he won’t let you off..”

“Do you think he will save you after knowing your background? That you are the daughter of Phoenix’s last head and step sister of the current head?” This time, Charles smiled at her foolishness.

He was staring at her vivid expressions and it only turned interesting.

However, without waiting for Shirley to react, Charles interrupted, “We don’t have time for your shit. Tell us where’s your brother and father?”

Shirley looked at them suddenly and replied, “Do you think you will ask me and I will tell you? Hah, never!”

“Oh really?” Javier asked but it didn’t take long when he attacked her head from back with the edge of the gun.

“Ah!” She screamed and held her head. A scorching pain relapsed on her mind and it didn’t take long enough for her eyes to feel dizzy.

“Don’t think we will not kill you, Shirley.” Javier warned her. His voice was hoarse which added to his threat to become more serious.

At the same time, Shirley realized the gravity of the situation. She had nothing to say and seeing this, both the brothers gave each a look. Javier finally lifted her from the ground to drag her on the ground and brought her out of the room.

“Leave me! Javier!” She felt her hair was almost going to be pulled out today. Javier left no mercy in pulling her without thinking twice. “You won’t tell us like this, will you?” Javier kept his gun pointed to her and continued to drag her through the floors.

She was screaming at the height of her throat. Unfortunately, all the soldiers on her floor were killed due to the blast.

When Shirley came across the dead body, her urge to puke increased. However, the pain on her head didn’t let her wish to be defined.

Javier and Charles continued to check all the other rooms and kept dragging Shirley along with them. While Shirley did yell for the plea from her brother and father, they didn’t appear so easily.

At the end, when Javier and Charles realized that they were tight on time and it would be morning in hours, they needed to rush with their task now.

Finally, Javier brought Shirley to one of the rooms and made her sit on one of the chairs. She was tied on it with the ropes and then placed the chair in the middle of the huge and big room.

“Brother! Father!!! Please come, save me from these two idiots! Pleasee!” Shirley continued to yell but there was no help for her.

Seeing her helplessness, a huge smile caressed Charles’s face. A cold glare escaped from his eyes when he said, “Scream as much as you can. Our mother should also be able to hear your screams and be happy in heaven.”

Hearing his words eyes widened. Her yells stopped that moment. Meanwhile Shirley traced her eyes to find him smiling, “M-Mother....Alice....”

“Did you think we are never gonna find out about her accident?” He laughed at her innocence, “She was our mother, she gave birth to us. Even if that bastard husband of yours stopped finding out about her death, we never left our hopes down. And look at you, we are finally successful.”

All these words acted as the arrow that hit Shirley’s heart. Her cries stopped this instant and face was now filled with ghosts, “Alice.... I-I never killed her!”

“Your brother did on your behalf with your father’s instruction.” This time, Javier answered, finding it all ridiculous, “Shirley, our mother had already left father. Why did you need to kill her? Why?!”

For the next few minutes, Shirley kept her head down. She didn’t respond to Javier’s question but found herself more ridiculed.

Seeing her downcasted shoulders, Javier continued to question, “She never harmed you and left you to be happy with your husband. Why did you kill her?!”

“Because she deserves that! She was a fucking bi*ch that should have left this earth for good!”
