In the department of gynecology and obstetrics of the hospital, Sophia kept checking her phone from time to time nervously on the bench.

Yesterday Ethan promised to accompany her to the hospital for a pregnancy check, but she had been waiting for an hour and a half and still hadn't seen Ethan.

Ethan looked at the dowdy fellow in the mirror and couldn't help thinking of the man who kissed Paige last night. All of a sudden, he felt very self-abased.

He was nobody to Paige! He was even inferior to that man from underclass!

"Wake up! Only by getting yourself stronger can you make others think highly of you. You will never succeed if you continue to be empty-headed like now!"

It was a good wake-up call to Ethan in that Ethan clenched his fists and said, "I can make it! I can be strong!"

It was another forty minutes before Elizabeth and Ethan made it to the hospital.

Elizabeth watched Sophia's blood drawn for examination in person.

It took two hours to get the results and the doctor said "congratulations!"

When it was confirmed that Sophia was pregnant, Elizabeth looked unpredictable.

Previously, she suspected Sophia wasn't pregnant.

Now that it was real, they had to think it over carefully.

She could allow Sophia to give birth to the baby, but that did not mean she would allow Sophia to marry Ethan.

Sophia had nothing left after the scandal, and it made the matter much worse that she was driven out

of the Anderson family by Liam.

Paige sent her resume to several firms at noon. She couldn't stay in the company any longer.

Joseph worked for James in Wolf Group, and Paige selected a company around them for interview. So she could go to work with Joseph every day if she succeed.

After that, she kept herself busy with cleaning the room and doing the laundry, tired but happy.

She had just cleaned up the room when Bob called, "What are you doing, babe?"

Joseph, dressed in whole suit, and James were out of Wolf Group Building one after another. James's car was parked at the portal.

A man respectfully opened the door when they got there.

Joseph and James got into the car. Both sat in the back seats and then sped away. This scene made Paige inexplicably feel strange. Joseph said he was the driver for James. In that case, why would anyone else need to drive for them?
