After posting the message, James did not immediately leave but instead stayed to observe their reactions.
Seeing that no one believed him, he scratched his nose.
Then, he posted another message.
[I am James Caden of Wyrmstead. I am still alive, and I have returned. On Mount Bane, I annihilated Matias Judah, the man who slaughtered dozens from the state of Japura and fought against many Overworld Outsiders.]
[I fought Xain Judah, Samarth Carter, Wynter Freya, Yandel Harlow, and Leandro Xamir to a standstill alone, thereby earning the right to enter negotiations with them. In the end, I managed to obtain many benefits for us all.]
James briefly described the situation on the forum.
The message dropped like a bombshell. In just a few minutes, many commented on his post. However, most of them indicated their disbelief.
Seeing that no one believed his words, James could not help but sigh. Then, he simply ignored the whole matter altogether. After all, he had tried his best.
“Mother.” James looked at Xandra.

James did not deny that.
“Is something the matter?’ Xandra asked.
James asked, “I heard from Grandfather and Uncle that you’ll be demonized after using True Energy?”
“Mhm.” Xandra nodded and said, “It’s due to the Phoenix blood inside my body. Although it brought me great strength, my blood will churn once I catalyze True Energy. When that happens, I’ll slowly lose consciousness. However, after cultivating Ataraxia, my condition has improved. Now, I’m able to suppress the Demonic Energy inside.”
Hearing this, James furrowed his eyebrows.

one reached a certain strength, the Demonic Energy inside one’s body would lose control, and the individual would experience Energy Deviation after failing to suppress it. The custodian also told James he could bring people like Thea to the Chamber of Scriptures to purity their Demonic Energy.
“Mother, your condition is worrying. You’re experiencing the same things as Thea did back then. You’ll be in mortal danger if this continues. I know someone who can purify Demonic Energy. Once everything here’s resolved, I’ll bring you there to purify your Demonic Energy. Thea is also there at the moment,” James said
“Mhm.” Xandra nodded. She had complete trust in James. There was no way James would ever harm her.
James looked at her and said, smiling. “Mother, this only happened because you’re a genius who possesses the Supreme Spiritual Root. Someone like you is able to cultivate anything in a short amount of time. You’re the hope of humanity.”
“Pfft!” Xandra could not control her laughter. “I’m not as impressive as you say.”
“I’m speaking the truth,” James said seriously. “Only those who can experience Energy Deviation after consuming the blood of the Four Holy Beasts are true geniuses.”
“Alright, I believe in you.”
Xandra did not argue with James.
Then, they began discussing current affairs, the Four Holy Beasts, and the enemy’s conspiracy.
