“You did well.” Langston patted James‘ shoulder and said, “You really made Earth proud. After this battle, no one would dare look down on we earthlings again.”
Thomas asked, “James, what was that cultivation method? How did your strength increase so drastically in such a short amount of time?”
James smiled and said, “I’m just fortunate, that’s all. Alright now, I should return to Wyrmstead as soon as possible.”
Then, he grabbed Thea’s arm and turned to leave. Soon, they were out of sight of the earthlings.
On the outskirts of Mount Bane, James and Thea were walking side by side when Thea glanced at him and asked, “Darling, what was that cultivation method?”
James answered her truthfully with a smile on his face, saying, “It’s a signature cultivation method I cultivated in the Celestial Abode. Over the past month, I’ve been cultivating inside the Time Chamber. Though only a month has passed in the outside world, I’ve been cultivating inside for seven years and a half.”
“Mhm.” Thea nodded.
She knew that James owned the Celestial Abode and that there was a Time Chamber inside.
The two hurriedly left Mount Bane.
Soon, they arrived at Wyrmstead, currently the safest country on Earth. That was because the Black Dragon Army was comprised of martial artists. Although they were weak, with most of them being first– rank martial artists, they could deal with the mutated animals just fine with the help of high–tech weaponry.
