However, Henrik was not intimidated.
Meanwhile, James was dumbfounded by Henrik’s sudden appearance.
‘Henrik?! Why is Henrik here? The person who taught my teacher? Does that mean his teacher is one of Yukia’s disciples?’ thought James.

Henrik turned around and looked at James who had called out in delight. He stepped back slightly and said, “Hey, I’m only interfering because I didn’t like how he’s bullying someone weaker than him. Who’re you calling your Bro? Don’t suddenly act like we’re friends. You’re not qualified to be a brother of mine.”

‘What’s going on? Henrik doesn’t seem to recognize me.’

His answer told James that the current Henrik was not from the future.
It was no wonder Henrik was really friendly with him during their first encounter in the future. They had already previously met in the Primeval Age. Thus, the future Henrik had already experienced everything that was taking place currently in the Primeval Age.
Following that logic, everything was already predetermined and would not change in the future. Otherwise, future Henrik’s experiences would be different, and that would violate the universe’s rules.

Henrik nodded and said, “I know.”
He was already aware that James was from the Twelfth Universe.
He knew the Twelfth Universe had only sent one person to the Thirteenth Universe, and that person was James Caden.
However, he had no idea about James’ background. He was simply ordered to head to the new universe and meet up with James.
James still was intrigued by everything.
When they first met, Henrik knew about future events, including Brielle becoming the first person to reach the Emperor Rank in the Apocalypse Age. Back then, James was skeptical and even suspected that Henrik was from the far future.
In spite of that, he encountered Henrik in the Primeval Age. Thus, James surmised that Henrik was not from the future but instead, someone who had lived for a very long time.

Meanwhile, Stanley stared on angrily.

Henrik glared at him and said, “You’ll have to get past me first.”
A horrifying burst of energy erupted from Henrik.
Henrik’s energy consisted of nine kinds of powers. His aura was not inferior to Stanley's. In fact, Henrik seemed stronger than Stanley.
Stanley immediately lunged at him.
“Stand back.”
Henrik shouted at James, then stepped forward to deflect Stanley’s attack.
James hurriedly stepped away.
