Chapter 1824 Logan’s Unique Ideas

However, when Logan prepared the toys, Lola couldn’t stop nagging, saying he was too much.

How’s this exaggerated? Logan couldn't understand. Becoming a father for the first time is exciting, and it’s surely something that everyone understands.

Next, Logan took Ian and Cindy to look at the crib he had prepared. Naturally, the crib had all the bells and whistles too. Cindy looked at the things Logan had prepared and really thought he was exaggerating. How could Lola endure him? No matter how rich he is, he can't act like this.

Before Logan had finished introducing them to this room, Lola came up to inform them that the meal was ready.

Cindy could see that Lola was as speechless as she was about the whole preparing-for-a-baby situation. Then, Lola said, "Just tell me, is he showing off a bit too much? Look at the things he prepared! I couldn’t even stop him. Ain’t gonna lie, but I really want to beat him up."

Logan scratched his neck and replied, "Nonsense, I’m just well-prepared. I want to put a 3D modeling projection here too, and then those projections can be brought out at night to keep the children company."

Lola snorted at once. "Really? Isn’t that a little creepy?"

However, Logan didn't really find it creepy. He thought he could make a model of himself and Lola here,

guarding the child by the bed. In that way, the child would feel secure. Certainly, Logan's thoughts were somewhat incomprehensible to others.

Lola didn't want to talk any nonsense with him, so she quickly told Ian and Cindy to go downstairs for dinner. With that, Logan followed them downstairs and asked doggedly as he walked, “Guys, now that you’ve seen the design of my children's room, don’t you think it’s absolutely astonishing?” Say yes! Please say yes!

However, Ian and Cindy did not comment. John and Sophia had probably seen the children's room, so once Ian and Cindy came down, John laughed and said, "It’s astonishingly shocking, right?"

Ian nodded. "It surprised me."

However, this was normal of Logan, as it was what he usually did. Logan clicked his tongue twice and said to John, "Don't drag others down with you. Ian likes the children's room I prepared very much, and he just kept complimenting me on my unique ideas."

Ian showed no expression as he replied, "Your ideas are really unique.”

Lola’s parents didn't join them for dinner. Knowing that the youngsters would likely want to hang out, they cooked and ate their dinner upstairs by themselves. Logan had prepared a lot of very high-end red wine, saying that he wanted to get drunk tonight. After all, Ian was leaving the next day, so after tonight's dinner, nobody knew when they could get together again next time.

Therefore, no one refused. All men drank wine, while the women drank juice. Cindy didn't talk much at first because she was more of an introvert. Although she was familiar with these people and had eaten dinner together with them last time, she couldn’t laugh and ate like they were old friends. However,

Sophia and Lola still took good care of her. While the men gathered at a table to eat and drink, Sophia and Lola chatted with her.

The meal lasted all the way until midnight, and of course, everyone drank too much. Soon, Aurora got away from the table and went to watch TV. As for Cindy, she chatted with Sophia and Lola at the dinner table, then listened to Lola talk about Logan’s day-to-day shenanigans.

Logan was really reckless as he was rich. When Lola was certified to be pregnant, Logan bought all the baby clothes and almost emptied a pregnancy product and baby item store. Then, Lola said with a smile, "My storage room is full of baby products, and every time I see it, I get a headache."

Hearing that, Sophia said from the side, "But this can also prove that Logan honestly cares about you."

Cindy nodded too. "Yes, you see, most of the things he does revolve around you."
