Valerie took many days off.

Mica was worried about her.

Mica even went to find Sophie and asked her about Valerie’s home address.

But Sophie answered him impatiently because she didn’t care.

Sophie showed Mica Valerie’s family information.

Mica perused the documents many times.

However, he didn’t find Valerie’s home address.

“Why doesn’t it have her home address?”

Mica was confused and worried.

That morning, when Valerie was surrounded by the group of girls, Mica knew Valerie was targeted.

The next day, Mica couldn’t find Valerie.

He looked back at Derek and calmed himself down, walking toward him.

“Do you know where Valerie’s home is?”

Derek looked at Mica and smiled.

“What? Aren’t you her friend? You don’t even know where she lives?”

Derek’s arrogance made Mica nervous.

Mica’s expression changed, and he no longer looked nice.

He gloomily stared into Derek’s dark eyes.

They remained silent, but no one in the class dared to walk over.

“What is going on?”

“I don’t know. I am scared!”

“I just went to the bathroom. I didn’t dare to enter through the back door, so I took a detour.”

“Was Mica like this before?”

“I don’t know, but I am sure he changed because of Valerie.”

“Why didn’t she come?”

“I don’t know. Maybe she is sick?”

The students were guessing what was happening.

Mica and Derek stared into each other’s eyes for a long time before relaxing.

“Alright, I guess you don’t know, either.”

“How can you be so sure about that?”

Derek chuckled.

Mica rolled his big eyes at him.

“If you knew, you would mock me. I know you.”

Derek was defeated.

Mica won.

Alright, Mica was right about Derék.

It didn’t feel good to be seen through.

Derek had been arrogant just now, but now he was angry.

Mica saw Derek’s face become hostile.

Valerie was at home and taken care of carefully by Jayvion. Her complexion was getting better.

Valerie looked at the devices and a half–rusty sachet on her table.

Since she was reborn, she felt satisfied and full for the first–time.

“Who is it?”

“It’s me.”

Bruce’s voice sounded

Valerie, who was resting, quickly stood up and hid all the things on her table. Then she went to open the door.

“What do you want?”

“I am here to talk to you about the reality show.”

Valerie raised her brows

“So soon?”

Bruce didn’t ask for her permission and entered her room, sitting on her bed.

She couldn’t help but frown.

What the hell?

She would ask Jayvion to throw away the sheet later.

“This is your personal bank card. Your appearance fee will be transferred into it.”

Bruce studied her expression and gave her the card under the files.

Then her expression was no longer gloomy

She cheered up.

She didn’t hide her joy

Bruce’s heart softened when he saw her smile.

Valerie was quite cute this way.

He handed the files to her.

“This is the location of the shooting. Take a look. The environment is bad. See if you can accept it.”

Valerie took the file and perused it.

“I am fine with it. We have a deal. Is the shooting about to start?”

Valerie said in a flat tone, but Bruce, who was still sitting on the bed, didn’t know how to reply.

“When will the shooting start?”

“It will probably start the day after tomorrow. Someone will come and pick you up. By then, the show will be recorded.

“Tucker will be your father in the show…”

Valerie’s eyes lit up. She didn’t hear clearly what Bruce said next…
