Liam told the photographers to pause the shoot.

After Blake went to the dressing room upstairs, she lay on the couch. without wanting to move. “I’ll go

change.”

“Do you need me to help you?” Liam asked.

Blake was stunned for a moment.

It was just an instinctive offer from Liam; he did not think much of it.

He continued to say, “Sorry, I was…”

“It’s okay. Come help me unzip; I can’t reach it,” Blake interrupted.

She thought, ‘Since I’ve made the decision, Liam and I will be a

married couple from now on. After all, it’s just my body; he’d already

seen it last time.’

Blake held Liam’s hand and walked into the changing room.

Unexpectedly, he leaned over, pressing her against the door, and held

her chin as he kissed her.

He said, “Blake, no matter what happens in the future, I’ll always be

loyal to you.”

Blake smiled slightly. “Okay. I trust you, the very nice Mr. Xander.”

The promise of ‘always be loyal’ was more valuable to Liam than the

vows declared by the priest in the church.

Blake believed Liam would be a good husband. She thought, ‘Actually,

everyone is right. Liam is indeed someone worth marrying to spend a

lifetime with.”

When she walked out of the changing room, her cheeks were flushed.

After she asked about the location of the washroom, she quickly ran there without daring to look at

Liam again.

She did not expect Liam, who was composed and reserved, to do something so embarrassing.

After she reached the restroom, the first thing she did was wash her hands. After that, she went to the

toilet. She then walked out and

stood at the sink. When she turned off the faucet and looked up, she saw someone behind her

unexpectedly.

Kevin was dressed in a suit, exuding an aura of being unapproachable

as usual.

When Blake saw him, their eyes met. Her heart could not help but skip

a beat.

Feeling the pain in her chest, Blake grabbed a few pieces of tissue to wipe her hands. She put on a

nonchalant smile before turning around confidently and walking to Kevin calmly. “It’s been a while. I

didn’t expect you to be doing so well.”

However, at this moment, Audrey’s voice came from the other end of the corridor. “Kevin, I accidentally

lost the ring.”

She walked around the corner and saw the two of them. She was stunned for a moment before saying

composedly, “You two probably have a lot to talk about. I’ll leave you alone.”

However, Blake stopped Audrey. “It’s okay, Ms. Parker. I just want to

clarify that Liam and I have already married. We’re officially a married

couple. Whatever happened between Kevin and me was in the past; I don’t think we’ll meet again in

the future.

“I wish you both a lifetime of happiness together.”

Blake seemed to genuinely move on. She turned around and left

without looking back. After she walked out of the corridor from the

restroom, she saw Liam, who had been waiting for her for some time.

Blake instinctively reached out to hold Liam’s arm. “Handsome, what should we eat at home tonight?”

He did not mind her calling him that. He replied, “What do you feel like eating? I can cook for you!”

“Let’s plan our honeymoon trip together tonight, okay?”

“Sure.”

Liam was the one who drove them back to the apartment.
