Chapter 2869 Vicente Fuller
"You look different this time, Senior," said the black-haired young man, as they crossed the space-time distortion between the dimension where the level 127 True Celestial still was and Hell.
"Many things have changed since those two encounters we had," Minos said as he looked at the boy's body, which had a special form of power quite different from what he was used to. Even so, Minos could feel and understand this boy's powers, regardless of whether he cultivated spiritual energy, mana, Qi, chakra, or any other name given to cultivable forms of energy.
In the eyes of the strongest, the only thing that mattered was using these essences to strengthen their foundations and qualitatively elevate their souls and physiques. The how didn't really matter.
Precisely by seeing through the boy, Minos could tell exactly what his powers were and his compatibility with Hell.
"You've improved a lot too... Before, you were like an ordinary insect. Now you're more like a praying mantis."
The boy with the long black hair looked at Minos out of the corner of his eye, not knowing whether to thank him or feel bad.
"Thank you..." He said nonetheless.
Minos then went straight to the subject that mattered now. "We'll reach Hell in a few seconds. As I promised you before, now I'll take you to Hell for a while. But I won't be by your side. I have a mission for you."
"A mission?" The young man didn't like how this conversation was developing. "I'm afraid I might end up disappointing you, Senior. The difference between us is still too great."
That was for sure. The way this boy was now, he was at most a Sovereign in Minos' eyes.
"You're still too weak to influence my plans, but that could change. A great
opportunity will soon present itself to you. Just follow what you think will be best for you and eventually you'll be able to help me."
The boy frowned, not quite understanding where this was leading. Minos was being rather vague with him.
'What kind of mission is this? Is it just for me to follow my instincts?' he wondered. Minos then said, "Anyway, when you find a method of escaping Hell, avoid performing that Banishing Ritual again. You have too much affinity with Hell and some powerful Devil might notice you.
Not everyone will be as kind to you as I am. Some would enslave you, while others would recognize your potential and kill you. Some of them are stronger than me, so be smart!"
"Stronger than the Senior?" The young man asked as he narrowed his eyes tightly. As far as he was concerned, Minos was already very close to the limit of his cultivation!
His move carlier to stop the opponent who had forced him into the Banishing Ritual was ample proof of that.
'Are there beings even stronger than this Transcendental?' wondered the young man with the long black hair.
"Exactly," Minos said, watching the road ahead end, reviewing the position where he would arrive a few moments later, where his women were waiting tensely for him.
"We're running out of time. Don't throw the chance you'll have in a few moments and do as I say. We'll have to split up soon, but we'll see each other again before too long."
"All right." The boy said, with no choice but to do so. "By the way, I'm Vicente Fuller. May I ask your name, Senior?"
"Minos Stuart." Minos looked at the boy who, next to him, looked like a child not only because of his weaker cultivation but also his small physical size.
Almost 80 centimeters taller than Vicente, Minos seemed like a giant next to the young magician.
The two arrived in Hell in Minos' macabre carriage, which immediately lost its traces of darkness with their return.
Minos felt his powers increase while he was back in Hell, but he focused on watching his women, each of whom sighed in relief that he had returned in time.
The time wasn't long, though. They were on the threshold between escaping in time and being caught!
As the three ran to their side, Vicente sensed the surrounding elements, while some of his skills seemed to resonate with their surroundings. He observed the vast point of Hell where they had arrived with his eyes narrowed, seeming to recognize this place with one of his essences.
"That feeling... He felt enchanted, feeling like he was at home, happier than ever.
Not only did he feel different, everyone around Vicente felt something, too. It was as if Hell itself was in a good mood, welcoming the newest member of its diabolical forces! Minos smiled as he saw a little of what he had already predicted would happen. He showed for Abby to go ahead. "Start. There's no more time. Vicente will carry one of your crowns and go on his own journey through Hell."
The black-haired boy looked at Abby, seeing the blue hair of this rocky-skinned black woman, something that reminded him of Nova. But he stayed focused on the present, looking forward to what was about to happen, as Abby formed a crown of darkness in one of her hands.
"Don't fight it. It'll be quick," she said, making him think he had any chance of resisting.
But as soon as he had finished listening to Abby's words, a hand touched one of his shoulders and when he looked back, another hand placed a crown on his head. After that, the absorption process began, with the boy falling to his knees on the floor, shaking vigorously.
Minos kept an eye on his surroundings, still a little worried about having to fight enemies too close to him. Ruth and Gloria were equally worried, but Abby relieved them with her next words.
"This youth was born for Hell. His affinity with the dimension is almost perfect," she said with an incredulous look. "At the same time, he has something in him that seems completely opposed to this dimension... I wouldn't be surprised if we saw him in the Upper Realm in the future!"
"That's quite a compliment," Minos said with a bitter smile. "But he's a good talent. I'll give him that.""
"How much longer do we have to wait?" Gloria asked, breaking out in a cold sweat in her black form.
"Just one more minute. He's already finishing absorbing my secondary crown." Abby said, as a small hourglass glowed around Vicente's body.
