Chapter 687: A Flood of Murderous Spirit

With the eleven divine sons executed, this part of the territorial waters grew still. None of the sea monsters dared to come nearer because they were here.
The seawater was dyed red and full of blood. When alive these divine sons were in their human forms. After materializing their true forms, some had transformed into ferocious beasts with malevolent fangs and thick plates of armor. There were also dazzlingly bright birds of prey with feathers as hard as metal.
However, they crumbled in an instant as the Sword of Reincarnation eroded them away completely and their bodies and souls disintegrated.
“I accidentally killed them when I should’ve captured two of them and taken them back. It’ll improve my brothers’ meals.” Chu Feng calmed down, and his fury had quietened.
Starting a massacre here with his sword in hand had lessened his heart’s wrath.
The eleven divine sons had been keeping watch here over the vast Eastern Sea with no one else about. Apart from the sound of the waves, there were no other noises here.
Whoosh!
Chu Feng, being as fast as lightning, was too quick. Striding on top of the surface of the sea, he covered hundreds of miles in the twinkling of an eye and approached a foggy area. This certainly wasn’t where Mount Eternal was located.
“Sure enough, there are still others!”
Chu Feng noticed a group of people wandering around outside the dense fog. He was surprised that they had already traced their way here. These foreign evolvers were rather remarkable to have found this place.
However, the dense fog was odd. Many who had entered were unable to find Mount Eternal. In fact, some had disappeared completely and never again reemerged.
“You stupid cow, come out! I’ll spare your life and make you my mount!”
An ear-piercing voice as well as a hearty laughter sounded from the other side of the fog. There was a big multi-colored ship with lots of different equipment on board. These included heat weapons and more complicated treasures such as flying swords.
This was an interstellar pirate ship. There were now crooks mixed in with the honest folk in these waters, and there were all kinds of evolvers, too. A small team sent by pirates across the universe had also advanced onto Earth. They wanted to profit from the misfortune.
Mount Eternal acted as the demon race’s sacred area and was a place dedicated toward the cultivation of demonic saints. As it was full of fortunes, many influences were envious of it. Yet unfortunately, the conditions to enter into it was too demanding, and the restrictions were stringent.
“You toad, you’re always claiming you have the lineage of a divine beast. Come out if you have the guts to. I’ll let your blood run to see if it’s true!”
The sound of a burly man laughing recklessly sounded from the pirate ship. Others followed suit and laughed with him.
Immediately, Chu Feng’s eyes sharpened. They were already at his door, blocking it from outside of the dense fog. The situation was too oppressing!
Chu Feng was familiar with Yellow Ox’s, Big Ol’ Black’s, and Ouyang Feng’s temperaments. As long as they could still fight, they would definitely refuse to resentfully remain in hiding. They wouldn’t be able to stand the foreigner’s impudence and dishonor.
“My fellows, these are some of the specialties from Penglai. Please have some. ” In the near distance, a large ship came forth. They were fairly courteous and presented those on the pirate ship with food, drinks, and fruits.
Chu Feng’s gaze was terrifying and all of a sudden his aura soared rapidly. This alerted some throughout these territorial waters, and it felt as if an immemorial beast was rousing.
“Everyone, be careful. Report to others promptly if the situation doesn’t seem right. At that time the Myriad Star Physique Xu Chengxian and the Innocuous Divine Physique will appear to solve any inconveniences,” someone said in a low voice.
“What’s there to be scared of? They’re just a bunch of turtles who are already disabled from our allies’ attacks. Who would dare not give in when over a hundred evolver sects join forces together? Those little demons on the island aren’t capable of racking up a storm. You’re left to die!”
Another large ship appeared with a couple of saint children and saintesses on board. They were drinking wine right then and were rather relaxed.
Holding a wine cup, one of them smiled and said, “We came to hunt, and our trip would be worthwhile if we managed to obtain Mount Eternal’s fortunes from them.”
There was a beautiful, enchanting woman on the ship. She smiled gently and said, “Chu Feng is so scared he doesn’t even dare to show his face. They say he’s in the universe, but I think he’s too much of a coward to show up. They exaggerate him; it seems that he’s nothing more than this.”
Suddenly on the interstellar pirates’ big multi-colored ship a boorish pirate stood up and laughed heartily. He said, “Demon King Chu? Nonsense. He has run away and if he dares return I’ll beat him up so much that he’ll be scared witless. I’ll make him wait upon me!”
Even those from Penglai were laughing. They weren’t listening at all and completely didn’t regard themselves as native evolvers. They were thinking and considering things from a foreigner’s point of view.
Bang!
Chu Feng came forth. He had watched these arrogant individuals as they stopped there daringly and chat deliriously. He immediately attacked.
Chi!
He switched to a bronze sword. It had a dazzling sword brilliance which rose drastically and resembled a bolt of lightning soaring toward the horizon. Dangerous and violent, it was gaudy yet magnificent as it struck.
“Ah...” Those from Penglai screeched miserably. This was a supply ship which provided convenience for their ally forces in the outer realms, delivering tea, wine, and food.
The evolvers on the ship were not of high cultivation. The entire ship blew up as the sword qi streaked across it. Following this, those on board collapsed as the sword qi turned them into a bloody mist.
Some of the wine jugs and precious dishes were drawn by an indescribable power and flew into one of Chu Feng’s spatial bracelets.
He didn’t stop during all of this because this supply ship wasn’t even his main target. Its explosion was only an accident.
Chi!
A sword brilliance covered the skies!
It was extremely bright, shining like the sun. There was a gush of morning mist, and it resembled comets traversing through the sky. Grand and ardent, it was overbearing!
“Dong!”
A radiance burst from the interstellar pirate ship. It was preparing its defense and all sorts of symbols began flickering. They did indeed have plenty of experience and were all individuals who had fought hundreds of battles.
They roamed about across various areas throughout the starry seas. Although they weren’t high-leveled, they were incredibly experienced. Each of their hands was covered and reeking of blood, so their responses were exceptionally quick.
Yet unfortunately, they had encountered the great Demon King Chu!
Chu Feng now had a belly full of fury. And having heard their provocation he didn’t hold back at all. He released the terrifying power of a cloudeater to his heart’s content.
His sword brilliance was impressive as it surged with Yang qi and he cleaved open the boat. Those symbols were useless as the sword shattered them all.
“Chu Feng!?” someone yelled from upon the boat.
Some of the pirates rapidly counterattacked. Taking out their secret treasures, they used their flying swords while putting their heat weapons to use. Their hands were also glowing as they attacked Chu Feng together.
Chi!
Yet after striking the big multi-colored ship, the bronze sword in Chu Feng’s hands swept across them. Its radiance was even more formidable and was incredibly gaudy.
Ka-cha!
In an instant, there was the sound of weapons snapping and heat weapons exploding. This region of the sky rumbled as if it was going to collapse.
“Ah...”
At the same time, there were also blood-curdling shrieks as many were chopped in half at the waist. The blade practically totally annihilated them and every single pirate within the vicinity of the sword radiance’s scope was chopped into pieces!
Even though these interstellar pirates had been accustomed to life and death and had all come bathing in the blood of other creatures, their complexions were now pale. They found Chu Feng incredibly savage.
They weren’t timid, but that didn’t mean that they were willing to die. Anyone could see that there was a great discrepancy between the two parties. How could they fight when he swept off more than half of their men with one blow?
Whoosh!
Chu Feng leapt up and chased that boorish man. It was him who had been rude just then, stating that he would clear Chu Feng up to wait upon the pirates on the boat.
Ding, ding, ding...
Sparks flew about in all directions. This pirate was very strong, but after only eight clashes, Chu Feng’s blade cut off half of his head. The body stood there struggling for a long time before it finally died.
After beheading him, Chu Feng didn’t cast another glance at him. He threw himself into the crowd of pirates and began massacring like a tiger among a flock of sheep.
Pop, pop, pop!
Blood sprayed out now and then as Chu Feng eliminated the pirates. Not one was spared.
Then he noticed a couple of saint children and saintesses on another large ship.
Their countenances were unsightly, so much that the saintess’ complexion had lost color. They were of noble family backgrounds and their powers were strong, but in truth, they were reeking of blood just as much as the pirates did.
Chu Feng looked at them and activated his Fiery Eyes. He commented, “The White Elephant Spirit, Green Snake Spirit, Zhijin Goat... ah, and another pheasant! That’s not bad, I could make a meal of game for my brothers.”
Immediately, the group’s complexion turned ashen as they were taken to be someone’s meal. No matter how famous Chu Feng was, he still couldn’t despise and humilitate them.
“You are too much of a bully!” the White Elephant saint child said gloomily.
On the sly, he was trying to connect to the outside world using a photon computer. He wanted to ask for help and tell people Chu Feng was here.
Bang!
His photon computer exploded directly as Chu Feng had used a great technique from the Yang-Realm—Lightning Fist!
His speed was too great and the others couldn’t react quick enough.
In a split second, the White Elephant saint child grew pale and lacked in color. The disparity between them was unusually large. If that punch just then had landed on his body, he would have lost half his life if he hadn’t died.
“You have the nerve to say I’m bullying?” Chu Feng was cold, and then said in contempt, “But it’s fine if you think so. I am precisely bullying you, what about it?!”
“Attack! Let’s charge over!” someone said in a low voice.
They were all apprehensive to meet Demon King Chu. The reality was that Chu Feng was outstandingly famous from his killings. He was only selling saint children and saintesses before, but after the battle at the home of myriad gods, everyone was afraid of him. How many had he slaughtered during that fight? Many of them had been protectors of various saint children!
“Bang!”
Chu Feng struck out, hacking using his bronze sword. He beheaded whoever he saw and broke weapons with a ferocity beyond compare.
In that instant, he was raging with valor. The strength of someone from the cloudeater realm was showing at this one-sided bloodbath.
“Chu Feng, please be lenient. I said the wrong thing and I’m willing to be your maid just like how Zi Luan used to be!”
The saintess on the ship screamed and she was terrified. Before, she had been ridiculing him and stating that he was probably scared hence why she suspected he had fled into the starry skies.
However, she lost her courage once the proper master had appeared. The gap between them was too great!
“Not everyone can become my maid. You... don’t deserve it and don’t have the qualifications!” Chu Feng heartless rejected her.
If it was an ordinary day and a saintess was being so servile, asking to be someone else’s would’ve certainly created a stir and attracted everyone’s attention.
Under this situation, however, Chu Feng didn’t think it was worth having her. This made some fearful with trepidation and terrified beyond compare.
They were trying their best. Unfortunately, they couldn’t bear many blows. All kinds of their secret treasures were destroyed, and one by one, their heads fell to the ground, including the woman’s.
At last, Chu Feng put the enormous form they had produced into his spatial bracelet. He directly entered the foggy area and rushed toward Mount Eternal.
“Heavens, what happened? These territorial waters smell so strongly of blood. These are those pirates’ ship as well as the saint children and saintesses’ ship. All destroyed into bits. And those people were killed!?”
The area couldn’t remain still. Their allied forces were notified and one great ship after another arrived, surging with murderous intent. Even those who were known to be unequaled appeared!
Chu Feng set foot on the island and entered Mount Eternal. As soon as he appeared, he was met with several rotten ships. Those on the island were waiting sternly and the atmosphere was awfully tense.
“It’s me!” Chu Feng opened his mouth.
“Chu Feng!” A group of people yelled out. Then they were joyous beyond compare and loosened up completely.
One of the Yellow Ox’s arms was fractured and had not recovered even after a long time. This was because the Six Paths of Reincarnation Pills were used up. Were it not for those magnificent medicines, they would’ve most likely died.
There was a strange energy nagging at him inside his body. It couldn’t be expelled and so led to his injury being unable to heal.
One of Ouyang Feng’s eyes was almost blind. Even now, it was still red and swollen with traces of bloodstains.
The Big Black Yak was once chopped at the waist. Furthermore, there were cracks all over his body. His two horns were already snapped, and he had no idea where they went. His head was dripping with blood, and he was covered with bandages. The last little bit of the Six Paths of Reincarnation Pill was used to preserve his life.
In the end, these great medicines were sliced into pieces for everyone to share because there wasn’t enough. Even so, some of the great Kunlun demons had perished.
For example, the Weaver King of Kunlun’s Weaver Cave and the Leopard King had both died. They were once rather close to Chu Feng.
Even the Mastiff King had lost one of his legs and was gravely wounded.
The Old Llama had many bloody holes on his body. His divine form was damaged and was now dispirited and listless. The old golden lion he had tamed had already met a violent death.
“Brother, you’re finally back. I nearly didn’t see you!” the Big Black Yak said. He wanted to stand, but he wasn’t successful.
The Old Donkey was also in dire straits, and he too couldn’t stand. He had almost become a pool of mud and he cried immediately upon seeing Chu Feng, wanting him to avenge him.
“Brother, it’s good that you’ve returned.” The Manchurian Tiger was being supported. His vertebra had been broken, and he was missing a claw.
Chu Feng’s heart ached and he vigorously embraced them. Seeing their tragic situation, he was directly soaring with murderous intent!
“Don’t worry, I will definitely avenge you all!”
He took out a pile of unusual fruits, and immediately, the fragrance assailed the nostrils. They twinkled with a multicolored radiance, making the area shine dazzlingly.
“The brothers who survived can all be healed and can even evolve! When the time comes I’ll lead you to pursue those bastards together so that you can eliminate them yourselves!”
