"So that’s the case." The trio was fully enlightened after glossing through the notifications. Previously, they still felt a fog of mystery enshrouding them, but everything had now been clarified.
Reef thoughtfully suggested.
"If that’s the case, then once Zi completes her mission, she’ll be able to leave this world and we can depart as well? But that’s a given, once she leaves, we have no choice but to leave too."
Sheyan nodded and responded.
"You’re correct. Therefore, converging with her is our top priority. I remember hearing that Joseph and Kaoyi mentioning this - if they cannot complete their mission to purge, they’ll have to risk venturing deeper into the danger zone."
When Mogensha heard Sheyan’s words, his eyes flickered and exclaimed.
"You’re implying that most likely, Zi would be heading to that danger zone as well?"
Sheyan nodded and continued.
"Indeed. Base on her current circumstances, Zi probably would rather die in the hands of beasts than in the hands of Zeus. Maybe, she’s even leveraging on certain storyline characters for backing. However, everything we have now is merely conjectures, and the truth may be utterly different. If I was in Zi’s shoes, I would definitely be fleeing by the coastal region……anyway, we are sorely lacking in information, let’s gather some information before proceeding."

Moments later, Mogensha casually located their ride and ignited the engine. The trio then boarded the car.
"Where should we head to now?" Reef turned to inquire of Sheyan.
Sheyan pondered a little and replied.
"In my perspective, the island for dinosaur research, Jurassic Park, should be the deadliest. But, their only prey there would be their own dinosaur species. Therefore, I can deduce that this danger zone that Joseph and Kaoyi is referring to, ought to be the coastal region where the dinosaurs first came ashore, or brought ashore."
"Our goal isn’t to clash with the dinosaurs but to locate Zi’s whereabouts. Thus……we naturally must return to human society! Drawing the support of the nation’s satellite technologies or what not, and inquire of Zi’s location. We need first hand information!"
Brother Black doubtfully asked.
"Man, wouldn’t the country be focusing their efforts on those damned dinosaurs eh? I reckon even the ruckus we just created would virtually go unnoticed by their satellite surveillance system. Wouldn’t chances of locating Zi be similarly pathetic?"
Sheyan chuckled and raised a finger while explaining.
"Your first mistake is associating our current circumstance with Zi’s. You’re not wrong, this is the first time we’re entering this world, and the country would naturally ignore us. Yet you mustn’t forget, this isn’t the first time Zi and the rest have entered this ghost land…"
"Just think about chaos the Symbiosis Sect incited; infiltrating Jurassic Park, modifying dinosaur genes, and even upsurging a calamity of dinosaurs by freeing them!!!"
"This isn’t something that can be accomplished with merely one or two experiences in this world. At the very least, it scales to a degree of three worlds. Therefore, do you think that under such conditions, the government would be recklessly ignoring them?"
"Next, your second mistake lies in associating our battle capabilities with theirs. We’ve already witnessed both Zi and Prince Stalo battling before, but they were obviously holding back. With their prowess of touching the basic scale of elemental halos, attempting to mask their appearances or identity would be futile. Once the ripples of such unique and formidable abilities surfaces, they would inevitably be recognized."
"Just think about Jiajue Tongxie*, his PK value is merely 4 points but millions can recognize even the color of his soles. Whereas Zi probably carries the terrifying PK value status of the likes of authors like Sanshao, Ergen, Tudou and others. Therefore, I dare to confirm that as long as we pull some tricks with the local authorities or perhaps even the FBI, we’ll definitely acquire detailed reports on Zi and the rest. In the best scenario, we may even obtain her coordinates through their satellite system."
(TL:*I tried researching for this reference but can’t seem to find it, but I think it refers to an author’s name, like the other names.)
Brother Black shrugged his shoulders and spat out his cigar before helplessly replying.
"Boss, I regret asking you that question. Why is it that everytime I finish listening to your analysis, I find it so simple yet I just can’t think of it until you explain it out?"
Sheyan smiled and leapt down from the car. Then, he gazed towards a nearby towering skyscraper, whose interior exhibited chaotic disarray but elevator lights were still lighted up.
After marching over and kicking open a spoilt automatic glass sliding door, Sheyan took the elevator up to the highest floor.

Moments later, he returned and boarded the car before instructing Reef.
"Let’s head west. Oh right, remember to change your dressing to fit in with the locals."
Following that, Reef stepped onto the gas pedal as the car accelerated towards the west.
*******************
Two hours later, a vehicle pulled up by a street. Noteworthily, due to the chaotic traffic congestion along the way, this was the fourth time the trio were swapping vehicles.
Vividly ahead, the fiery sun was gradually submerging. The clouds had seemingly evaporated into oblivion by the scorching sun. An enormous ferris wheel rotated unhurriedly, and with the absence of wind, two pillars of smoke wafted towards the sky; seemingly flocculating for all eternity.
A double-decker bus had collapsed horizontally in front. Behind its charred vehicular frame, 23 other vehicles were congested in a mess. Thus, Sheyan could only resort to walking for this stretch.
40 plus metres ahead of Party Ace’s trio, was stretches of luxuriant trees before a pair of imposingly dignified steel gates were erected. There was even a clear brook encircling the place. By the lateral side of those gates, stood a monument inscribing the words ‘Griffith Park’.
Astoundingly, the words ‘Griffith Park’ were soaked in fresh blood! It appeared as though blood had been explosively splattered across, but the stains had already dried into prune colored clumps. Still, the visual effect painted a depiction of gorgeous, bare desperation.
However, not a single corpse was in sight.
Not even the remnants of severed limbs.
Mogensha possessed exceptional instincts in dissecting battle scenes. After all, he grew up in such environments and fought since the age of 10, he couldn’t not be proficient in this.
Mogensha surveyed the surroundings and trudged to a nearby large tree before examining it carefully. Then, he thrusted his hand towards the tree and slowly retracted it. Initially, he hand was empty, but now, a throwing knife was shockingly clasped between two fingers.
This throwing knife was roughly 30 cm long and its craftsmanship was fairly crude, without even a blood groove. The shaft revealed a skull imprint and its blade was exceptionally sharp. The sharpened blade edge shimmered with a tinge of metallic blue under the glaring sunlight.
Strangely, the tip of the throwing knife showed signs of melting. Upon closer inspection, a fingernail sized rhombus chip was lodged in the middle, with a layer of solid frost enveloping around it.
The individuals of Party Ace were all figures who had fought along the edge of life and death. Naturally, they could tell this crudely crafted throwing knife indicated an underlying threat.
The absence of a blood groove implied that without retracting the throwing knife after stabbing, blood wouldn’t be able to stream out of the wound. Instead, the blood would accumulate internally, possibly in one’s abdominal or thoracic cavity, which would bring about immense complications during treatment later on.
An assassination dagger coated with frost. Such a lethal weapon bluntly suggested a dual special combatant who excelled in agility and magic intelligence!
Moreover, the leaves around that stabbed area similarly showed clear signs of withering, evidently indicating the ominous deadliness of this throwing knife coated with frosty metallic brilliance. Even a large tree couldn’t withstand such concentrated venom, one could simply imagine the consequences of this throwing knife thrusting into a human body!
All of a sudden, a few individuals marched out from shops on both sides of the street, and surrounded the trio in the middle.
The leader of this group had a callous pair of bloodshot eyes, resembling a wild beast rapaciously eyeing its prey.
Above his blue skin tight pants, the high waisted leather jacket he wore exhibited a white skull insignia at the back. He appeared tall and skinny with a combed back mohawk. The left side of his mohawk was dyed golden yellow and the right side red. Strapped at his waist, was a leather scabbard.
Sheyan’s pupils faintly contracted as he observed the weapon this male was brandishing……twin throwing knives…as for the model, length and luster of those twin throwing knives, they were perfectly identical to that lethal throwing knife Mogensha had discovered earlier!
White frosty mist swivelled round his hands, causing the outline of his fingers to turn fuzzy. Vaguely seen through the gathering mist, his fingers appeared to be trembling incessantly.
Initially, the mist resembled an ice box being opened during summer; rolling and churning up before dispersing into the atmosphere. Yet upon close inspection, seemingly possessing sentience, the floating mist revealed a wiggling rotating pattern. If one listened carefully, one would be able to hear the crackling sounds of icicles clashing and shattering.
An impasse.
The fervent rays of the setting sun shone down, causing the trio to feel a scorching tingle on their skins. Perspiration rolled down their foreheads and their breathing turned heavier.
There was an unwritten rule amongst contestants. Unless one’s might overbearingly surpasses his foe, it would be impossible to rival the multitudes with a handful.
Furthermore, the members of Party Ace possessed incredibly abundant combat experience. They knew that fighting in such a spacious and empty space with enemies who held the superiority in numbers, would lead to tragic disaster. What more when, among the enemy was an enigmatic throwing knives expert?
