The Villain's Little Cat

Chapter 164

Chapter 164

164 Cleaning Up

Returning to the tent, Kyle saw that Kate was still sleeping peacefully. She was so relaxed around him without putting any guards whatsoever, making him chuckle a bit. This little girl truly didn’t understand how much the world would want her when they found out her capabilities.

From space abilities to reverse healing and then to her perfect transformation.

It was estimated that there was almost no one who could possibly be like her in the entire world right now. Even if there was anyone who could experience a similar condition, they would not have triggered all of these.

Was it because of luck or fate that they ended up like this?

Kyle didn’t know.

He patted the little cat for a bit more before he went to the bed himself. It was time for him to sleep.

...

The next day, Kate stretched her body and looked at Kyle beside her. She raised her paw and patted Kyle’s cheek lightly. This was her method to wake him up if possible since this man was quite sensitive most of the time.

“Mhm.”

.....

Kyle stirred awake. He glanced at Kate, who was looking at him and laughed in a low voice. “Morning, Little Kitty.”

“Meow.”

“We’ll have our own room today. You don’t need to stay in a tent anymore in the future.” Kyle smiled warmly.

Kate’s eyes lit up when she heard that. Does it mean that Kyle was planning to settle down in City E? But thinking about the fact that they would still going to do mission in the future, Kate thought that it wouldn’t be that easy for them not to live in tent anymore.

It was not like they could build a house with their ability.

Well, they could ask others. Someone like Jake or Marc should be perfect to build a house.

Jake and Marc, who were reduced to house builders, sneezed. They looked at the sky in their separate location speechlessly.

Who were talking badly about them?

“Meow.”

Cleaning up a bit, the two of them walked out and joined the meal. Naturally, Kate preferred to turn back into her human form when they were eating because it meant that she could eat a bit more than when she’s a cat.

The foods are good too.

“Are you going to stay here and help us clean up, Kyle?” Jake asked curiously.

“No need.” Kyle shook his head. “Even if I stay here, I can’t help in building at all.”

The others: “...”

True.

Asking for a fire and lightning element to help with building... erm, they better not hope too much. It would be strange for him to help them with building the house either way.

Asking Kyle for help to destroy building would be better. At the very least, they knew that Kyle definitely could finish that kind of job seamlessly without the need to worry that there would be any mishap.

The destructive power of fire and lightning elements were simply too strong.

“Then, what’s your plan?” Lotte asked curiously.

“Cleaning up the giant mutated animals around the area.” Kyle was calm. “There are still many giant mutated animals around this place.”

“Yes?” Jake was stunned. “But there are simply too many of them, right? How do you plan to deal with all of them?”

Besides, they also knew that these giant mutated animals somehow could reproduce. And the result of their reproduction was painfully also the giant mutated animals that they had to kill.

This made the people even more desperate because they didn’t know when they could finally solve the problem of killing giant mutated animals.

They had to somehow made these giant mutated animals stop reproducing and then cleaned them all up. But with the current strength of the humans, this would be nothing more than dream they couldn’t realize as of yet.

They had to wait until they grew stronger.

One way or another, they just had to figure out a way of survival for humans.

“I’m going towards City B direction and deal with them a bit.” Kyle’s eyes narrowed. He also knew that the number of giant mutated animals were increasing rapidly due to their reproduction. Some insects reproduced extremely quickly, which caused the number of giant mutated animals to increase rapidly.

This was the reason why Kyle wanted to deal with them when he could.

Jake felt stupid. “You mean that you’ll deal with millions of giant mutated animals on your own? Are you sure that you’re going to be alright?”

“I don’t have such ridiculous plan.” Kyle glanced at Jake. “At most, I’ll deal with a portion of them and chip their number bit by bit. If the number of giant mutated animals become overwhelming in the future, we wouldn’t have the energy to deal with it.”

The others thought for a while and then nodded.

They actually also wanted to help, but Kyle refused. He had another reason why he wanted to go alone with Kate. The others were quickly arranged to make the rooms underground and also to rebuild this research institute.

After that, Kyle came to report to his father, who was surprised that he scolded his son directly.

“Do you want to commit suicide? Do you know how many giant mutated animals are there outside? You want to go and deal with all of them by yourself?” General Ryan was so angry that he felt his son was telling nonsense.

“I’ll be back by night.” Kyle looked at his father. “It wouldn’t be that far.”

“What do you mean that you won’t go that far? The number of giant mutated animals around the area is already ridiculously high, you brat!” General Ryan only felt that his high blood pressure was triggered again and again by Kyle.

There hasn’t been any time when this annoying son of his didn’t cause trouble, even to him, so far.

“I can take care of myself. You know my capabilities well.” Kyle shrugged.
