"If that is the issue then there is a simple solution for that."
These words made everyone turn in the direction of the Earl's daughter who had just spoken up.
Having all the attention landing on her, Yvonne did not shy away but cleared her throat to reveal what she had just come up with.
"Marquess can just purchase a few birds and raise them." She suggested the solution her mind had conjured after listening to Topher's objection earlier.
While a few were beginning to understand what she had suggested, many others needed a little nudge to reach the same conclusion.
"Explain," Marquess Samed uttered, one among those who had failed to grasp what she had just said.
Yvonne sighed before nodding her head at him and began her explanation.
"Keira can only look through the eyes of those she has come in contact with, isn't it?" She inquired and received a nod from him.
A smirk formed on the child's face which was unlike one a child should have.
"So why don't you raise cute little birds in your mansion and let Keira get acquainted with them." She added to help him reach the answer which was right before his eyes.
Marquess Samed widened his eyes when her words began to make sense to him.
"If Keira is already friendly with those birds then I would not have to worry about the presence of a bird in the vicinity to take a peek at it." He nodded his head, appreciating more and more the advice he had obtained from his pupil.
'No wonder she is Master's favorite pupil.' Keira too was on board with the plan the child had made.
Her suggestion was for them to take charge instead of taking a chance.
If they left things to fate then there may or may not be a bird whose assistance they might take in the time of their need.
Today, Keira was able to observe what had taken place and projected that image to her master because she had made eye contact with a little sparrow that had been fluttering around this mansion.
Thanks to this stroke of fate that had worked in her favor, she was able to show her master something refreshing to watch while he conversed with the ladies.
Due to the limitations of her powers, she would not be able to please her master as she had done today.
However, things would take a turn for the better if her master would accept the little girl's advice to rear birds in their mansion.
If they did that then they could send their birds out to any place they want them to go.
Doing so would guarantee that Keira could always have a pair of eyes to look through, no matter where they were.
Greatly pleased with this suggestion, Marquess Samed was ecstatic and decided to work on it at the earliest.
"I will ask my butler to start the construction of an aviary as soon as I get back home." He exclaimed, exuberant about the great feats that he could accomplish with this new addition to his mansion.
Hearing his words, Topher was stunned as he stared at the little girl who had given out the suggestion which instantly solved the issue with the skill Keira possessed.
'Why did she have to do that?' He groaned in his heart as now there was no saying what his uncle would do with his etcher's skills.
Similar to what he was feeling, Taylor was frightened by what his uncle could do with this newfound boost to Keira's abilities.
'No one can stop him from being called a pervert now.' He shook his head in dismay at what his sworn sister had done.
She had given him a way to exploit his etcher's powers, enabling him to spy on everyone with Keira's aide.
Yvonne's sly smile lasted only for a moment as the condition she had given to the Marquess for forgiving him was looking much more profitable now.
'With Keira's abilities, won't gaining information be easier now?' She smirked wickedly before reverting to her usual gentle smile.
However, there was one more person in this room who had an almost identically sly mind as hers.
'My nieceā¦ I do not know if I should be proud or anxious that you are so smart at such a young age.' Uncle Marcus had a conflicted look on his face after what he had just witnessed.
The bewitched uncle had mistaken the word 'sly' that should have been used to describe the little girl and used 'smart' instead as though those two words were naturally interchangeable when dealing with his niece.
If Grandpa Valente were here right now then he would have scowled at his son, declaring that it was Marcus's very presence that was negatively impacting the lovely child who was being swayed by his devious nature.
After all, Yvonne had already won over her grandpa's heart and there was nothing that she could do wrong in his eyes and it was all Marcus's fault for influencing the child instead.
Thankfully he wasn't present here which allowed Marcus to carry on with his observations without being subjected to his father's glares.
Oblivious to his brother-in-law's thoughts, Rutherford sighed at what his daughter had suggested.
'He will be tougher to deal with if he manages to succeed.' The Earl wondered if they would have their privacy in the future, being able to keep things a secret from this flagrant gossipmonger.
However, the worried husband and father did not know that his daughter hoped that her tutor would succeed so that she might also reap the benefits of his efforts.
Now that the Marquess had completed revealing how he had known what had taken place outside and also received help from his pupil on improving the drawback in Keira's skills, it was time for him to fulfill a promise he had made.
Thus he wasted no time in describing with vivid details and animated gestures about what had taken place outside, the cause of the hostile atmosphere among the children.
Since Rutherford and Howard's group had only arrived at the very end of the match, they too were silent as they heard everything he was saying right now.
Yvonne was impressed with her tutor's ability to portray a perfect picture, narrating how she and Topher had clashed in their impromptu spar session.
Gasps and glares were a constant occurrence in the room as they alternated their gazes between the Marquess who was speaking and Topher Tanner who was the object of the narration.
"That was what happened." Marquess Samed exhaled out loud once he was done with his duty as the narrator.
Yvonne gulped when she saw the narrowed eyes of her mother who was both worried and infuriated.
Earlier the more Raylene listened to what the Marquess was saying, the more her eyes widened before they narrowed finally as she turned towards her child.
Yvonne's dress had already been soiled, her hair was disheveled, and now there was guilt written all over her face.
"Vonny, what would you do if you were hurt?" She questioned, anger and concern evident in her tone.
Whenever her son would leave for the Academy and only return on holidays, every day she would constantly remind her heart that her son was fine and unharmed wherever he was.
Her sole consolation was that he would return uninjured and healthy.
However, this little daughter of hers made her even more worried than her son did in the past.
What was even worse was thinking of what would happen if her child had gotten hurt while they were in the same place?
How could she forgive herself if that had happened?
Being a mother, she had left her daughter alone with the Tanner's heir and this was the outcome of her negligence.
Therefore, Raylene was not only worried that something could have happened to Yvonne but she was also blaming herself for not being vigilant enough.
Both Rutherford and Yvonne had noticed this change in her expressions that happened right before their eyes and within a matter of seconds.
From anger and concern, Raylene's emotions had shifted to self-blame and annoyance at herself.
This made them want to help her see that this was not her fault at all.
"Mama, I wanted to test how much I had improved so I agreed to go against Young Master Topher in a friendly match.." The little girl explained, giving it her best attempt to alleviate her mother's guilty conscience.
