Chapter 248 248: Part 1: Winery Blueprints

Cole had two designated farming areas, the left for the farm and the right for the orchard/vineyard. It did not take him too long to set up the [Rejuvenation Ritual] once again, enabling that part of his territory to also enjoy the benefits of being able to be nurtured by energy and a soul. But once those two were done, he had to move on to the next thing, he had to make sure every aspect of his territory was somewhat self sustaining, especially for those particularly long spells where he wouldn't be around, especially as soon as access to the 5th floor has been given to them.

Probably what would come next would be to start using both fields for what he wanted to use them for. Razor had gotten him some seeds that Cole would also have to let undergo a different kind of ritual to enable them have faster growth and create a more resilient and unique strain of the plant. It was in the midst of this plans that the Phoenixborn twins Castor and Pollux found him, with the younger twin; the engineer holding two rolled up piece of papers that he promptly handed to Cole.

"These are two modified blueprints for the Winery and the brewery. It's a bottling plant, and I believe the system can set up the building as long as you give a go ahead with the current resources we have. Once it's up and running, I can make the necessary adjustments, we would be ready to begin production in three days, as long as you have a recipe and something to produce of course."

There was an accusatory tome with that, but Cole ignored it. With a thought he brought up his territory's stat page, of rather the map aspect of it as he got an above head look on it. In the middle was the manor, as the sides were two farms roughly a kilometer long and wide more then enough space for Cole to grow a lot of things, especially if he partition the farms by a hundred meters each, he could grow ten individual products in ten areas for both the farm and the orchard. To south east was the wood node, a small forest that had rose up to cover much of that entire area all the way to the east, going up to cover the hills that covered his territory showing where the valley in it's name came from.

South west and west covered the stone and ore node. But it was mostly underground so much of the space above ground was free for construction to be carried out on it. Cole had designated the north west and north east as residential areas, though at the moment nothing has begun there yet. The brewery and winery, now bottling plant was in the north, with a garden stretching forth from the manor all the way to where it's located.

Cole highlighted the building and raised the blueprints in his hand. Both of them actually being on half of the same thing, just different version of the same thing. He was supposed to choose from both and then decide going on from there. The first blueprint would have the bottling plant be fully autonomous, as long as the recipe for what ever was being made was slotted into the industrial machines that would be placed there, then no one had to work on it.

However that wouldn't work for Cole. If it were just normal wines and alcohol then this would have served them perfectly. But his own method of arcane breading would require people on sight to give a steady infusion of energy, in set patterns and in specialized runic containers that can only be handled by someone who is magically apt. Which brought Cole to the second blueprint.

The building was a perfect square with multiple chimney, made of stone and steel beams for a support system, going all the way down to it's very foundations. It had three floors and two sub-levels with the building being over 80 meters tall, and 200 meters long. Each floor and sublevel is divided into a production area, storage area, packaging area, and rest area inclusive of the necessary facilities one would need to work and run the plant. This one made accommodations for worker, in other words, it would offer jobs to people who needed it, once the time came. This was the one he wanted to go with.

[Blueprint: Basic Modern Bottling Plant/ Requirements: 1000k Units Of Wood, 10,000k Units Of Stone, 3000k Units Of Stone, 50 Magic Cores, 20 Bronze Prisms.]

[Commencing Construction! Time Until Construction Is Complete: 28:45:66]

28 hours was a long time, but considering a construction like this would have taken months in their reality, you'd be able to appreciate the advantages of the system. He turned to the both of them, mainly Pollux as he was the architect here. Cole raised his hand and pointed at the wooden walls that covered the entire territory, then back at the manor as he asked.

"Do you have anything for those, since you came up with this bottling plant so quickly, I get the feeling you would be able to get something for me to upgrade the walls and the manor to something much more to our liking." Pollux nodded his head, but then sighed as he said.

"I've checked them all sir, especially the moment the walls rose up. They're a system generated gift so they can not be modified by outside blueprints. However as long as your territory developed a class, it would affect the way the walls and much of the buildings here would be shaped.

And not just the class, the type of territory it is would also be important. Looking at the confused look on your face I'd say you have no idea what I'm talking about do you?" Pollux asked as he gave Cole an amused look, which Cole promptly replied to be shaking his head. The Phoenixborn chuckled as he pointed towards the entrance of the territory.

"I would like a tour of the Glade as a whole so that I can see what I'm working with. If you would be so kind sir to walk with me, I'll explain everything about owning and running a territory that you don't yet know about. Believe me when I tell you this….. it will blow your mind." To an offer like this, Cole could do nothing more than agree.
