Chapter 384 384: Conflict IV

?

Cole turned just in time, just before his speeding body could crash through the portal and out the other side into the dungeon. He raised his head up, feeling the intense pull from his energy reserves as a massive meteor broke out of the clouds, aflame and covered completely in a reddish black aura that seemed to dance within the flames. For those who had seen it enough times to recognize it….this aura was Chaos energy.

Cole jumped through, ending up in the dungeon as his body rammed into that of an elf in front of him. He grunted and squeezed the trigger on his revolver, putting a hole in the elf's stomach as he ducked under a wild swing and then jerked up, in one smooth motion he had his palm on the face of another elf.

[Sin Eater]

The elf turned to dust as Cole leaned back and to the side as an arrow whizzed by. Not bothered by it, he flipped his revolver and slid it into the holster that's always at his side. Then he took a few steps backwards and raised his fist up in a boxing stance. Chaos energy danced around his fist as [Shock Wave] began to oscillate on his fist, making it seem like the air was vibrating. Then the world shook.

*BOOM!!*

Cole felt his sense tingle as he quickly used [Shadow Dance] to get out of the way. Out or rather through the portal behind him, a wave of flames and intense heat washed through, carrying along with it, debris, scraps and elves, scores upon scores of elves. Many of them dead, others dying as the flames swallowed them, and some still alive but barely on their feet with only a few of them being fully safe from harm,

But it was not over, Cole watched in shock as the rest of the aspirants tried to get out of the way, it was absolutely comical as the blast wave pushed them against each other, Kaito however was able to use one of his skills to save everyone, but that now left one massive problem.

All of the debris from the blast, the dead and some still living elves all tipped over the final island, falling down in a deluge of  fire and ruin. Now normally that would not have been a problem, but the soldiers from the world council, normal humans without the ability to get themselves out of harm's way, or survive the carnage falling on their heads.

Cole jumped, he didn't even have time to think, what was there to think about. Honestly if anyone died here it was no sweat of his brow, so why give a shit? Well because this was his mess, this destruction, this chaos, it was from his own skill. And honestly it would be bad for his own skill to kill his own allies.

The wind rushed through his head as he used [Gravity] there was a wrench as Cole felt as if his entire bone structure was about to be dragged out of his body. His transformation to his full powered form had run out. And this much weight was too much for his gravity to handle, and more of it was still coming through the portal….Cole wont last long.

"We Have to Find a way to Close that damn Portal!" Eze shouted as Cole called out through gritted teeth, his body in the air holding back the  massive debris and bodies left from the [Star Fall] skill.

"Get the Core!"

That was all Cole had time to say as another wave of bodies came through, dragging Cole down until he was almost as the first island, not to far away from the rest of the world council soldiers. Cole watched incredulously and with extreme annoyance as he yelled at them.

"Why the fuck are you still doing there! RUN!"

That seemed good enough to get them all moving again as they rushed out towards the dungeon's entrance. Cole could hear sounds of explosions and what seemed to be more fighting, and it seemed as if it was for the core. There were more enemies hidden somewhere in the dungeon, and they had come out in full force.

There was no way in hell that Cole could last long enough holding back all this debris, it was draining his energy and he was almost bottomed out. This was something Cole had never experienced before. When he had used the [Star Fall] he had thought the elves would have some sort of aerial or magical defense in place to prevent heavy damages.

The plan was to give them a massive fuck you then go back to the dungeon to figure out a way for Cole to close the gate or get control of it. But then this happened, and this was because the elves had made the base aground the dungeons central secured against incursions, coming from Earth's sides of the gate.

They had total control of the planet they were on, and even the entire galaxy too. There was not going to be any attack coming from above, and even if there was. They would have seen it coming from a mile away...they didn't see this coming. Cole disgruntled and started using [Shockwave] sending vibrations into the debris he was hod ling in place with [Gravity]

[Sin Eater]

Followed as Cole began to drain the bodies. It did not matter if the elf was still living or dead, Cole drank of their energy and vitality. Their power became his and he pushed himself past threshold after threshold of power.dust rained down on him, reducing the strain on him, but by this point Cole was already filled to the brim with energy, so much so that he was even glowing.

He channeled everything into the [Shock Wave] skill, keeping it contained as it smashed through every debris turning all of them to dust that rained down on him. The wave from the skill itself still traveled forwards to smash into the ceiling of the dungeon, cracking it's tree trunk wall apart to expose a giant blue crystal the size of a car.

All eyes turned to look at Cole who had fallen down to the bridge below and was on one knee. He looked up at Eze who was currently fighting an elf with a massive war hammer and said. "Well what the fuck are you waiting for! GET IT!"
