Chapter 830: Chapter 826: Son’s Wife’s Original Family and Daughter’s Dowry

Richelle Dunn herself had thought that continuing like this would not be good.

“Actually, I asked my senior to take over the team for a while because I wanted to find the mole and because there was another reason.”

Roy Lewis frowned, “You want to transfer your team to Kendrick Yacoub?”

Richelle nodded, “I do have that idea, but I haven’t mentioned it to anyone.”

“I can only guide them remotely most of the time, which is not really fair for the team members. My senior and I come from the same school, so there won’t be much change if the team is handed to him. It can be a smooth transition.”

Roy’s frown deepened.

“I don’t agree with you doing this. The team is yours and you have worked with them for years. With them, you feel at ease, and for those who have been following you, it is because they feel at ease with you. Have you asked their feelings and opinions about transferring them to Kendrick?”

Richelle Dunn hadn’t thought about that, or rather, she would have asked later, but at this stage, she hadn’t considered seeking their opinions before doing this.

Roy saw she didn’t say anything and continued.

“People like you with technical talent have choices, and you don’t have the right to unilaterally transfer them to Kendrick’s team.”

“Anyway, I suggest you bring the team back to the Federation. After all, it is difficult to find a team that can trust each other. They chose you, so try not to disappoint their trust.”

Richelle was eventually convinced by Roy and nodded.

“Alright, let my senior take over for a while, and after we expose the mole, I’ll ask their opinions and transfer them to Kindur on a voluntary basis.”

“But the question is, does Mr. Chapman want to accept our team?”

Roy stroked her head and clicked his tongue.

“If you tell Mr. Chapman now, he’ll probably be so happy that he won’t sleep tonight. It’s like a big stuffed bun falling from the sky. It’s something other hospitals can’t hope for.”

Richelle laughed, “So your hospital will have to spend a lot of money to expand, right? Honestly, the current facilities and equipment are still a bit behind the South Asia National Hospital.”

Roy nodded in agreement.

“I’ve thought about this already. If I weren’t acting as president, I would have focused on upgrading and constructing the hospital’s infrastructure after my surgery.”

“People say don’t let the fat go elsewhere, and it’s clearly our hospital, but you’re still just a special guest expert. That’s ironic. Anyway, move your team back, and in the future, you’ll be the resident expert at our hospital. Eventually, even Timmy will be able to make use of the facilities.”

Richelle didn’t expect Roy to have thought so much about her and Timmy’s future. She leaned her head on his shoulder, holding his arm.

“Oh gosh, marrying a rich husband is so great! Not only can we move the team over, he’ll even build a hospital for us.”

Roy was serious at first, but he couldn’t help but laugh at her teasing.

He pulled at her cheek, smiling, “Alright, you’re getting the advantage, so don’t gloat about it. You’re a big deal, and others can’t even hope for you. It’s an honor for our small hospital to have you join. As for building a hospital, how hard can it be? It just takes money.”

“The hard part is maintaining a good reputation afterward. You, Dr. Dunn, have to earn that bit by bit!”

Richelle chuckled, “Since it’s our hospital, I’ll naturally work hard. After all, I have to earn money for my two sons to find wives and dowry for my precious daughter.”

Roy laughed too, “Some people have one sweet burden; our family has threefold sweet burdens.”

And their threefold sweet burdens were currently in bed, snoring.

They had no idea that their parents were already planning their future wives and dowries.

“Speaking of which, have the little ones been receiving more love letters and gifts lately?”

Richelle nodded.

“Well, there’s nothing we can do about it. Look at our two sons, one cold and one sunny, one steady and one clever. Girls either like A or B, and if they don’t like A and B, they like our little daughter.”

“Look at our precious daughter, she’s lively and innocent without being too naive, smart, cute, and talented. It’s no wonder young boys are attracted to such an ideal girl.”

Roy clicked his tongue, “Look at you boasting about your own family as if they’re out of this world. Aren’t you afraid they’ll be so perfect that they can’t find suitable partners in the future?”

Richelle lifted her head and glared at him.

“How could they not find someone? Look at me, didn’t I find you? Believe that fate determines marriage. No matter how good or bad you are, there will always be someone suitable for you.”

The two of them somehow went from talking about the medical team to their children’s future marriages more than ten years down the line.

They even talked about it and enjoyed it.

Being able to imagine the future with a loved one is indeed a happy and blissful thing!
