Chapter 162 - True Kiss Kind Of
Rui Fei gazed right into Ji Yao's eyes and seriously asked, "Did you want me back," before slightly biting his lower lip in a sultry way.
Ji Yao who had been looking right back at Rui Fei suddenly had his attention on those lips. He found his mind wandering to the canvas on the ground.
Since this was his dream maybe deep in his subconsciousness he wanted to kiss Rui Fei maybe just to know how it feels.
It seemed Ji Yao was so entranced by Rui Fei's lips and what he could do to them that he didn't realise he hadn't answered Rui Fei's question. Rui Fei noticed his absent-minded state so he lean down to bring him back to earth.
With their eyes on the same level, Rui Fei said, "I will take that as a yes...... if you missed me all you had to do was say so bec-," but he didn't get to finish his statement because out of nowhere his lips were sealed by Ji Yao's for a fleeting moment.
His entire body froze staring at Ji Yao all wide-eyed like a cat caught in the dark scratching curtains. The warmth from Ji Yao's soft lips gave him an illusion of reality. The pleasurable sensation from this kiss was so addictive that Rui Fei wanted more.
The frustrations from earlier were swept away almost immediately. This was the cure he needed but he felt terrible knowing that Ji Yao didn't know this wasn't a simple dream. Guilt-ridden he parted from Ji Yao and vanished on the spot without saying anything.
Waking up with a start he abruptly sat up straight with his fingers touching his lips. Huishe Yue who was woken up by Rui Fei sudden move couldn't help but mock him. "Did you have a spring dream?" he asked in a mocking tone with his eyes peeking out from the quilt.
Rui Fei didn't waste any time grabbing the pillow before tossing it at Huishe Yue. Huishe Yue chuckled as he pulled the quilt up.
Well, Rui Fei's fluster was the least bit appeased with the pillow throwing tantrum and he felt the urge to punch something. Feeling an outburst looming over him, he reached over under his only remaining pillow and pulled out one of Ji Yao's handkerchiefs.
One sniff is all it took to calm him down. As expected Ji Yao was his happy pill. Just his scent alone was enough to calm him down. The desire to jump off this ship and swim over to Red Bane to find Ji Yao and kiss him for real slowly dwindled. He held on to that handkerchief as though holding on to dear life.
As always Huishe Yue was eager to ruin that. "Look who is being a pervert now," mumbled Huishe Yue under his quilt before a second pillow was thrown at him. He couldn't help but laugh under the quilt.
While Rui Fei was pulling his hair out, Ji Yao was startled awake his face as red as a tomato. He had both his handson his cheeks trying to figure out what the hell he was thinking. Sure, it was a harmless dream but.... he initiated a kiss. He kissed Rui Fei in an unusual dream that felt so real.
When he subconsciously licked his lips it reminded him of the tingling sensation from earlier. Gulping, he touched his warm lips and couldn't help but get up to look into the mirror. There wasn't anything different but his entire body felt like it had survived a lightning strike from the god of thunder a.k.a. his dad.
Ji Yao sat back down on the bed with an unreadable expression. It was a really nice addictive feeling that is very difficult to describe. Rui Fei's lips were as soft as they looked and as tantalizing too.
If kissing him in a dream felt this good then the real thing must feel like something out of this world. He laid back on his bed with his eyes wide open.
He was trying to stop himself from going to sleep otherwise if he has the same dream he might get addicted and who knows of he will be able to stop himself from experimenting with the real person.
Wanting to be a serious responsible adult he prevented himself from going to sleep but unfortunately, sleep was having none of that. He was so exhausted that he fell asleep with little resistance. Lucky for him, the dream didn't happen again.

Now as to why these two, Huishe Yue and Rui Fei were onboard Lan Wu's ship, it was because after having a messy fight Huishe Yue remembered he had forgotten something. When he reached ashore, Lan Wu was nowhere to be found.
A little anxious he got out of the water and started looking all over for him. After looking everywhere he finally caught sight of multiple faint footprints. When he followed the trail he found the culprit sitting around a campfire surrounded by scavengers who were sniffing him while telling him he smelt like roses.
Lan Wu who had never used fragrant substances on his body before was smilingly refusing the conjecture that he bathed in a tub full of roses. He was polite and friendly with them like they were besties as that was his personality. Even his storage had been raided with all his supplies being shared amongst the scavengers.
Huishe Yue was fine with it at first that is until he saw how these scavengers who looked like they hadn't bathed in years were sitting around Lan Wu sniffing him like dogs. He also didn't like the fact that someone other than himself had bullied Lan Wu into handing over his stuff. A lackey could only have one bully, not two, not three but only one.
So he did what a possessive Huishe does best. He childishly put out the campfire, picked up Lan Wu by the back of his collar and intimidated the scavengers with a fierce look. His message was clear. He was silently saying, "Mine," in a clear concise manner.
Huishe Yue was pretty upset when he put Lan Wu down. His body posture was clearly expressing his grievances but Lan Wu was quite slow to catch up. He was about to reprimand Huishe Yue for interrupting the nice conversation he was having with the scavengers when he saw Huishe Yue's vicious gaze.
He swallowed his reprehensive words and somehow gave in to that handsome face. Now he knew the seriousness of his problem. He was simping over Huishe Yue's face, it was as simple as that.
Huishe Yue could scam him into buying a luxury car and a mansion, and he would do it no questions asked. He would even hand over the title deed and ownership of the car to him without a hitch. The lackey was now complacent in this relationship. He was very willing.
