Chapter 2120: The Rise of the Firmament Sect
Su Mo’s voice was naturally not loud. However when it resounded in everyone’s ears, it was like thunder and roared mightily.
Everyone was ecstatic. The Firmament Sect could finally rise up.
“Su Mo, what can we do ?” Emperor Shi asked, his eyes beaming with light. The Firmament Sect had been quiet for such a long time, it could finally shine now.
“Grand Supreme Elder, please give your instructions to us!” Qing Mingzi inquiries politely.
Su Mo raised his head and after a short moment, he continued slowly: “Firstly, we shall takeover Star GuZhou and dominate over all their forces! Subsequently we shall expand our jurisdiction to the Ancientspirit Galaxy.”
“Secondly, we need to find a robust defence team within the resources of the Sky Tyrant Clan. That can be the security foundation for the Star GuZhou.”
“Thirdly, An Shang and An Jian, both of you may go to keep an eye on the True Demon Tribe and the Sorcerer Tribe. At the same time, please arrange for your clan members to settle down in the Star GuZhou!”
Su Mo issued three orders continuously, this was an urgent matter which the Firmament Sect had to do.
Firstly, they had to unify the Star GuZhou, then they would expand and develop their strength.
If only the Firmament Sect were powerful, then it could have the ability to defend itself.
Su Mo would have to leave one day and he would be unable to guard the Firmament Sect permanently. There was an immediate need to strengthen and build up the Firmament Sect before he could leave with peace of mind.
Subsequently there was a need to arrange the security team for the Star GuZhou. Since both the True Demon Tribe and the Sorcerer Tribe had yet to be extinguished, there was a need to take precautions.
Finally, there was a need to put both tribes under their surveillance, so that they would be ready for any attacks.
“Yes!”
Upon hearing Su Mo’s words, everyone agreed in unison.
Without further delay, Su Mo explained the details of the three tasks. The folks left after the discussion.
An Shang and An Jian left the Firmament Sect to fulfil their missions. They were on their way to monitor the actions of the True Demon Tribe and the Sorcerer Tribe, and in the midst of making arrangements for the Dark Shadow Tribe to settle down in the Star GuZhou.
The Devils of the Firmament Sect, mostly led by Long Teng, Li Feng, Jiang Feng Ran and other leaders, were on their way to conquer the various forces within the Star GuZhou.
A few Devils, led by Emperor Shi, were busy recruiting suitable team members to put together the defence team.
Su Mo returned to his own palace and sat cross-legged within the room.
His face was quite pale – the consequence of over-exhaustion.
He had never expected that his defeating blow would bring such an impactful blow to his Spiritual Soul.
At that time, in order to deliver the most forceful blow, he had injected Martial Soul into his attacks.
Abandoning the Martial Souls had taken a toll on his spiritual energy.
The power of that blow was indomitable. It was able to devastate the three masters of the Empty God Realm.
Su Mo sighed in resignation. He needed a few months’ of rehabilitation before his spiritual energy could be restored.
In the near future, his true prowess would be unable to be the same as before. His fighting ability was supported by spiritual energy.
“I wonder if Si Kongyan is able to locate the Elder Tianji?”
At the same time that he was thinking about the Firmament Sect, Su Mo also thought about Xi’er. Today’s Firmament Sect had already attained success, however Xi’er was not around to share the success.
A few moments later, Su Mo closed his eyes slowly, he was preparing to meditate for a few days before he planned his next move.
He had originally planned to accompany Bai Tiannan on the journey to the God’s Path within two years. It looked like now that time was running out.
However, he would not waste time lamenting his disappointments or regrets, he would plan well before he embarked on the journey to the God’s Path.
....
During Su Mo’s meditation period, the Firmament Sect had prepared to carry out their planned actions, and the Devils returning to the Sect had helped to carry news of Star Archosaur’s outcome across the entire Ancientspirit Galaxy.
All of a sudden, the Galaxy was bewildered.
A few who had had previous conflicts with Su Mo were worried for their safety. Those who were on good terms with Su Mo were delighted.
Now that Su Mo had taken the ultimate leadership position, it was indeed a good cause for celebration.
For instance, at the Imperial Ancestor Court, Saint Royal immediately summoned all the devils into the Court for urgent discussions.
The subject of discussion was Su Mo.
Other forces worked fervently to recruit more devils, to build a defence network in the event of any changes that might arise within the Ancientspirit Galaxy.
Afterall, Su Mo was part of the Ancientspirit Galaxy. As the ultimate leader, he had the ability to stir up trouble.
In the near future, the dreaded outcome ensued.
Within the Star GuZhou, a ferocious force emerged and it was the Firmament Sect.
The Firmament Sect acted ferociously. Within three days, it had coerced thousands of forces within the Star GuZhou to submit to them.
According to sources, the Firmament Sect was Su Mo’s home base. Within the Sect there were many Devils. In addition to Long Teng and Yi Xiaoxiao, who came from the Dragon Tribe, there was someone called Li Feng, whose sanctified body wielded terrifying prowess. Single-handedly, he was capable to slay any Devil at the King Sage Rank.
Besides, most Devils were powerful and skilful.
The investigative outcomes brought news that the Firmament Sect was overbearing. They would slay anyone who disagreed with them. Their current strong position within the Star GuZhou led them to use force and coercion to suppress others to submit to them.
Within a short time, numerous other big sects within the Ancientspirit Galaxy, such as the Giant Clan, the Flying Spirit Clan and the Triple Deities Sect, started to mellow down and kept a low profile. They each had sent their devils to find our more information and monitor the movements within the Firmament Sect.
These clans and sects adopted a wait-and-see approach.
....
The Dark Region was once an Anonymous star.
In the vast wilderness, there was a huge blue lake.
Within miles of the clear lake, the waters were crystal, blue ripples flowed and rising Spiritual Qi ascended skywards.
There was an island within the centre of the lake. On the island, the ancient trees were tall and lined up straight on a vast piece of land.
An ancient nine-storey green copper pagoda stood alone. This was the abode of Elder Tianji.
The place was inaccessible and sparsely inhabited. Few who had gotten beyond the Martial Sage rank were able to visit this island.
Swoosh!
A fiery red shadow flew across the sky and struck like lightning, then landed on the island. It landed within proximity from the pagoda.
“This place is indeed a challenge to find!”
A youth emerged from the fiery red shadow. It was Si Kongyan.
He had spent almost one and a half years travelling to this place. He was travelling speedily for this journey.
He never halted during the year-long journey. He had leveraged the Teleportation Formation to rotate and send him to his destination.
It was worth his effort. He had finally located Elder Tianji’s abode.
As he heaved a sigh of relief, he marched up the steps and raised his hand to the door.
He paused and thought for a while. He was there to ask for a favour. He reminded himself to mind his manners.
“I am Si Kongyan. I am here to visit Elder Tianji!”
Si Kongyan held up both fists and bowed in front of the green copper pagoda and declared loudly.
