“I’m sorry, sir. The flagship clothing in our store is not for sale. We belong to the Gunn Group, and that dress is considered the private property of the Gunn family. Only people from the Gunn family are qualified to wear it,” the receptionist said sarcastically with a smile.
“Jason, did you think the locals will buy that little trick of yours? Did you think that you’re related to the great Gunn family just because your last name is Gunn?” Felicia mocked Jason. “Please take a good look in the mirror. What else do you have, apart from your slightly handsome face?”
“Oh, maybe not. When you were abroad, many rich women and old men liked you because of your beauty. You should have saved a lot of money over the years,” Felicia added, deliberately defaming Jason’s reputation.
“What’s wrong? Did you decide to be good after returning to this country? Or did those big shots get tired of you and sent you away, leaving you with no choice but to be a mere deliveryman?” Felicia continued with her mockery.
“Hahaha,” the receptionist and stylists in the shop were laughing.
“That’s right. How dare a deliveryman claim to want our flagship dress.”

Anastasia picked up the glass of water on the table and splashed it on Felicia’s face.
Anastasia stood in front of Jason, shielding him, and said in a low voice, “You’re just a mistress who’s spending Alastor’s. money. What gives you the confidence to laugh at a man who earned his money through his own hard work? Since when is working hard to earn money something to be laughed about?”
Anastasia glanced at the people around her coldly. “I know you guys are just employees of this shop, but you’re all acting like you’re ladies from some rich family.”
They exchanged glances with each other, unable to refute what Anastasia just said.
“What’s wrong? Do you think you are much better than a deliveryman?” Anastasia stood in front of Jason and didn’t allow anyone to bully him.

“Anastasia, you crazy bitch!” Felicia wiped the water on her face and body. Her whole body was shaking in anger. She stepped forward, ready to fight Anastasia.
“Try it.” Jason held Anastasia in his arms and looked at Felicia coldly.
Felicia saw Jason protecting Anastasia and gritted her teeth. “Just wait. No one is allowed to enter tonight’s banquet without an invitation. I’d like to see how Jason can enter the chamber of commerce!”
“You should worry about yourself. What identity are you attending tonight’s banquet with? A secretary or an assistant?” Anastasia asked sarcastically.
Felicia was stunned for a moment, and her anger grew stronger.
Originally, Alastor had promised to take her with him to this chamber of commerce banquet. However, he suddenly changed his mind and chose Anastasia.
Felicia could not accept it, but she had no choice. After all, it was Alastor’s decision.
“Since
you are attending as a secretary, shut up and don’t mess with me,” Anastasia warned Felicia, turning around and holding Jason’s wrist to leave.
