Chapter 198  Even If Chaos Killed Me, That Doesn't Mean I'm Dead

After Alister received the information regarding the Chaos Formation Technique from Zanna, he immediately knew how to use it. It even included Zanna's experience and insights into the Chaos Formation Technique.

Because of that, it saved him a lot of time in learning the Chaos Formation Technique.

The difficulty of learning the Chaos Formation Technique was quite high. Even if the Chaos Formation Technique was shown to those highly intelligent dragons who also had high magic aptitude, even the entire dragon race would only have a few lucky ones who could learn the Chaos Formation Technique.

It was no wonder that the inferior version of the Chaos Formation Technique was highly sought after. Even if they obtained the original version of the Chaos Formation Technique, it was a problem whether they were even qualified to learn it without causing their body to implode.

Not everyone was qualified to refine chaos-attributed mana nor use chaos-attributed magic spells. After all, the chaos element was an element higher than life and death, and even higher than space and time.

Even with his Unparalleled Talent (Red) talent, Alister doubted whether he was qualified to learn the chaos element. In the end, the Unparalleled Talent (Red) talent only made it a lot faster for him to learn things that he could learn.

After all, even if he had the talent, it would be impossible to learn the magic of gods if his body couldn't withstand it.

However, Alister not only possessed the Unparalleled Talent (Red) but also the Superb Magic Aptitude (Red) talent. He was more than qualified to learn every magic spell of every element in existence

Of course, even a red-grade talent had its limits. If it was magic beyond the limit of his red-grade talent, then it was something he couldn't learn. But since Fantasia was just a Six-Digit world from Alister's estimation, the Six-Digit existence was far from the limit of the red-grade talent.

Sitting in a meditating position, Alister digested the information he received from Zanna regarding the Chaos Formation Technique.

Although he had received the information, application, experience, and insights of the Chaos Formation Technique from Zanna, it didn't mean he could immediately use it. At least, he could indeed use it immediately but for safety's sake, Alister made sure that he was proficient in it first before using it.

Alister might not care about his death in the simulation, but that was only until he was certain he could get at least a B-grade simulation score. He didn't want to lose his three red-grade simulated talents.

Moreover, Alister wasn't someone who would want to experience death if he could avoid it. He wasn't a death seeker.

So after having certain confidence that he had thoroughly learned the Chaos Formation Technique, Alister spoke to Zanna, "I don't want you to lose your chaos-attributed mana. The chaos-attributed mana that I need might be higher than your estimation so I will just use the Sea Of Chaos."

Hearing Alister's words, Zanna was indeed touched that he cared about her well-being. But it also made her feel distressed that he was going to take such a huge risk.

"The chaos-attributed mana in the Sea Of Chaos is too volatile and chaotic. If you don't even have certain levels of immunity to the chaos element, the chaos-attributed mana in the Sea Of Chaos will destroy not only your body and soul but also your origin!"

When hearing Zanna's dissuasion, Alister felt worried about his safety when Zanna mentioned the possibility of the destruction of his origin.

If his body and soul were destroyed, the system could just reverse it through the power of time. But origin itself was the origin of an existence. If it was destroyed, it could lead to permanent death that had little to no means of resurrection.

Out of worry, Alister asked, 'System, are you really sure that I won't be dead if my origin in the simulation is destroyed?'

[Don't worry, host. If it was the primordial chaos, the system can't 100% guarantee your safety since only the Omnipotent Goddess and Omnipresent Omniverse can save you. Even the rest of the One-Digit existences aren't 100% certain that they could survive from the primordial chaos.]

[However, the Sea Of Chaos is just an inferior version of the primordial chaos. If the primordial chaos is a top existence in One-Digit, then this Sea Of Chaos is just a Seven-Digit Rule Breaker existence at most.]

[The system is powerful enough to save the host from chaos itself with a Two-Digit power, let alone chaos with a Seven-Digit Rule Breaker power.]

Receiving that assurance from the system, Alister mentally sighed in relief.

After having confidence, Alister assured Zanna, "Even if chaos killed me, that doesn't mean I'm dead."

Although Zanna was confused by Alister's assurance, she still saw that Alister was confident in himself so she didn't dissuade him anymore.

Zanna also remembered that when Alister fell into the Sea Of Chaos, Alister didn't seem to be eroded by chaos. Of course, it was due to Alister not being submerged in the Sea Of Chaos for too long.

But even those with little to no immunity to the chaos element would be destroyed if they just touched the water in the Sea Of Chaos. Only existences like Alister who came from another world and had certain immunities to the laws of Fantasia could resist the erosion of the chaotic water in the Sea Of Chaos.

Although Alister wasn't absolute immunity to the chaos element, Zanna wasn't that worried since she could just fish out Alister from the Sea Of Chaos if his life was ever in danger.

Noticing that Zanna didn't disagree with his plan of using the chaos-attributed mana in the Sea Of Chaos, Alister took that as her agreeing to it and he headed to the Sea Of Chaos.

Since Alister was fished out by Zanna before, the two of them were near the Sea Of Chaos. The radiation of chaos-attributed mana in the Sea Of Chaos wasn't too strong since it was concentrated in the waters.

Looking at the chaotic waters that were violet in color which seemed to reflect the chaos in the world, Alister decisively chose to mediate near the Sea Of Chaos and absorb the chaos-attributed mana radiating from the Sea Of Chaos!
