Blood Titan System

Chapter 63 Settling Down

Chapter 63 Settling Down

It took a massive load of effort for Erian to walk out of the underground lab. His body was very sore to the extreme as though he had been beaten for about a month straight and every single movement caused him intense, sweat-breaking pain.

But under this pain, Erian was still able to move, without showing signs that he was in pain. It could be due to the fact that his tolerance for pain had dramatically improved. The soreness wasn't even close to one percent of what he has endured during the transition process. He couldn't help but wonder if he was a sadist now.

Outside of the lab, the interior of the University was now revealed. The student's breathing immediately shortened as the magnificent sight appeared before them.

This entire place was as massive as an entire city. Gigantic buildings that towered a few thousand meters pierced through the skies like world holding pillars.

There were sky roads bridges connecting each place to one another as vehicles moved on them. As though that wasn't enough, the place was surrounded by massive mountains that were way more massive and more robost than some of the building.

Just at the distant far end centre of the University, a peculiar structure shot viciously into the clouds its peak seemingly reaching space as it was shrouded by the surrounding clouds. Evidently, the building seems to be a very important part of the University.

The students were in awe as they felt waves of thick and condense nuclear energy radiated off the building even from that distance. It was then they realised the clouds surrounding the tall structure weren't actually real clouds but extremely condensed atomic energy that covered the peak of the building.

They could feel their strength increasing bit by bit the closer they are to the centre of that peculiar structure.

"Nuclear Reactor Facility." One of the students muttered in disbelief while the others immediately gulped as they realised what the building was.

Darion gave half a smile. "I see some of you aren't completely ignorant and quite knowledgable. That's right, it's a Nuclear Facility but unless you have special access, you can't get even a mile close to the Facility else you will be killed without hesitation that's if you don't die of radiation poisoning."

"Senior, isn't that impossible seeing that our entire body has been modified to absorb radiation. We shouldn't be poisoned by nuclear energy anymore right?" One of the students asked Darion.

Shaking his head, he replied. "Although the entire nature of your DNA has been modified to accept nuclear energy, there are still limits to how much your genes could absorb. Too much if anything isn't good for the body. Alright stop asking questions, the Envoy will answer any questions you may have during the orientation."

After walking for about thirty minutes, they soon arrived at a particular estate. The buildings in this region aren't as tall as compared to the others, standing at a few tens of meter in height but it was manageable to some degree. Also, the thousands of buildings in the area seem to circle around a particular building. After a few glances and observations, quite a few students were able to notice the air seem to contain even more radioactive particles, emitted from that particular building. It was actually a Mini Nuclear Facility! Those who reside in the building with close proximity to the Nuclear Facility would enjoy bathing in nuclear energy daily. Their strength would undoubtedly increase after a period of time!

The few students immediately got excited but didn't dare to reveal their excitement, keeping it a secret as they eyed the first building.

"We are here. This is where new students reside until you become a second-class student. The houses are numbered from 1 to 2000. Apartment 1 which is the closest while Apartment 2000 is farther away. You can select at random your houses. Since I'm done here, I'm off to retrieve my points for bringing you here. Have a great time."

Valerie King was the first to move

After which, Vorton Page and Prince Silva Michael shot off with similar blinding speed. Another twenty of thirty students also followed in their footsteps, confusing the students who were clueless as to what was happening.

But those that had survived up to this point weren't stupid people therefore it took just a few seconds for them to figure out the real situation. There was actually a Nuclear Facility located in the middle of the estate, releasing nuclear particles into the air.

The closest building to benefit most is Building 1 and the person who gets to reside in Building 1 gets to make the most out of it, improving their strength even further. How could they not be tempted by this? Thus, chaos ensued.

Although Erian was smart, and he had been quick in figuring out the situation, his condition didn't allow for him to move so quickly. He had been lucky to snatch apartment 43 and immediately lock it behind before others tried taking it from him.

This made Erian wonder if he was the only one feeling this extreme weakness or if his own was just a lot worse than the others.

The inside of the building wasn't particularly pretty with cobwebs and dust covering every inch and corner of the apartment. But it was ten times more beautiful than the houses in the village and strangely very tall. For one, there was power running the entire building and judging by the lack of noise, the walls are soundproofed also.

There was even a roughly created training room that has enough space to shift into a ten-meter Titan form. Remembering that he was now officially a Titan, Erian's lips curved upwards to a smile as he muttered 'Finally'

There shouldn't have been any hope for him to join a University, not to mention passing the entrance examination but he not only passed, he successfully became a titan instead! It was like a dream come true. Soon Erian's face turned solemn and he immediately checked his status. Things had changed drastically.
