Chapter 74

Chapter 74: Chater 74

"Your Majesty are we going to leave now, or do you want to tour this town again." Glecs who was silent all this time spoke after they exited the house.

"No need, I already tour this town. Furthermore, the Church should already be build, right now. So we need to go back immediately, to take a look." He said. The church needs a day to build, Fendrel thought of a reason, however, he can't think of any reason, so he tosses it in the back of his head. Since it only took him an hour to build the Church in the game.

After two days of traveling, they finally arrived at his village. After exiting the carriage, he saw Lavender was already waiting for him.

"Your Majesty, the Church is already done. Also, Your Majesty, when I entered I saw six monsters inside, they said that they were Priest and Acolytes of Your Majesty's the church." Lavender reported.

"Okay, let's go." He nodded then walked towards the direction of the Church, which was in the northeast of the village, Lavender, then followed him.

It didn't take long for them to arrive, looking at the church. Fendrel didn't know whether to laugh or cry. The church was big, 30 meters tall, and 20 meters in width. It's red and black in color, with a big statue of a skull on top of it. The church was more like, a sacrificial place, than a church, it's freakishly scary.

Fendrel just shrugged the appearance of his church and walked inside. As soon as he entered, he saw six silhouettes bowing on the ground, the next moment all of them greeted Fendrel in unison.

"We Greeted! Your Majesty!"

"Rise!" Shortly after, they began to rise.

Looking at them carefully, Fendrel found that the Acolytes were clad in a white robe. You can't see their faces, and can only see the white flames of life, dancing inside the robe. However, you can tell that they are skeletons. Because of the white bone hands, sticking out of their robe.

Shifting his gaze towards the Priest, the Priest was adorned in a white robe, with gold linings in it, having also a gold glove holding a golden staff. Fendrel can't tell if the Priest was also a skeleton, because of the gloves. However, after seeing the white flames of life, inside his robe, he concluded that the Priest was also a skeleton.

'A skeleton but a Priest... Hmm, interesting' He thought.

"Hmm... State your name!" He said.

"My name is Romarod, Priest of Your Majesty's church." Romarod said respectfully, surprisingly his voice doesn't sound hoarse, just like a normal human talking to you calmly.

"En..." Fendrel nodded, he continued. "Then, I will entrust the church to you. Your presence will be a great help, to the village."

"It's my pleasure to serve, Your Majesty." Romarod said.

Fendrel stayed for some time in the Church, while Romarod touring him inside, and chatting with him. He opened Romarod's status to take a look.

[LVL:206

NAME: ROMAROD

RACE: UNDEAD

AGI: 108

INT: 673] josei

Upon seeing the level, Fendrel was sure that it was the same as the subordinates. Subordinate's level was 40 below the user's level upon summoned. Furthermore, since Romarod was 40 below level than his level, then he was sure that Romarod was the same as his subordinate, which can level up to 800 level.

He was not familiar with Romarod, since his former priest in the game was a lamia. Although a sexy lamia was good, however, in Fendrel's mind an undead skeleton was better, they can live much like forever, so they must have a lot of spells stored in their mind.

"Uncle, where are we going?" Sansa asked seeing the Carriage take a turn to the left, as far as she remembered a path made by the adventurers guild shouldn't be too far from them, so why they are making a detour now.

"We need to take a detour, we can't possibly take the main path used by adventurers. Since it's illegal in human society to trade with the monsters." Adrian said, shrugging. Although some officials wouldn't take this case seriously, as long as you bribe them the case would be closed. However, there were still some individuals who will demand soon much, and pain in the ass for the merchants. So he wanted to avoid any trouble, as long as he can.

Although they can get some of the materials with their own gathering team. It's still not enough to fulfill the masses' demand, so they need to take another approach by trading with the monsters. And surprisingly they even found a treasure, the Crown Fruit. From that onward, they will always come to the forest once a month to make a trade.

Not far from them, Lily and Black's group was tailing the carriage without them knowing. Seeing the turn to take another route, they tailed it silently.

"Uncle Black, I'm already tired. How long do you think we are going to follow them, Uncle Black? It's been 3 days since we started following them." Lily asked.

"Don't worry, the sun is about to set now. So, we can relax after they stopped." Black said, trying to tone down his cold voice.

"Ookaayy." Lily said lowly.

Finally, the black curtain arrived and covered the heaven and earth. Adrian's group stopped, After some time, they began lighting a fire and barbecuing the meat of the beast they killed earlier.

As for Lily's group, Black started distributing the dried meat, they stored before they left.

Seeing the dried meat, Lily's eyes began to moisture. She sits like a human and wields the meat with her cute little piggy feet, and looking at it hatefully.

"Uncle Black, do you have anything aside from this piece of salty meat." Lily said while pouting.

"I don't have anything, just bear with it. Who knows, the mission would be over tomorrow." Black said.

"Aye-Aye" Lily then started munching the dried meat grudgingly.

After some time, Adrian's group started putting out the fire. As for Lily, she was already peacefully asleep on Black's head.
