She was so angry that she turned to leave, not intending to spend one more second with Jalen.

Perhaps Elaina did not realize that she was unusually emotional at this moment.

Jalen did not let her leave. Instead, he grabbed her wrist and pushed her against the wall. “Since it has nothing to do with you, why are you so emotional?”

“Am I emotional? Of course not,” she shook her head and denied it, but her tone wasn’t confident.

“Jalen, where are you?”

Alisha’s voice came not far away and woke Elaina up. She immediately pushed away the man in
