Chapter 187 Chapter 187-Need To Be In Charge.

'That's something I will have to deal with in the future...'

Azrail is more than sure of the thoughts running through Lysandra's head to free her mother from whatever curse that is keeping her asleep. But before she will even be allowed to enter that realm of light, she needs to be strong and powerful enough to do so, and Azrail will support her if she truly wishes to do so. Else, what kind of man will he be?

But the main issue for him to deal with will be for him to now get his three women in a room and discuss the futures he wants to take with all of them. Though that will turn out to be a hard endeavor to get through, but then again he would need to settle his thoughts and ideals to his women about the family he will make, and he needs to keep the reins on the family too.

The main reason Azrail hasn't done that till now is that he wanted the other two to get used to the very highly privileged life of power within the higher realms. The place where men with power take control of the family and keep their harem of might and women, to show them that it's very normal and something they should get used to seeing and knowing.

Azrail knows very well how possessive his women are, all three of them, and each of them seems to have their own level of craziness when it comes to him. But what he knows above all is that all three of them love him with all their heart and they can never ever come to betray him at all, which is a plus for the faction plans he wants to put forth.

Azrail will continue to take and thrive on what he wants, and he wants to get into them the lifestyle that shall be normal, though by now Azrail is sure that the other two have understood how everything is going. And in the case of Valencia, it would seem that as long as she has his highest love, she would seem to lay off killing the girls around him.

Though the wordings from the 'awakening' time of Valencia meant that she had tried it and it didn't seem to have worked out for her.

'I really do have some crazy powerful women around me...'

The thing is they aren't just crazy but powerful, beautiful, and have an amazing background to kick others' asses.

[Aren't you lucky?]

'I know, right?...'

Musing at the thought of him being 'lucky,' Azrail opened his eyes, a few minutes had already passed as he called out.

"Raven."

The moment he did so, the very beautiful Raven, with beauty enough to take on even the different Goddesses of beauty, appeared in front of him.

'Wow, I really need to be careful after I grow up...'

A shadow from a shadow seeker means that they are the perfect shadow of their master, and to Azrail, the fated one, a rarely seen situation of two perfectly matching souls coming together by fate to be master and servant. It comes more to show the connection the two can form after the ritual of being one is done.

And Raven right now is said to be another copy of Azrail. She has many of his abilities, and affinities, and even inherited his beauty in a smaller sense. Now that's saying something about how Azrail will grow up to look.

Of course, there are certain things that Raven couldn't come to copy, many of them being his authorities to death, the cosmic swords, and more. But she has his affinity now for death, fire, space, and even time, while being able to dabble in the World Spirit, mental, and soul path, matching his level. Not to mention, she inherited his level of talent and did not have the wall to stop her growth in any way.

Overall, Raven is a mini monster of Azrail, a dangerous one with more affinities and even Primal blessings from Darkness and Shadow that now give her unchallenged affinity, access, bloodlines, and command over those elements, making her a monster to never face in the dark. Even above all the access she has to the elements of darkness and shadow.

'She can in all senses be said to be the princess of darkness and shadow...'

Azrail mused, lightly chuckling at the fact about the monster that shall be having his back all the time. Not to mention his other shadow that can grow to eat whole realms to fit her stomach of hers, one that can have only feelings for him and will only ever live for him.

'I really can't wait for the future to arrive...'

As Azrail thought so, he looked at Raven with a smile as he spoke.

"Why don't we spar?"

"It will be my honor."

Raven spoke back in her dark yet seductive voice, enough to put any lower-willed cultivator directly into a slave trance. Her response prompted Azrail to contact Nayan through his soul link to directly transport the two of them to a battle room which happened in seconds. The two of them were whisked away to an extremely large, well-built room.

'The room shall even be able to take a battle between Heavenly Saint Realms so you can go all out, master.'

Nayan spoke in a respectful voice too, which Azrail cut off the connection to focus on Raven in front of him. She looked at him with respectful and loving eyes as always as she stood straight, the cultivation realm of the shadow being at the same as its master, which right now for Azrail is at the peak of Heaven Core Realm.

"Are you ready?"

Azrail, the 11-year-old boy, asked to which Raven, the 20-year-old looking stunning woman, nodded her head, the powers between them slowly rising up.

As the tension built, the air crackled with anticipation. Azrail and Raven locked eyes, a silent understanding passing between them. The sparring match was not just a display of strength but a dance of shadows and cosmic forces, a harmonious clash between master and servant.

Without uttering a word, Azrail made the first move. He vanished into the shadows, a skill he had mastered to perfection or at least it looks like that for a first time use, the usage of elements is a two-way street, if she can use it, then so can Azrail. Raven's keen senses, however, detected his movements. The room became a canvas of shifting shadows as Azrail darted and weaved, testing the limits of Raven's abilities.

Raven responded with graceful yet deadly precision. Dark tendrils extended from her form, reaching toward Azrail with lethal intent. The sword of Azrail flashed in defense, creating ethereal barriers that deflected the oncoming shadows. The clash of dark and cosmic energies painted a mesmerizing spectacle.

The battle intensified as Azrail emerged from the shadows, his sword swirling in intricate patterns, this time he going with a single sword. He launched a barrage of slashes, each one aiming to pierce Raven's defenses. Raven, in turn, utilized her shadow manipulation to evade and counter, creating illusions that mirrored her movements.

The room echoed with the sounds of clashing powers and the occasional clash of blades. Azrail, Raven, the shadow 'princess', matched him with an equal display of skill, her movements blending grace with deadly intent.

As the sparring match continued, dark blades formed around him, their edges shimmering with an ominous glow. Raven, undeterred, adapted her strategy, her shadows dancing in response to the shifting cosmic forces.

The battle reached its zenith when Azrail unleashed a celestial burst, a surge of Qi that engulfed the entire room. Raven, ever loyal, faced the onslaught head-on. Shadows swirled around her form, absorbing and nullifying the cosmic burst. The clash of forces created shockwaves that resonated through the battle room.

"Now that was a nice warm-up..."

Azrail muttered with a smile.
