Chapter 148: Cleaning Up The Village, Potion Masters

...….

*Ding!* *You have killed 500+ Mutated Villagers and exterminated every single living being inside a high-level cosmic construct—the Second Tier Plane of Infinity—Astral Plane.*

*Ding!* *You have obtained 30,000,000 points in your Physical Existence Refinement.*

*Ding!* *You have progressed moderately inside the Early-Gold Rank! Continue killing and the Mid-Gold Rank will not be too far away!*

Azmodeus perused a plethora of system notifications, conveniently ignoring the low-key coercing that the system was doing.

After all, he was planning to kill anything that got in his way of more power to begin with, so such advice was merely a reminder of what he already had on every day of his agenda.

In fact, he planned to commence the 'Mass-killing spree' pretty soon, as the only reason he hadn't been acquiring points like a madman was because he was unable to summon his Mirror Mirage's and Primordial Essence Clones. This was, of course, due to insufficient Physical Existence Ranks.

But after this recent draining of absurd amounts of Evolution Essence, he was able to release that limit set upon his various clones, likely having been placed on them due to the higher-level Laws of a second-layered plane of infinity like the Astral Plane.

He was clueless how the Laws could affect even his Primordial Essence Clones, but outside of Fallen Immortal Mountain, they were unable to surpass the Mortal Realm in strength.

However, following his rank up to Gold Rank Physical Existence Refinement, whatever was restricting his clones and Mirror Mirage's shattered all at once. This left his Primordial Essence Clones with 100% of his strength and his Mirror Mirage's with a fraction of that!

And for Azmodeus, this only meant one thing…

"Time to reap some loot…"

-

As soon as Azmodeus ascended all the crumbling wooden steps of the Dimsinion Church, he met up with the frightened Pumpkin Wolfy and discreetly conjured up his clones before going on his way.

It didn't take long for the clones and Mirror Mirage's to begin the ultimate killing spree, causing points to constantly flow into Azmodeus's Physical Existence Refinement Rank.

After a few hours of this grindfest, he had already acquired over 50 million points, effectively surpassing what he obtained in the span of two months by himself!

And after a few days of grinding while bringing Pan Nu and Pumpkin Wolfy to various small towns and cities, the amount of Physical Existence points multiplied by a few fold. In total, his storage amounted to hundreds of millions of points, all of which were automatically dumped into his Rank.

However, on one particular day, as Azmodeus traveled through a large bustling area located within a place called GreenBurrow City, he found out that there was one more way that one could refine their Physical Existences…

"Physical Existence Refinement potions… A Potion Master…"

He, along with Pan Nu, were staring at a couple of posters that had the name of a particular store. On the posters, it said they were hiring people called Potion Masters, aiming to request some 'Low-Bronze Rank Physical Existence Potions' be made.

"Do you know anything about what is on this poster, Pan Nu?" Azmodeus inquired with a curious tone, taking cursory glances at the people on the other side of the wide glass window where the posters were hung.

"...I have never heard of a Potion Master before… And I come from a place where they have everything…"

Pan Nu was quite intrigued by the contents of the poster as well, which was why she moved preemptively and walked through the wooden doors of the small tannery shop in front of them.

*Ring!*

A doorbell rang.

Azmodeus was surprised by the decisiveness of the girl, but it didn't take long before he was tagging right along behind her, hearing a doorbell ring for the second time.

After leaving Pumpkin Wolfy to stare at them from outside the large glass shop windows, a tall, handsome, robed man and an adorable girl wearing a light blue frilly dress found themselves inside a tannery where leather clothing and armor were made.

However, there was nothing too special about the items and objects hanging up on the walls for sale, so the two visitors made wide strides toward the reception desk, noticing a large antediluvian clock on the backdrop. Below that clock, there was an old white-haired man soundly sleeping with a wheat cone-shaped hat covering his face.

Even with the bell ringing twice, this old man doesn't look any closer to waking up…

Azmodeus wore an amused look on his face, and just as he was about to ask the old man about the posters, someone got to it first.

"Hey, old fart, wake up!" Pan Nu yelled while throwing a nearby leather shoe in the direction of the old man's head.

*Whack!*

*Bang!*

The old man was hit right across his forehead, causing him to fall off the back of his chair!

"Ahh! What was that for, you damn youngsters!?" The old man woke up right away, and when he felt the red mark on his forehead, his expression immediately became redder due to anger.

"...Well, I guess that's one way to get his attention…"

Azmodeus blankly stared at the short girl, who seemed to be more vexed than the old man that got hit. He lightly shook his head before walking up to the reception desk.

After which, he said, "I'm sorry about my companion over there. She's not very good with new people, but since you are up and active, could you tell us where we need to go for the flyers outside?"

*Jingle! Jingle!*

He spoke these words with a friendly expression, shaking around a bag that contained a sizable amount of the 'Azura Kingdom's' currency.

-----

Azura Kingdom.

In the Second Layer Infinity World—a world that transcends the most basic plane of existence, namely, inside the Astral Plane—there were an immeasurable number of vast territories, all of which possessed varying military strengths and powerhouses.

And one of such kingdoms was the Single Leaf Kingdom—the 'Azura Kingdom'.

It was a kingdom under the jurisdiction of the Mountain God, and it was also one of the only kingdoms to birth a Mountain God descendant worthy of his heritage.

Which was all to say that although the Azura Kingdom was a Single Leaf Kingdom, it was a Kingdom that had the backing of the Mountain God himself!

And inside one of the countless populated cities of the Azura Kingdom, the Unparalleled Crimson Devil Lord and his feisty companion were in the process of bribing a store owner. They were doing their 'utmost' to figure out more about these 'Potion Master's'.
