Chapter 310 Milly’s Revenge
Chapter 310 Milly's Revenge
Adam's mother began carrying him and started running away.
"Adam!" Milly shouted while being hugged by her father, who was also running away.
"Milly!" Adam shouted, his eyes shaking. He couldn't really tell what was happening, as so many things happened so suddenly.
However, there was a sinking feeling at the bottom of his stomach.
At that moment, the blue-haired Tyrannus flew over the air and landed on the ground, right in front of Adam's and Milly's parents, who were trying to escape.
"No one escapes." Tyrannus smirked and raised his battleaxe with a large grin.
"No!" Adam's mother screamed and quickly shielded her son with her body.
At that moment, the battleaxe beheaded her, and Adam could only watch in horror as his mother's head flew across the air before falling to the ground near the playground.
Adam's eyes shook, and soon his eyes were covered with tears.
He then heard a scream from Milly, and when he turned around, he saw her and her parents getting cut down by pirates, the light leaving their eyes as they fell down to the ground—dead.
Adam's heart shattered into a million pieces as he watched his friends and family being brutally murdered.
"Noooo!" Adam screamed and threw a sloppy punch towards Tyrannus.
"?" Tyrannus watched as the punch hit his legs—it barely even tickled.
"Fuck off, brat." Tyrannus swung the battleaxe and slashed through Adam's eyes, causing a spray of blood.
Adam saw nothing but darkness as his eyes turned into a bloody mess. He fell to the ground and started screaming in agony.
"Hmph." Tyrannus lifted the battleaxe over his head, ready to strike the final blow.
"Aaaahhh!"
But then Adam let out a scream as if it were straight from a primal beast, jumped straight back to his feet, and began throwing punches, but none of them hit as he was blinded.
However, Tyrannus' eyes turned serious, as he hadn't seen a child like this before. Often, the children who lost their parents would cry and be painfully easy to kill.
But this young child, who looks nothing special, was punching faster and faster with a determination that surprised even Tyrannus.
"I'll kill you!" Adam screamed and threw a punch that landed squarely on Tyrannus's chest.
However, nothing happened.
Tyrannus didn't even flinch and just looked at Adam with narrowed eyes.
"Milly!" Adam screamed and punched his chest one more time. "Mother!"
Smack, smack, smack, smack.
His knuckles bled and his hand ached, but he couldn't stop. His punches grew faster and faster, his anger and frustration building with each strike.
He felt like he was losing control, like he was going to explode.
At that moment, a small soul woke up deep within him, and Adam released his pent-up energy that was stored deep within him and smashed his fist against Tyrannus' chest.
This time, Tyrannus' eyebrow twitched slightly, as if the punch had affected him slightly.
At that moment, his eyes widened slightly in realization.
He realized what had just happened to this young kid.
'He opened his first gate, and he is barely ten years old!' Tyrannus' breathing quickened, as he hadn't heard anything like this happening before.
'I thought opening the gate was only possible with meditation, but he brute-opened it.
'This is the legendary Force Opening!
'It is possible to open the gates without meditation, but that can only happen in the rarest circumstances, and it now happened to someone of age 10...
'Marvelous!'
At that moment, Tyrannus slapped Adam and sent him crashing to the ground.
"Cough!" Adam coughed blood and cried tears of blood, but he was planning to stand back up.
But then Tyrannus stepped over his back and smirked. "Very interesting, kid."
"Ngh!" Adam groaned in frustration and pain, but no matter what he did, he couldn't stand up anymore as Tyrannus' boot kept him down.
"Haha, you might be a useful one." Tyrannus removed a medallion from around his neck and pressed it against Adam's back. "Slave Contract, activated."
"Aaaargh!" Adam screamed loudly as burning pain filled his back, as if he were currently being burned alive.
"You are now mine." Tyrannus smirked and then looked at the corpses of the townsfolk that were strewn about the streets.
No one, except pirates, was left anymore.
"Are you planning to cry over their deaths?" Tyrannus asked the child and smirked. "Were they important to you?
"In the pirate world, strength is everything. Without strength, you'll be betrayed, and everything you love will be destroyed.
"You should blame those men for being weak!" Tyrannus pointed at the dead town chief and the rest of the dead men. "If they were strong, they could have protected your mother and friends.
"So, I am asking this from you one more time.
"Are you planning to cry over their deaths or be a proper man?"
Tyrannus smirked as he heard Adam's sobbing stop.
"No..." Adam whimpered through pain while trying to look around, but he couldn't see anything.
He then touched his back as his shirt got torn off, and he could feel something burning on his back.
It was because a massive trident tattoo had appeared on his back, which caused his skin to turn red.
"Good, haha." Tyrannus grabbed Adam by the neck and tossed it over to one of his crewmates. "We'll take this piss-ant with us. Maybe he'll be a good chore boy!"
"He is blind." The crewmate said while holding Adam by his nape as if he were nothing but a filthy dog.
He was looking straight into his destroyed eyes.
"Give him some Restoration Gel." Tyrannus waved his hand lazily. "His appearance is far too unpleasant. Even though the Restoration Gel doesn't recover his vision, at least his eyes will be back to normal."
"He is still blind." The crewmate chuckled. "What use will he have?"
"Well, there are some sick bastards who enjoy kids with tender flesh like him." Tyrannus glanced at the black-haired child and smirked. "If we won't find any other use for him, at least we might as well make some money out of him.
"Don't ya agree?"
"Haha!" His crew laughed.
Meanwhile, Adam's tiny fists clenched tightly, his nails digging into his palm.
'Milly... mother...'
...
Back to the present.
"You are still caring about them?" Tyrannus scoffed. "What is in the past is in the past. You have a wonderful life—you are living like a king.
"You are throwing it all away, for what?!
"For them?
"Hah, I never thought of you as a sentimental guy, Adam!"
"I have sharpened my blade for years, for this very moment." Adam's white, blind eyes shone with otherworldly energy as his feet left the ground and he jumped towards Tyrannus.
"You're pathetic!" Tyrannus screamed and clad his battleaxe with blue light before throwing it towards Adam. "The Great Beyond!"
As the battleaxe approached Adam, his blind eyes slowly closed, and then his hand tightened around his katana.
At the last moment, Adam moved seamlessly as if he were swimming and dodged the battleaxe with just an inch to spare. The axe sliced through the air, missing Adam by a hair's breadth.
Then Adam's eyes slammed open, and he screamed as loudly as he humanly could.
"Milly's Revenge!"
Adam swung the katana down with every fiber of his being. It was the strongest strike he had ever made. It was the result of millions of slashes, which he had practiced daily for the past two decades.
As Tyrannus prepared to defend, he froze just for a moment as he saw a flash of face appear on the blade. It was the face of a young girl who was dead because of him.
'Why did I see that?' Tyrannus' eyes shrunk as he mistook the attack as just physical kind.
It was both a mental and physical attack.
The katana then slashed through Tyrannus' chest, causing a spray of blood to splatter everywhere.
"Tyrannus, die!" Adam hoarsely screamed.
