Celeste nodded, “I’ve kept it all along.”
“Remember to send it to me. I’ll need it later. I’ll release the lawyer’s letter at the right time. For now, I’m guiding public opinion online. Once I gather more evidence, I’ll take it to court. Then, they’ll be served with a subpoena.”
Mason probably wants to use the depression issue to guide public opinion. Of course, Celeste wouldn’t object. These people deserve the punishment, and it’s about time they taste the consequences.
