Primitive Man

Chapter 118: Gifts & Reaction

Chapter 118: Gifts & Reaction

In the main village, the news of the sub-villages' heartfelt gifts reached Garnt and Ayra. As they unwrapped each present, their eyes widened in astonishment and gratitude.

"Ayra, look at this magnificent iron sword!" Garnt exclaimed, holding the carefully crafted weapon. "It's the finest quality sword. I can't believe the blacksmiths put so much effort into creating such a masterpiece. They made the handle more artistic and our daughter's name was also there."

Ayra smiled, cradling their newborn daughter. She had given her daughter the name Guni, a name that held the weight of tradition and the warmth of familial love. As she looked into the innocent eyes of her little one, Ayra felt a profound connection, knowing that the name would become a part of their family's story for generations to come.

"And this beautiful wooden box, it's so intricately carved. What could be inside?" She also added noticing another gift.

Garnt carefully opened the box, revealing the polished gem within. "This stone is breathtaking! The colours are mesmerizing. It seems like they've put a lot of thought and effort into choosing and enhancing it."

[Holy! It's a sapphire gem. In my timeline, this would be worth almost half of my yearly income and I had a pretty good income.]

Eva was surprised she managed to find a gem that she managed to identify.

Ayra nodded in agreement. "It's not just a stone; it's a work of art. I can feel the love and dedication they poured into these gifts. I really want to pay them back somehow."

As the couple marvelled at the tokens of appreciation they noticed a note written by Baktou, his voice echoed in their minds while they were reading the note. "Brother, I hope you find this gift useful and hope to see my sister pregnant next time, I am eagerly waiting to visit Aunt Ayra and the little girl. Stay safe and healthy."

Ayra just smiled at the letter and looked at Garnt.

"Looks like Guni needs to have some siblings after all," She said with a seductive tone and said some things that Garnt couldn't ignore. "Maybe, Guni's father can put one more baby inside me. Mom won't complain about it."

Garnt smiled at her antiques. He was wondering whether it was fine for him to do that, but he decided not to consider the woman's health instead his hand suddenly went ahead and squeezed Ayra's firm ass.

"Looks like Guni's mother needs some pounding here to realize that she should rest," Things were starting to get erotic and obscene between them until both of them heard a crying sound and noticed that their daughter must be hungry and both of them chuckled.

"I guess, we are parents now. Mother should feed Guni. I will clean this area, so you can sit comfortably." Garnt just went ahead and lifted all the heavy objects and removed them allowing Ayra to sit, and she removed her top and allowed Guni to suck on her nipples. Garnt also sat next to them and watched everything with a smile, but his hand automatically went ahead and squeezed her free breast.

"Ahhhhhhh~ Guni looks like your father is also needy just like you. Should I share my boobs with him?" She was smiling looking at Garnt, and he quickly went ahead and started to suck the other breast, as if he was indulging in the finest treat.

"Ehhhhh~ Garnt slow down! It's sensitive because of my milk." Garnt was aggressively sucking on her nipples until he heard a click on the door only to see Gundo and Rona looking at them.

"Oh my! There are two babies here," Gundo remarked, as she went ahead and dragged Garnt's ear. "Our patriarch shouldn't act like a baby! What would others think if they saw you like this?"

Garnt just looked at her and smiled, while wiping his mouth. "Who cares? I will love my family even if others think that I am a fool. After all, there's nothing more important than family."

'Hmmm~ if the family is everything you should care about me too.'

Gundo thought as she looked at Garnt, but then she went ahead and looked at Guni and sat next to Ayra.

"Ayra, how does it feel to be a mother again?" She wasn't worried, after all, Ayra already had experience with two children, but she still wanted to make sure everything was fine.

"I'm doing great, sister. Garnt is also with me, and I think this might be the easiest I have been. I should also quickly get back to training without letting my body rest for too long. I'm already feeling rather weak,"

Rona nodded, expressing her desire for Ayra to be strong. She understood that strength is essential in a world where danger takes various forms.

"Rona, did you come across anything dangerous? I want to join and help you, but I'm sorry about all of this." Ayra then looked at her rival and questioned.

"Ayra, don't worry about it. I've been managing well, and Unami has been a tremendous help. You know how skilled she is in handling different situations. Your absence hasn't affected our operations at all. In fact, having Kara around has been a great support too."

She paused for a moment before continuing, "They're ambitious, just like their mother, and they're eager to prove themselves. I've been keeping them in check, and they're learning a lot from the experience."

Rona reached out and placed a reassuring hand on Ayra's shoulder. "You need to focus on recovering and spending time with the new addition to your family. Rest is crucial, Ayra. You've been pushing yourself too hard, and I appreciate your dedication, but your well-being is important too. When my time comes, I know I can rely on you just as much as you rely on me."

Garnt was happy to see all of them get along, but he never forgot the danger that lurked around his village. He knew those gigantic creatures were dangerous, but also Amel and Moga were even more dangerous since they had something supporting them.

'I wonder what they are up to, I can't imagine Moga surviving that attack, but if he did at least he should be bedridden by now. I just hope that is the case,'

Garnt was thinking, as he reached out to see the other gifts from his own villagers and the sea village.

[I don't know whether it was a good or bad idea not to actively search for them, but we can't just go around the forest without any aims. Sooner or later, we will have to face them, and you should be ready when that happens. Defence is the best offence after all.]

Amel surveyed the newly constructed village walls, reminiscent of the impressive fortifications that Garnt had successfully built in his own settlement. Despite the nascent state of development, Amel felt a sense of contentment with the progress.

As he observed the people within his nation, however, a shadow of dissatisfaction crossed his face. The majority were men, as the women seemed to be either captured and confined or confined to their homes, well aware of the cruelty that pervaded the village. Even the women who willingly agreed to follow Amel weren't safe.

Most of them were just kept in cages as breeding tools for the village. When men felt like having sex, they would just simply visit these cages and abuse these women showing how primal this society Amel built was.

"Look at this place," Amel muttered to himself, addressing the nearest advisor. "We may have walls and buildings, but our people still behave like beasts. No order, no discipline."

The advisor nodded in agreement, "True, Lord Amel. It seems we've yet to attain the level of civility that Garnt and Rona have achieved in their villages."

In a turn of surprise, this advisor was also a woman, but unlike other women, she had an air of superiority to her. Her dark skin and silver hair added a good contrast to her features, but also the curvy body and the well featured face was just a sight that anyone could simply keep appreciating.

Amel smirked, "But that doesn't bother me. All I need is a powerful army. Discipline can come later. We'll trample Garnt and Rona under our might and then we can purge all these animals and create a better place for us to live. You can be my wife and control this place."

He tried to put his hands on the woman's hip, but she suddenly moved away with a cold look on her face. "I sure hope so, Lord Amel. I can't wait to meet this person called Garnt."

Just then, a gruff voice interrupted from the crowd, "Patriarch! We've captured a few more prisoners from the neighbouring caves. What should we do with them? There are few women among this crowd."

A cruel smile crept across Amel's face as he replied, "Cage them, as always. We need to remind everyone who holds the power here. We're building an army, not a sanctuary for these people."

The advisor woman nodded again, but she looked as if she was a dead person as she didn't show any expression on her face. "As you wish, Lord Amel."

As Amel continued to gaze upon the village, a dark determination burned in his eyes. He may not have the refined society that Garnt and Rona had created, but in his mind, the strength of his army would be the key to asserting dominance over his rivals.

"As long as I have this syringe, I'm invisible. Look at Moga, he is already ten times more powerful than his former self and just acts like a wild animal in general,"
