Primitive Man

Chapter 119: Untouchable beast

Chapter 119: Untouchable beast

Amel, feeling a mix of curiosity and concern, decided to check on Moga. He made his way to the designated area where Moga was supposed to be staying. As he approached, the pungent odour assaulted his senses, and he noticed a scattered collection of bones strewn around the exterior of a shed.

"Damn it! Don't spread your dirty smell around this place," Amel muttered to himself, as he found it rather repulsive. Unlike other people, he also started to build some level of decency inside him because of his system's influence.

Disturbed, Amel cautiously approached the shed, and with a wrinkled nose, he peered inside. The sight that met his eyes was nothing short of shocking. A group of naked women huddled together, their eyes wide with fear, and in the midst of them, Moga lay asleep like a wild animal.

Amel's eyes narrowed as he took in the scene knowing it was not something extraordinary for him.

"After that first syringe, he is acting more like an animal. I think it did something to him. Well, it's not like I care. As long as I can keep him under my leash, all is well."

[What else did you expect? I clearly warned you about the result. You basically injected modified animal DNA into his body. His testosterone level must be out of the charts with that one.]

The voice inside Amel answered his words without showing any emotions in her voice. It was as if she were doing things just because she had to do them.

Moga, waking from his slumber with a feral growl, grinned, "Amel, just building strength and satisfying my hunger. These women are my tools. Bring me more women and food!"

Amel, though taken aback, replied with a calculated tone, "You need strength, Moga, not this madness. We're here for power, not... this. So work on making your techniques."

Moga chuckled, "You are really starting to look more and more like the man you hate. What is this disgracing talk about strategy and techniques? Find me where Garnt is and I will simply break his body with my raw power! Look at this body, does it look like something that someone like Garnt could harm?"

He looked at Moga's body and was disgusted by it. Raw muscles were popping out of random places, and his size had doubled compared to when he was a normal human. Jagged protrusions of bone jutted out from his limbs, giving him an almost monstrous appearance. The twisted amalgamation of sinew and flesh made it difficult for Amel to even recognize the person Moga had once been.

A twisted, leathery skin now covered Moga's enlarged frame, the colour a sickly hue that accentuated the unnaturalness of the transformation. What was once a familiar face now resembled a mask of horror, contorted and disfigured beyond recognition. Amel couldn't help but feel a surge of revulsion as he observed the monstrous creature that stood before him, a stark contrast to the friend he had known.

Every step Moga took seemed to emphasize the grotesque nature of his altered physique. His movements were erratic, the monstrous limbs flailing with an unsettling lack of coordination. As Amel continued to stare in disbelief, a chilling realization crept over him – this disfigured monster was the result of a simple syringe.

"I should not keep that thing close to me. It should only be used on idiots like Moga," He thought, as he decided to leave that man and look at his advisor who was waiting outside for him, but before leaving he decided to leave one final piece of advice.

Amel sighed, "I'm not against your methods, Moga, but we need a force that Garnt can't match. Shape up, get stronger, and we'll crush them together. This, however, needs to change. We are running out of women and no matter how much you cum inside them, none of them are getting pregnant. I'm sad to say it, but you are not fertile anymore."

The news wasn't the most shocking for Moga, as he never wanted children, but Amel found it interesting how much this syringe affected Moga as a human. However, compared to that, in front of him was a woman who had taken the same syringe but showed a lot of good results, unlike Moga.

He was talking about none other than his own advisor, whom Amel had found near a cave and had willingly asked to support him. He didn't understand why she wanted to support him, but he couldn't help but appreciate her; after all, she was perfect when it came to fighting, as well as taking on challenges.

She was the first person to willingly say she wanted the syringe because most of the people rejected it after they saw what happened to Moga. Amel didn't have many of them, and he only had five syringes, so he had to choose carefully whom he was going to inject them into. Until now, he had only used three of them, causing one of the people on whom he used it to die, with his heart exploding.

"Let's go and get ready for our grand plan. We are going to show Garnt that he is not on top of the food chain anymore. With our gathered power I think we could even defeat that giant animal we saw the other day,"

Amel had confidence, but he knew the road to achieving all of these goals was not easy. Nevertheless, he was still ready to face them; after all, he had a system that supported and boosted his confidence.

For the next few days around Garnt's village, there were several festivals and ceremonies to celebrate Guni's birth. Some of the people have already started to call her as the young matriarch, because she was supposed to be the next leader after Garnt, but Garnt knew that wasn't the case.

"They will have to show me their worth if they want to be the next leader. I won't let them ruin anything we built, even if they are my children." He showed before being a parent, he was a good leader.

*Sigh

"Why are you talking about these things now? She hasn't even celebrated her first birthday," Gundo muttered as she found Garnt's words strange and thought he was being extra with his words.

While they were talking with each other, Kara and Kiriah approached Garnt with excitement written all over their faces, their eyes gleaming with anticipation. Garnt couldn't help but wonder what was happening at the sudden turn of events. The festivities and leadership discussions were momentarily forgotten as he focused on the urgency in their voices.

"Garnt! Garnt!" Kara gasped, trying to catch her breath. "It's happening! The egg... the egg from the cave, it's cracking!"

Garnt's eyes widened, a surge of energy coursing through him. Gundo exchanged a surprised glance with Garnt, both realizing the significance of this moment. The atmosphere around the village square buzzed with excitement as the news spread, and people began to gather, eager to witness the rare spectacle of the animal's birth.

"We can't miss this. Ayra quickly take Guni, let's go and see what is happening,"

Without wasting a moment, Garnt, Gundo, and Ayra joined Kara and Kiriah in their sprint toward the designated spot where the egg was supposed to hatch. The air was thick with anticipation, and the rhythmic thuds of their footsteps echoed through the village.

As they approached the site, Garnt could see a small crowd had already gathered, murmuring excitedly. The egg, carefully secured in a nest of soft materials, showed visible cracks, a sign of the new life within seeking to emerge. Beside the egg, Maro stood with her behaviour looking rather confused, as she knew something must be happening to her beloved egg.

She was looking rather uneasy, as she kept running around and howling like she was having a crisis of her own.

Kiriah, unable to contain her excitement, shouted, "It's happening! It's really happening! Something is really going to come out of that egg."

Garnt didn't want a huge crowd gathering and disturbing the birth, so he asked some of his guards to disperse the crowd, only allowing a few people in the area.

"I will go; also, make sure that we have something to feed the animal that is going to come out. I don't know what they will eat, but I guess some milk will do," Garnt said, looking at Rona, and she quickly acted upon his orders. However, before she could go and collect it, Eva decided to speak.

[Garnt, don't feed milk. If the animal that is going to come out of this egg is going to be a reptile, then they will be lactose intolerant, so it is better to feed some insects or just small fishes.]

"Got it!" He then asked Rona to do it, and went ahead and started to pet his majestic pet would and calm her down. "Maro, I'm here now, don't worry! I will stay with you for this special moment,"

As Garnt continued to stroke Maro's fur, a deep bond of understanding seemed to pass between them. Maro, sensing her owner's presence and the reassurance in his voice, gradually settled onto Garnt's warmth. The majestic pet wolf lowered herself onto the ground, her large, protective frame curling around the mysterious egg that held the promise of new life.

"Let's welcome this new member now!"
