Chapter 1394 This Is Where You Die

Kelvin became anxious when he heard about Kisa’s erratic behavior. “Where’s she now?” he asked.

“Didn’t I just tell you she’s over there?” Carrie said as she pointed at the archway on the right once more.

Then, Kelvin ran over without saying a word. Suddenly, Mr. Mullen Sr. called out to him and said, “Here’s the key. She’s in the first room to the left.”

Kelvin stared at the key and scowled fiercely. “You locked her up?!” he roared.

“She was acting crazy. Who would be responsible if she ran away or something?” Carrie snorted coldly.

“If something happens to her, your family will be responsible.” Kelvin then rushed to the archway after saying that.

Something flickered in Mr. Mullen Sr.’s eyes, and he walked over with the help of his cane. Only a few of the Mullens were worried about Kisa, most wanted to see what would happen next, so they got up and tagged along.

Kelvin held the key tightly, puzzled. He was sure that Kisa was not going insane since he was clear about her condition. But why did they say that she was possessed? Did she deliberately act crazy on purpose. or did they do something to her?”

Kelvin stood in front of the door to the first room in doubt. The door was locked, but instead of unlocking it in a hurry, he knocked on the door. “Kisa? Kisa, are you in there? Kisa?”

There was no answer.

Kelvin frowned. He decided to unlock the door. The Mullen family then arrived at the door and stood 3 feet away. Kelvin quickly turned the key and pushed the door open, but no one was in the room.

Kelvin was startled. He subconsciously turned around to look at Mr. Mullen Sr. and said, “Didn’t you say she was in here? Where is she?” The Mullens were also in a state of confusion, especially Leon and Isaac; all except for Mr. Mullen Sr.

“Yeah, I saw her run in there with my own eyes, and I’m sure I locked the door. There’s no way for her to escape,” said Leon. “Well, don’t just stand here. Go in there and look behind the screen,” said Isaac.

Kelvin was getting suspicious of the Mullens. He was hesitating when suddenly, a voice came behind the screen; it was Kisa’s voice.

“I’m over here…” she said.

Kelvin was overjoyed. He quickly walked toward the screen but was startled when he saw what lay behind. He knocked down the screen as he stepped back in horror.

All they saw was Kisa standing there, motionless. Her eyes were dull and empty while she held a burning candlestick in her right hand, the flame swaying slightly in the air.

“W-What’s going on, Kisa?” Kelvin swallowed and asked nervously.

Is she actually possessed by a spirit? I mean, it sure does look like it…

The Mullens did not dare to approach Kisa when they saw her, but Kelvin walked over and shook her arm. “What’s the matter, Kisa? Wake up Are you sleepwalking?”

Kisa did not budge Instead, she just stared at Kelvin blankly with soulless eyes.

“You are Gilbert Kooper. You are my enemy

“I want revenge.”

“I’m going to strike back.”

In the hall, Sara watched the surveillance footage, and a smile appeared on the corner of her lips.

“Hehehe. I told you, Kisa, this is where you die.”
