Chapter 1024 Are You Really Pregnant?

“Exactly!” A sultry woman wrapped herself around Anthony and glanced at Lea with contempt. “You’re just a plaything. You really think you are somebody?”

Lea clutched onto the pregnancy test report in her handbag. She had gone to the hospital for a check– up yesterday after work. When she found out that she was pregnant, she was shocked and happy at the same time. She could not tell if Anthony would be happy to hear about the arrival of the baby. She was in a dilemma for a long time before she finally decided to tell him about it. If he was looking forward to the baby, that would be best. But, if he did not like the baby but despised the child, then she would quietly keep the baby.

However, she had waited for him all night at her place, but he did not show up. When she called him, he did not answer. So, she went to the hotel he frequented to look for him. She was the kind of person that once she had decided on something, she could not wait to carry it out. When she arrived at the hotel, all she saw was him making out with another woman. She knew that he was never short of women, but seeing him with another woman was still too much to bear. After she ruined their fun, Anthony left in a rage, and so this is how they ended up where they were.

Anthony puffed out a ring of smoke and squinted at her. “Tell me, why did you come to the hotel to see me?”

Lea almost crumpled the pregnancy test report in the handbag. She was determined to tell him about the child’s existence. But, at this moment, she hesitated when she saw his grim face. She was a little afraid of him.

“Are you f*cking mute? Speak up!” Anthony yelled in a sudden rage.

Lea shuddered in fear. Not only Lea, but the woman wrapped around Anthony also winced in fear. However, she still glanced at Lea in disgust. novelbin

Lea’s palms were sweating, and her pregnancy test report was crumpled in her hand. “D–Do you like children?” she asked in a shivering voice.

Anthony frowned.

The woman suddenly snickered, “Hey, you are not going to tell Anthony that you are pregnant with his child, are you? Tsk, tsk, tsk. There is no telling whose baby a plaything bar girl like you are carrying. Are you trying to pin it on Anthony?”

Lea ignored the woman and just stared at Anthony with a bit of fear and anticipation in her eyes.

The smoke from the cigarette between Anthony’s fingers obscured his facial

expression. He squinted slightly and became lost in thought, as if he was caught up in some kind of memory with a voice in his head.

“He is that illegitimate child, isn’t he? His mother sells alcohol at the bar for a living. Who knows who the child’s father is? And, she pinned it on our master.”

“B*stard, beat him up. He is a b*stard child. His mother is a b*tch, so he is the son of a b*tch. Everyone, get him!”

Just then, the woman climbed onto Anthony’s chest and gave him a peck on his lips, jolting him out of his thoughts. The next second, he mercilessly threw the woman against the car door.

Lea shivered in fear and stared cautiously at Anthony.

Anthony suddenly looked at her and snickered, “I like children, but I don’t like yours.”

Lea’s heart sank. “Why?”

“Because you’re a b*tch. How can you be worthy of giving birth to my child when you are just a woman who sells alcohol for a living?”

Lea’s heart bled as she listened to the man’s cruel remarks. ‘This man always looks down on me. I should have known better. How could I expect him to love our child when I’m just a plaything in his eyes?‘

“What? Are you really pregnant?” Anthony shot an icy glance at her belly.
