Chapter 1111 I Almost Strangled Him to Death

Kisa quickly let go of Gilbert, and she fell onto the bed in distress. Then, she hugged her head in agony.

I thought of getting revenge for them and for myself. It’s not like I’m being soft-hearted toward this man on purpose. I also didn’t forget about my hatred on purpose. Gilbert’s just way too nice to me. He’s so nice that I’m a little lost, and I started to doubt the “truth” that’s right in front of me. I really don’t know what to do anymore,’ she thought again.

Gilbert coughed for a while before sitting up on the bed.

Seeing the woman in agony and distress made him feel bitter.

‘She hates me and got close to me because she wanted to take revenge on me. This is something she’s demonstrating clearly right now,’ he thought.

Gilbert got off the bed. Then, he changed into his clothes in silence.

It was daybreak. It only took Gilbert a while to get dressed.

He turned around and looked at Kisa blankly. “I won’t chase you out nor do anything to you, so you have to butter me up on purpose. If you really want to avenge him, then do it.”

After speaking, the man turned around and walked outside without looking at her.

Kisa stared fixedly at his back. She felt tears well up in her eyes as her vision promptly turned blurry.

She hugged her knees and buried her head between them. Then, she cried sadly.
