Chapter 336 - 336 Retribution.
The woman, who would get into headlines involving maids or servants. Those were so ridiculous that people already knew like the back of their hand of all Yan Ruomin's 'holy' deeds.
The policeman who was answering Yan Ruomin a second ago, gave her a weird glance and murmured, "Ah, what a day? I got to see the famous Miss Yan Ruomin! I guess tomorrow, our station will become famous all over the Ming city."
The other policeman nodded his head and replied while thinking gravely, "Miss Yan, how do you think the title should be? The infamous Yan Ruomin bullied a pitiful girl and got caught in CCTV footage: Getting arrested on the way to escape the country!"
"..." In this fashion, Yan Ruomin was arrested and dragged out from the airport. When she was getting into the police car, her eyes fell on the passers-by who were standing on the footpath.
Her eyes flashed when she detected Luo Lixi and the woman she had bullied today. They were talking with another policeman who was writing something on a pad and Pan Er Jiu was narrating something.
In that instant, she moved away and dashed towards them. The policemen were swift enough and caught her. Pan Er Jiu was startled as she saw the crazy mad-oh-so-angry expression of Yan Ruomin.
Yan Ruomin sprained her ankle after being tackled down by the officers and fell on the ground with a thud while her shoulders were pressed down by the four arms.
She felt pain everywhere when she dropped. Tears threatened to fall as Yan Ruomin shouted with immense anger, "Luo Lixi, you bitch! How dare you? Don't you know I am brother Ruming's childhood sweetheart?! He won't forgive you if he knows!"
Her shriek was so loud that all the people looking at her turned silent. The clicking of photos continued while some reporters continued to take notes.
Yan Ruomin yelled loudly, "Are you taking revenge against me? It was your servant's fault, not mine! You bitch, I will kill you!... Mmm."
The nearby policeman couldn't endure her violent resistance and yelling. He glued a tap on her mouth and then dragged her into the police car. "Stop courting death!"
As soon as she fell on the back seat, her body crashed against another body. When the pairs of eyes met each other, hatred began to fly.
The saleswoman blamed Yan Ruomin for the situation she was in. After Luo Lixi came, she saw everything and called the manager of the airport.
When Luo Biwun came, he directly called the police. In this way, everything got exposed and the saleswoman was arrested.
…
Luo Biwun and Luo Lixi were staring at the things that took place just now. Luo Lixi blinked her eyes and then turned towards the officer who was taking Pan Er Jiu's statement, "Officer, make another case."
"... Okay? Is this on you, miss Luo?"
"Yes. She just insulted me, verbally abused me and threatened to kill me in public. You are the direct witness. Also, if you need it, you can…" Luo Lixi turned around.
She pointed to the reporters who were recording the scenes and said matter of fact, "... find the evidence from them. Thanks."
That was it. Everything was said and done by her, with no more words she walked away, leaving the crowd crazy with the sudden scenes.
"..." Officer. The officers were left amazed and speechless,
"..." Luo Biwun.
"..." Pan Er Jiu. She couldn't stay calm and bubbled with excitement, 'Oh my God! My boss is so cool~'
…
Boom! Clack! Buzz!
It was not long before the woman was taken by the police officers, it began to rain heavily. The thunder and lightning began to hit the sky hard, seemingly like it was angry.
Before even during the daytime, the sky was quite cloudy and by now the moon could not be seen, and now with the heavy rain, everything around was hazy and unclear.
Not even the distance lights could be seen clearly at the moment. It was so equivalent to a dark room with no source of light.
The long city was closer to the Capital city than Ming city. Because of the bad weather, and with the thunder and bright lightning threatening, the plane which should have gone to the Long city way before made an emergency landing in the Ming city's international airport.
Luo Lixi stood at the entrance of the airport, trying not to get entangled in between the crowd with Pan Er Jiu following behind.
The airport security helped them to disperse the reporters from bothering them.
Luo Lixi glanced around the place. Then she turned towards Luo Biwun, "Uncle, the weather is so bad. Also, it's very late at night and not a proper time to travel. How about we sign into a hotel and stay for the time being?"
Luo Biwun thought for a moment with his brows creased and hands against his hip, he sighed and nodded his head as he saw the time on the watch with the dark sky pouring heavily. Then, he lifted his head and glanced ahead.
It was really raining very badly, he did not expect the rain to be so intense. The road was very deserted except for the taxis' which were on the road. Luo Lixi felt restless and touched her head.
Thanks to all the things that happened, and with all the stress and headache she received, ruined her mood further, she still didn't get to have the medicine. Even when Pan Er Jiu mentioned it, she told her she didn't need it.
"Let's go. Tomorrow, around 8 am, we will leave for Ming city." Luo Biwun murmured loud, enough for the two girls as well the others to hear clearly.
He looked around and noticed the parking lot. "They should be there…"
As Luo Biwun thought, he called someone and in the next second, two cars turned on their front lights. When Luo Biwun waved at those, the cars left the cars and began to drive towards them.
Right then, a taxi drove towards them. It stopped right in front of them as they stood just outside of the airport. Two women all of a sudden walked out with umbrellas and rushed to Pan Er Jiu.
"Ah, child, you are here!"
"Our Xiao Pan, aunty missed you~"
"Aunty, why are you...?! Ma! You too? When did you come to this city?!" Pan Er Jiu mumbled in a low voice.
Her mother slapped her on the arm and said loudly, "Why are you acting like this?! After you left, your aunt called me. In a few days, your cousin will get married so I have come to stay. After I heard you have come here, I rushed in such bad weather yet you…"
Disappointment for such a senseless daughter, who did not ever appreciate her efforts, flashed through her face.
Pan Er Jiu was speechless and bewildered by her mother's sudden outburst. She leaned down and whispered, "Ma, the lady there… She is my boss! The CEO of the company where I work! How can I leave while my boss is here?!"
Hearing it, both the elderly women turned their heads around and glanced at Luo Lixi. They both scanned her from top to bottom and left to right and then nodded their heads.
Her aunt whispered, "Such a young girl is your boss?! It is hard to believe…"
"Do you think I'm lying?! Aunt, Ma, you should have called before coming!..." Before Pan Er Jiu could say any further, her aunty pointed at Luo Lixi and said, "Well, Xiao Jiu, is your boss single? You think… she will like my second son?"
Embarrassment? Nervousness? Shivers?
What did Pan Er Jiu actually feel at that moment when all the people standing a few distances away turned to her? All speechless! She stayed still, trying to contemplate the situation and also to come up with an excuse.
The next moment, like an obedient baby, Pan Er Jiu awkwardly turned towards Luo Lixi and apologized with her head bowed down, "Sorry!"
"Boss, I apologise from my aunt's side! I am really sorry…"
Luo Lixi covered her mouth, with her eyes shut closed, she sneezed loudly. She sniffed, wiping her running nose, she opened her eyes as the nose was itching very badly.
Luo Lixi squinted her eyes in discomfort. Then her gaze fell on the three women who were patiently waiting for her reply, she waved her hand towards Pan Er Jiu, "Leave with them. It's fine."
Thus, Pan Er Jiu left with her mother and aunt, she contemplated if that was the right thing but she indeed got the permission so what was the problem?
Looking at the bunch of things Pan Er Jiu said were hers, her aunt smiled wildly while her mother's face stiffened.
She glared at Pan Er Jiu. Even when her daughter was already out of sight, she couldn't help herself from getting angry and glaring in the direction she went off to.
