So, I've read 152 chapters of this and let me tell you why I didn't particularly liked it.I don't try to dissuade anyone from reading, and if you liked it despite what's written below, I'm happy for you.Yes, it's just a rantFirst and the biggest, in my opinion, is author's ever-present indecision, trying to sit on all chairs at once. Just some quick notable examples to get the feel: Mc's a noble, but she's a simpleton, she's a genius at swordsmanship, but she's a mage, whole world is an ocean, but author creates inland-ish feel, lore and setting is almost grimdark, but everyone's having time of their lives.Maybe not every single thing suffers from this here, but a whole lot certainly do, and the thing that suffers a lot is [dramatic pause] Psychokinetic Eyeball Pulling. Oftentimes it looks like just a silly gimmick, the eyeball pulling part, and after a while, what brings frustration is that MC just doesn't do it for no particular reason, despite apparent quickness and effectiveness. That's why I started loosing interest approaching chapter 152. There's one move vastly superior to every other move, and author making MC not use this move just so they can drag drag out the fight for more drama is very frustrating. Then, there's all other moves and abilities. Nothing is more frustrating than knowing MC's full moveset and then struggle because they just don't use some ability which would easily bail them out. That lead us to the next topic of forgotten child of plagiarism, which are the second classes. Not just the MC's second class is basically forgotten, but basically everyone has just a single class(for their skillset too one-dimensional to believably say it's a combination of skillsets of two classes), loosing this part of interesting two different classes interaction, which present in Azarinth Healer and which system is made to accommodate and handle, which system is taken here, with minor adjustments, namely class acquisition, titles, skill thresholds, and vitality with endurance are now constitution. While this story still somewhat works, it is a prime example of how you should make a system for your story and not the other way around. It just doesn't fit there, trying to modify it to suit this story's needs, author stripped all the system should have done to the story, that being an appropriate reward for effort and accomplishments. Here, system is frankenstein's monster instead of a real thing, making effort seem meaningless and accomplishments empty or undeserved.Next I want to talk how eyeball pulling gimmick feels forced and basically unwelcome. Author explores a bit about psychokinesis, it's upper limits, and then suddenly remembers he has eyeball pulling quota to fill, so that's going into the window for now, and then there's dissonance with other system stuff, like there's bonus to strength, bonus to to psychic damage, and then there's... bonus to eyeball pulling easiness... It just feels weird, like imagine a class that instead of increasing all unarmed damage increased damage of just the uppercut damage... like it's so weirdly specific it rubs the wrong way.Next, there's a general skill creep. MC used the skill in battle: skill leveled up, skill was barely used in a fight? Who cares, skill leveled up! Uhm, the skill isn't even usable in battle... What, can't hear you, skill leveled up! In every battle!!While in Azarinth Healer you can see the direct correlation between a skill being used and it leveling up, here it just levels by the virtue of existing. Such a bad correlation between accomplishments and rewards that i don't even know what to say about it.Worldbuilding is very lax. What I mean is what on the main ship there's like 5 houses in upper district, basically nothing in middle district, and infinite dungeon-like lower district with like 3 places of interest. They all have very inland feel to them, like they're not on the ship, ship's overall size is poorly described. The rest of the world is basically build out of cliches without any real depth to it, then there's another cliche of mysterious stuff happening worldwide and out MC here is conveniently just met all requirements to jump right into the fray to crawl around figuring out conspiracies.Characters are pretty static, there's not a single moment of character development I can call out. It would've been fine if characters were well written, but the MC is way off for that. MC... is very very strange. Like, she's said to be bullied repressed child, but now she's the spoiled liked-by-everyone with basically nothing in-between happening, likewise, she's said to be the winner of basically every single sword tournament she participated in, but that never shows, with her being helplessly clueless in self-defense.In conclusion, author has gone after too much cool stuff without really thinking it through, but decent first litRPG attempt3/5
I would like to take a minute and kind of expand and clarify some of the things said here. While I totally agree with a lot of the flaws such as the sidelined subclass, admittedly shoddy worldbuilding, and supposed copying of Azarinth Healer's system( I haven't read that yet but I'll take your word for it). I'd like to clarify on some of the other flaws though. Starting with the Eyeball pulling thing, she actually has a pretty good reason to do so, it is that for one of the skill she gets, it dramatically enhances and quantifies her emotions, leading to a buildup and explosion ( Think of it as exactly like Mob Psycho 100 ). The eyeball pulling thing gets greatly magnified by the emotion of obsession, due to the fact that SpoilerShe is the supposed "other half" of the eyeball witch who is some space-travelling being, and gets a transcendent class evolution from her main class to eyeball witch which drastically increases her ability to eyeball pull and she can use the powers of the creatures they belonged to. Next up is the author's "indecision". I haven't really noticed any point where MC was a "simpleton", more like a little sheltered which she gets over very quickly. The part about her being a genius at swordsmanship, but a mage, is explained by the fact that her entire family for generations have been extremally proficient magic swordsmen, so its kinda expected of her, and the fact that being a mage was forced on her and Spoilerseems to be influenced/fated by the eyeball witch. And although its been a hot minute since I last read a chapter, I can't remember any point where I felt like she could have ended a fight better with another move. I can't say much about the underdeveloped system because I haven't read the other book, so I'll just skip that part. The skill creep part can be easily answered by the fact that a lot of the skills interact with each other and she generally tries to use them all whenever possible. Then there is the worldbuilding part, which I totally agree with because although there are some hints of a much larger world narrative, the current world exists of like five areas and 20 buildings, the rest being ocean or "wilderness". Granted, most of the world is an ocean anyway and there is one very large habitable boat and one loose definition of an island. I also agree that Astrid just seems to be able be in the middle of all the important events but Spoilerthings do seem to be being manipulated from behind the scenes with things like the blob creatures and the eyeball witch who is Astrid's "other half" so fate/destiny may be driving the plot. The character development can be explained by the fact that most characters don't really need it, and some of it having happened but on a smaller scale like when Astrid meets the leviathan in the lower residence, when Johnathan's friend dies, or when Callum SpoilerLeaves the guild with Astrid. Aside from that, a lot of the other characters like Daniel are older and have already had their own character development before the MC was around, or they just haven't had their time yet.In my conclusion, although the author seems pretty new and is wasting some of the potential of the story, they are doing a really good job at entertaining me and the story itself is interesting to read and keeps bringing me back for more.8.75/10
everything becomes mid after reading Azarinth Healer imo
Not everything, but fighting scenes sure do.
can you suggest some? can't find anything new that excites me
Is this good? The synopsis intrigued me but I'm already having my hands full with a few novels. I'll pick it up while stacking up chaps for other novels I'm reading
This is really good! It’s similar to Azarinth Healer but instead of hand to hand combat it’s a psychic mage
Although I'm only at chapter 20, I'm really enjoying this. The characters feel like they have depth, the story and stakes feel good, and the quirky system is hilarious. If you're not a fan of FMC's for whatever reason, that's fine, don't read it, but if you're okay with that I highly recommend this.Update: I'm at 150 now and I can honestly say I'm enjoying more than I was before. The Twists are magnificent and the story just keeps getting better.
Alright, I've read to the latest available chapter and now have more to say.I really like all the twists and turns that are going on and the way Astrid's skills are being developed. I'm also a really big fan of the way fighting is portrayed, along with the "magic development and experimentation" which I absolutlutely love in novels(seriously, if you could recommend some really good realistic magic and magical development novel, it would be greatly appreciated). Overall I think this novel is past the point where things could suddenly become really badly written or have a bad direction, so just assume it stays really good otherwise, if not I'll post something(I've been hurt before, looking at you Nanomancer, still holding out hope the author might turn things around and fix the story in that one. I don't need an overly confident female MC who "DoN't NeEd No MaN" but for the love of all, why did Shiro become like a jade beauty from a Wuxia who can't do anything without the MC, 'cmon man). Sorry for ranting a little. Anyway, read this, It's good.

While initially used for educational purposes, recently a large gaming company, Averon, released a fully fledged immersive MMORPG simulation where users can become anyone they desire, level up, choose their class, and become a hero or a villain. The name of this simulation is The Shattered World Online. Eli Winters had no interest in playing it. His father, a jobless bum who spent his entire life playing games in the hope of becoming a famous player or streamer, was able to use the release of The Shattered World Online to gain wealth and fame, quickly becoming the number one player and a household name as the game took the world by storm. He immediately abandoned Eli and his mother in favor of being with someone from his guild, despite his mother having worked two jobs to support them and raise Eli by herself. Eli had nothing but spite for his father and the game. When Eli's best friend convinces him to try out the game, his father's fame begins to interfere, culminating in him being singled out and shunned by his peers, and his father offering to pay for his university tuition in return for Eli hiding their relationship and quitting the game. Instead of complying with his father's wishes, Eli decides to prove to everyone how useless a guy his father is by challenging him that if Eli is able to surpass him in the game world he must delete his account and quit his streaming career. His father accepts the challenge believing his son to be useless at games - but Eli will soon show him just how ambitious a spiteful person can be. ***Updated daily. Collapse

the author doesn't know what pacifist means, just because you are a pacifist doesn't mean you won't fight. you won't be the one who starts fights but you will defend yourself. so with him just standing there and getting hit is FUCKING STUPID
According to the dictionary, pacifist simply means a person that doesn't like to be violent. Everything else is up to individual interpretation. So I see nothing wrong with the author's interpretation of it to name a skill. I would call you stupid for having such a narrow viewpoint.
pacifism has an objective definition this is true, but standing there getting beat up like an empty martyr is also stupid. No matter how much you respect the guys decision, if youre stubborn about it, respect his stupidity too but doing nothing getting killed doesnt make changes or make a point.its ridiculous that you see nothing wrong with this.
I enjoyed this. His dads a dick, and everyone associates him doing well because his dad Gabe him stuff. He gets angry, but never really becomes a edglorde evil guy despite the tiles nameAnd the story/questing flows too, nothing comes from no where and causes a major shift in the story.
Too much drama. Nah I'm not gonna try this one
Eh, I don’t know if you guys will like this one, not Solo-protag, not OP-protag, realistic character relationships, and some slow pacing. It’s still enjoyable, just keep in mind that MC is crafter-paladin archetype.
Yeah it won't be for everyone but it's a really nice breath of fresh air.

From the looks of RR reviews this is a super super low paced story, more of a slice of life of a baby than anything else
Slow paced indeed but worth reading IMO. It's...an oddball of a novel for sure.
Is there two male leads ??Is it gay novel ?? why say they ??? Follow our lead as they explore the world of the Compass Kingdoms, who battle and war on the main continent. The story will be about levelling up their friends and families lives as much as themselves.
It's one of the novels that I really like till now.The only problem that I have with this story is that the protagonist cannot make decision for himself and act like a real kid whom his family decide everything for him. Its quite annoying.Another problem is that why is the translation so slow? Because I skip most of the inner monologue, there is always just a little to read.
Pioneer here! The story is both good and bad, with the typos and grammatical errors being fairly consistent (you can understand the author, but you might need to sacrifice a few brain cells). Spoiler This novel is a slice of life without any payoff, ever. Not up until chapter 80, at least. I get that slice of life novels are supposed to be light on plot, but this novel goes against that anyways. If you're comfortable with watching the mc get stabbed 10,000 times and infinitely prepare for revenge, this novel is for you.
Isso é bom?
I don't mind a veryveryvery slow paced story but the problem I have is you could tell the same story with a third of the words, so much of this is his internal monologues which very rarely give new and/or interesting information.Other than that it's a generic litRPG about a reborn guy learning skill after skill as a baby and all the troubles that come with that. The quickest progression is actually early on while he's in the womb for 14 chapters.

I'm up to ch175 and loving it. Fantastically crafted story and characters. It's both serious and silly. A fairly grim world (well two worlds) but at the same time the story doesn't take itself so seriously all the time. It manages it well with a good balance of both. And it manages to keep the comedy both fresh, subtle, absurd and normalized. I typically can't stand most comedic stories because it usually ends up with memes constantly over the top, becoming major nonsensical plot points and beaten until it's dead.Tunnel Rat manages it into an enjoyable companion which aids the progression of the plot rather than leading and replacing it.And the lore is both rich and consistent, as are the physics of both machines and magic. The terminology isn't just novel gobledigook slapped together but close enough to IRL terms and meanings that even I, an engineer, am not bothered by it like I am with majority of stories on here.Definitely worth a read.
It’s a very wierd story, or should I say a story that isn’t of the usual norm. Like who makes the main character a rat? Especially a deformed one. XDOverall tho, the plot and world building, both real and virtual is very interesting. I found it to be a nice story. There are many small cons like some chapters being just about the stats of the player, however, I’ll still give this a 4/5 or 3.9/5.
This so confusing, it starts out dealing with a vault like dwelling living, then vr gaming, AI controll things and people who live out of the vault dwellings. To much is crammed into this story.
imagine being a rat
Rats are pretty neat. Very smart. And not at all as dirty as they're often portrayed. They're just prone to disease because of how successfull a species they are at surviving in all kinds of environments, and any species that reaches a certain density of population is liable to get ravaged by disease. *cough* covid *cough*
Jkkjkk
It's most likely a bot. He not only copies the novel, but also its assessment from the source site. If you need to put an integer (3,4,5) then vote 1 time, and if fractional (4.5, 3.5) then vote several times to display the average number as it should. (I translate with Google, sorry ^^)
Who is the person giving 3-star ratings to the new Novels please leave a review. I would appreciate it
I heard from some comments that it is the lord of ranobes himself when he thinks those novels are mid and not truly worth like 4.5+ stars
He just gives every novel 3 stars so the first vote won’t sway the ratings too much and influence potential readers

Life is difficult even in Korea, there is already a guy who needs to eat metal. Bro, if you need food, I'll tell you.
FiltyIncognito’s review is, in my humble opinion, dogsh#t. Now, this story is not the most amazing story, but it’s perfectly serviceable and good. It’s well translated for the most part, and the worldbuilding - while fairly basic - has some interesting elements. A little spoiler, there are three types of power systems for people in this world. One, a typical basic power with a leveling system to make the person overall stronger. Two, a strong power with its own type of growth - allowing for direct power increases and evolution. Three, a seemingly static power with no leveling, that you actually have to figure out how it can grow. Of course, people with the 3rd type of power were seen as really weak because nobody knows that it can grow. Later on, after the world figures it out, the MC is able to find that he can grow through eating metal. When he regresses, he doesn’t want to inform the world about the 3rd power ability to increase because one of the worst villains was a necromancer who was of the third type and exploded in power after figuring it out.Now there are some general powers out there, achievements are rare but provide power boosts, 2nd type powers get different random ‘skills’ as they level, etc. MC pretends that his power boost is because of an achievement he completed early on in the story when he first started changing things. I also believe that as he gains power - often stealing it directly from the villains, he’ll kill the necromancer and tell everyone about the growth possibility.
You can reply to my comment if you have something to say about it, my dude lol. Don't need to adopt rumor and drama spreading habits.Honestly I don't actually disagree with your own review, really.Different people have different preferences. I specifically mentioned that my review doesn't apply to certain people. As a university student, you most certainly are a youth in my eyes. You might not be aware but around the mid-20's, the human brain goes through another phase of development, and it starts changing many of things. And that creates yet another layer of difference between people even beyond the usual stuff. You need to accept that people are different and that's fine.Just like accepting that some people have adopted the culture of ignorantly calling people's preferences dogshit lolAnyway, looks like I've got to make it even more obvious that my reviews are not targeted at all audiences.
Only the initial part of my review was aimed at you. I was just referencing yours while I posted my own review.Either way, yours is directly next to mine, so any reader will be able to read both.Obviously, no review is meant for every possible reader. I still disagree with the premise of your dislike for it.
An interesting story but poor writing ruins it. Blatant inconsistencies, plot holes, cheezy dialog and simple characters, info repetition.Perhaps the young and undiscerning might enjoy this story but if you're at all a bit clever I'd skip this one.MC: "I must hide my powers if I am to fight my enemies in the future!"MC: Uses full power in every fight surrounded by observers.Pretty decent translation work, though, even if a bit dry.
Pls don't misguide fellow readers
You must be part of the less discerning folks. Not that there's anything wrong with that. Readers come in all shapes and sizes, and any friendly face is welcomed. But you should accept that there are people with different tastes and different levels of intelligence who react to stories differently than you.No review is going to be 100% serviceable to all readers.I write for people like me, and based on votes and comments across this site, it's confirmed that many people value my reviews. But of course not everyone. My reviews for stories better suited for youths, people predisposed for rabid fanaticism and lower IQ usually end up bombing....which is expected for those groups. Pretty typical that they don't accept different existences or that anyone could possibly be smarter than them.

Can you recommend the top 10 novels for old and sophisticated readers in your opinion? No matter Chinese or Korean it is, xianxia, magic, ski fi...
Sad fact, as a reader we read at aggregator sites, as a translator we hate these sites. Please read at galaxytranslation Or novelupdates.com It takes effort to produce one chapter, and these sites takes it in an instant... Haha... I feel depressed.. Fuu... Please read where it's 'officially' being translated... That's the best way to support the translator. It's discouraging to see the novel on other sites... We need to earn too... Atleast the ad revenue...
I support your comment but this site here is very good, I'm not bombarded with ads and here everything is organized and clean, there is no "visual clutter" and it's also easy and practical to use all the tools to read the web novels, the only shame and that new webnovels are only released once a month and sometimes it leaves something to be desired.
Difficult... aggregator sites are so popular because they basically mean that readers don't have to jump from one official site to another in an attempt to see something interesting or something that appeals to them. The terrible formatting on some official websites or their absurd number of advertisements also discourage readers. Taking all this into account, it is extremely difficult for casual readers to stay on official sites unless they really like the web novel.Imagine having to have 20 different tabs from different websites just to follow some web novels. With aggregator sites it's different, everything is compiled in one place and easily accessible. In this fight, official sites are destined to lose, as it was never a fair fight. The only way I can see it working is one of two choices. By taking down all the aggregator sites, which is basically impossible, or by joining them. Create a single website where all translators can post, where everything is organized. I don't know how this would be done or if it is possible, but if nothing drastic is done, the status quo will remain the same.A very poorly executed example of my second suggestion is the Webnovel website. It tries to do this, but it does it in a terrible way, just the fact that the author of the webnovel can exclude criticism screws everything up.

yours, just in case
It was good at the start but when he(she?) gets a husband...it's too gay for me...
Thx for sparring us the trouble.
mc's harem is full of penises?
Idk I quit when she declared a guy her husband with her supposed "lowered IQ due to evolution" smh... Author uses the logic that her IQ is lowered now to make MC persistently chase after that dude...
trunked harem
Dude, I just read to the last chapter but I haven't seen the husband you're talking about. on the contrary, as the term "yuri" indicates, she took a wife. And in addition the princess of a country. I think you got the wrong novel bro. moreover even if the beginning and u 'little chaotic, we can see that the author is only at the beginning. his writing improves very quickly around chapter 120.
All the chapters are not here yet. I read the rest on another site.
Oh ok. I didn't know... I'm going to stop reading so thank you bro (the story begins so well yet, it's a shame )
god bless you
Thanks for the warning
For a moment I was ''wtf?'' there were many people and someone forgot to put the '','' or the fella has the worst name, then, I saw the chuunibyou and relaxed.

In a world where Classes, Stats, and Levels are the everyday norm, Reivyn has a secret. He was unusually aware of his surroundings from an incredibly early age, and Skills and Stats were acquired easily. He was just the son of an ordinary village family, and nothing appeared out of the ordinary on the surface. But below the surface, dreams of another life help shape his mentality and growth. Why does he have some remembrance of a past life, and what is his purpose in this new one?"Soul of the Warrior" is what I call a Semi-Isekai LitRPG. I say "semi," because Reivyn's past life is remembered like a dream, and very incomplete. It is still Isekai, though, as he remembers enough that it directly shapes his personality and his sense of self. The System that governs the world of "Soul of the Warrior" is a combination of modified versions from Selkie's "Beneath the Dragoneye Moons" and Kosnik4's "Magic Smithing." I have changed enough of these Systems and combined them in a way that is unique that I'm mostly sure it's fine, but I still have requested permission to use these ideas. They have both graciously granted me permission.Winner of the April Writathon Challenge.Release Schedule is Mon, Wed, Fri. Collapse

I do not know which half-wit puts 5 points (
Probably the author trying to boost his novel js
well some people either put 5 points or 1, there is no middle ground.
I wouldn't recommend this novel. Too much info dump. A mid evil setting with advance systems doesn't fit right with each other. Too many times MC has plot armor. At one point MC actually dies and then miraculous gets revived. As the more I read the more discouraged I get. A big portion of this novel is dedicated to the system. Why the author gotta make MC go into the military at age 9, that's just stupid, unless the translation of his age is wrong. The excuse of his level/tier meeting the requirement is lame too.
at first I thought you wrote this under a wrong novel because MC never actually diesI think you talking about the time where he got kicked into the sludge thingy that Spoilernearly turned him into demonl but still he wasnt dead and I would argue he wasnt even close to death. And yes the year in this novel is 16 month so the mc is 12 ish by our standard when he was draftedwhy author forced him to be drafted? well in my opinion it was good idea, he nicely forced his class gave easy way out of the "what parents would allow 12 y/o to go to dungeon and kill monster" and most importantly that make the plot move forward and let some action in, plus a good world building. about the excuse I mean from the characters point of view its perfectly resonable, they want soldiers, soldiers are good soldiers above the treshold, mc is above the treshold, mc good soldied, go back to begining.
When MC fell into that pit full of chemicals he is pretty much dead, but you say he's not dead, yeah, cause he has armor plot. No, a 12yr in the military/army is BS doesn't matter what Era their in. This author has some fudge up imagination. Why couldn't the MC be 16yr, 17yr or even 18yr. Nothing about this novel is reasonable. I've already forgotten the majority of what I read cause that's just how bad this novel is to me.
You said mc died and he got revived but that 100% untrue, re read the chapter it was said his body was falling apart so he was dying, not dead and later revived. was he saved by plot armor? If you say yes then everything is plot armor. Do 12y/o ever got drafted in medieval times in real world? 100% yes. You don't like the story understandable but why you forcing half truths and highlighting "problems" that aren't really problems maybe making some people pass on a above average story.
Since you don't know the definition of plot armor, check below. I ain't forcing my opinion onto anybody. No one is putting a gun to their heads. They can make their own conclusions, you ain't their mother and neither do I care.plot armorLearn to pronouncenounused to refer to the phenomenon in fiction whereby the main character is allowed to survive dangerous situations because they are needed for the plot to continue."I do think that he can't die since the inevitable
tell me a novel without super mega op immortal mc that dont have this definition of plot armor.and about not forcing people onto your opinion the problem with this is that you are forcing people your opinon. Some rando will see this novel will check the comments will see your comment (cuz you are the 2nd comment here and right bellow another comment that can be taken as big negative) that is full of half truths and overblowing and will go "well whatever wont read it".you know how I know this will happend? cuz I was the random a lot of times to later come back read the novel and had good time
Oh, please stop making me laugh. Me forcing people not to read this novel, am I their parents. Oh gosh these are the type of people that if you criticize something they like, its like you actually spat on their face. People have their own opinions on novels so just learn to live with it and move on.
People do have the right to their opinion but I too have right to point out that your opinion is full of half truths and is overblowing stuff
Tell u what, take your hands put it on a keyboard and start writing your own review. If you already did, god bless you. Like I mentioned move on, nothing to see here. If you're triggered don't respond because it'll be never ending.
I’m not gonna argue with you about the novel since I haven’t read it, but child soldiers have been used throughout history and are still being used to this day unfortunately.
You're an asshole that shouldn't read anything else for the rest of your life
Yes, same to you, so good day snow flake.
This is like The runesmith but worse :v
Yes, you are right. Praise the lord..... Amen..
Thanks for the warning. I remember reading 'The Runesmith' for so long waiting for things to pick up well but it was so laid back. That's when I realized that genre doesn't work for me lol
yeah its a slow burn while on that note if you like ruthless mc try ri Reverend Insanity a bit of a slow burn but it's great
Author could try to cut the chapter into two parts and post everyday??Idk… the uploads are a bit slow for meThe language is good. Author has the pacing right and all. While it may be a typical reincarnation novel, its not bad.
Typical reincarnation/system novel in a medieval setting where everyone has a system. Plot so far has no direction besides leveling up, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. MC: His transmigration is irregular, but it seems his past personality is completely unrelated to his current ego. He's pretty much just a child who is a genius at unlocking new skills and things like that. Family: MC's family is a large part of the novel. Mother and father are both present and active, along with younger twin sisters. Family moments can be dragged on for a while, which is something to look out for.The System: As mentioned above, everyone in this world has a system, and everyone has to actually work hard and practice on things to unlock new skills. - EVERYTHING can be a skill, which is sometimes annoying as a bunch of useless skills clog up MC's status every times it's shown. Imo, this also makes the skills MC unlocks lose their importance and decreases the satisfaction of unlocking or leveling a skill. - There are also classes like knight and wizard that can be chosen. Classes are also changed by moving onto the next tier.Writing: Imo, there are three main issues with the writing in this novel1. Fluff dialogue: A large majority of the dialogue serves no purpose. For example, if a given character has 1 paragraph of dialogue, only 1 sentence would serve its purpose of progressing the conversation. The rest is either common banter or useless rhetoric. This made me impatient to the point where I found myself skimming through the majority of dialogue. 2. Italics: Author uses italics to signify stresses in a sentence. By itself, there is no problem, but the author uses it too casually. There are multiple 4 word sentences with 2 of the words being italicized. It also feels like there are italics in every sentence. This becomes annoying very fast, to the point where it breaks immersion and results in skimming through the rest of the chapter. 3. Info dumps: Author has a large problem with info dumps. Instead of gradually explaining things like skills and classes when they become relevant, the author dedicated an entire chapter just to explain the entire system in depth. Any interaction the MC has with a new character leads them to explain everything about themselves and their job. This was very annoying, I found myself skimming through chapters with info dumps.
Do you guys know Korean novels where the MC has Coins that can turn into any weapon and the mc has an ex or sss level job or skill
when u found it tell me
I got an SSS-Grade unique skill
I do remember something like that, he could make the coins heavy or enlarge them etcBut sadly I do not remember the name.
Hmmm I think it was super god gene
its, "I got an SSS-Grade unique skill" i believe
are you asking this on every novel you get ?
is it cliche harem?????? pls tell me its not
MC is 10 y/o so far, so there is no romantic development yet.
Are you saying that you until chapter 43 mc is still 10 years old? Even with how long each chapter is? No thanks, I don't think I have the patience for this
Years in this world are 16 months long.MC was talking and properly unlocked the system at 13 months old.In this world everyone (usually) gets their first Class when they become 10 years old. That's when they are deemed as being sufficiently grown up enough. Regardless, from very early on, due to the Prologue stuff, he's very mature and starts properly training and Levelling up skills etc. His age shouldn't be taken as an indicator of his maturity or anything like that.
this thing pretty good, its rare to see a novel with a skill system that still puts emphasis on training like this one and through all my reading id say a novel similar to this would be the runesmith.
Shockingly good

I wish chapters came out more often. Even though it’s sometimes annoying when there is a reincarnated mc who knows everything across the world possible and acts all high and mighty or mysterious, this is not that bad overall. It’s at least interesting. And I wish the mc grew faster, he’s still less than 15 years old if I’m not wrong . Anyway I would recommend this if you like the reincarnated mc genre or political novels. A lot of face-slapping and the mc acting like “I got this, don’t worry” to his subordinates all the time
Anyone knows more novels like this !??
The biggest mistake of this novel is magic. I wish magic was less common and chivalry was in the foreground, but unfortunately magic normally drops the score from 8/10 to 7/10, still recommended

Dammit!! This novel is so frustrating and annoying. I don't even get how was he able to almost heir the throne with his half baked intelligence, well he was killed by his trusted one in the end
So how is it?
I enjoyed it. As for what the other people say, eh. We've already read a bunch of novels like this one. Why hate it? Mc got betrayed by his trusted one isn't it an overused plot? Too bad it only goes to chap 40
Ok let's try to actually analyze what the synopsis is trying to tell us. So the guy, who regressed, used to be at the top of the world, and now is trying to reach those heights again. With the title, we can tell that it might even be a transmigration, and he might be in the body of useless trash. Another thing we can tell is that he's most likely a noble because of the tags, and it's a novel with psychological battles from the genre. So basically, nothing since all of this would be explained in the first chapter anyway
What an absoluteness of a synopses, it is truly one of THE synopses' I have read. But it reveals a tad bit too much about novel, no?
lmaoooo
Indeed, I was quite annoyed while reading the first few chapters since they were all basically written in the synopsis.
Oh god, that pfp of urs gets me every time

Is the MC kinda dum... He's he never played online games, or read LN....!! I mean he seems rich AF but still !!!
I would just say that translator had too many of his own suggestions. Like sometimes half of the texts were his comments. That was what irked and irritated me the most. ??
oh damn, I hate when translators get liberal with original works. Even just comments in between are nasty. I was just thinking I might give this a try, but now I think I will not.
Well I shall try this one and tell you about my views
18 chapters in and their's not even a proper explanation of his abilities......All he does is monologs, no action, and random bs group chat.....
Why is there no comment, but the rating is so bad
I didnt leave a rating yet but theres been no cross dressing yet also its pretty boring imo

There's a lot I like about this after 90 chapters, but the problems made me drop it. Even the things I like are basically all ideas borrowed from Beware Of Chicken, which did them all better anyway and without all the baggage. This author is terrible with commas. For some reason this is a common problem with English originals. It makes the novel kind of painful to read, since there are dozens of comma errors each chapter.Dialogue is weird and unnatural, plus some characters have annoying phrases they constantly use. This is usually done as a very weak substitute for giving characters unique personalities (like someone not using contractions, ending sentences with ~nya, etc.), but the characters are one of the strongest points of the novel, so I just don't get why it's done here. About a third of one character's dialogue consists of either "senior" or "this one," like "This one agrees, senior." Almost every line of their dialogue has one or both. It gets annoying fast, especially since they're in about half the chapters once they're introduced. I ended up skipping entire chapters sometimes because this character's dialogue was so bad. People constantly call each other by their name or something like child/little one/senior when they talk. In the last chapter I read, 90% of the lines from one character were like "Not that way, child" or "Child, come over here." Almost every damn sentence had "child" in it. Literally nobody talks like that. It's awful, and just about every character does it.I dropped this at around chapter 15 of a competition arc. Going by chapter titles, there were still 9 chapters left before it finished. The pacing and story flow had been fairly decent up to that event, but nothing excuses a 24 chapter "run through the forest and find herbs" competition. My other complaints are minor things that probably won't stop anyone from reading. Like I said, there's plenty of good stuff here, but everything I would mention is done better in Beware Of Chicken. Definitely read that one first if you haven't already. If you like Beware Of Chicken and don't mind my issues with this novel, you'll probably like it, too.
If you think this is bad, never read Martial Peak. This King right here guarantees you will hate it. This Emperor also hates when people talk in a third-person.
Well, if he is The Rock, speaking of oneself in the third person is acceptable.Watching WWE wrestling some 20 years ago was like yesterday to this Grandpa, you'll have to forgive me if I'm a bit dated here.
So dissapointed author made him the Chosen One by ch99.
The naive mc tag is missing
Quite a good novel. My only dislike is that all the novel is in 1st pov. I am not a big fan of 1st person pov.
I read about 130 chapters but nothing interesting happens besides the mc being expelled from the sect, not even his strength in practically nothing, meh.I'm not saying it's bad, but there comes a time when it gets boring, at least for me. try

After reading the first 30 something ch i can say its actually quite good and also somewhat interresting but for some reason i am bored reading it, probably because it is somewhat slow in these chapters(even if you cant take that as the general pace it seems to involve quite a lot of interactions between chars that dont even have to be dialog but also other things personly not what i like to read) ( and since it doesnt have many ch i drop it already, maybe sometime in the future it will be worth it for me)
This novel contains1. Perspective of major characters that interacts with the MC, that helps expand the world and character depth. 2. The MC himself explore the world with decent curiosity/smart as a scientist/researcher giving off the impression that he is an actual transmigrator. 3. The interaction with other characters are not too shallow and have some form personality. 4. Crisis was everted/resolved decently reasonable, without too much plot armourWould recommend giving it a chance

[Chapter 68] I have mixed feeling for this novel. Truthfully it is a great story, good plot, character etc.. But sometimes I feel that there're some part where I'm a bit bothered.Tbh the synopsis is a bit shitty so here my synopsis. It's the story of a broken/tool man who fell into a drama/fantasy K series where he heard most plot from his sister. He'll transmigrate as a 5y old orphan in a suspicious orphanage, and one day De Viatra family with its third child Alice came to pick up a servant for her. Knowing her story, MC will try to make her happy and not fall as villainess. From that you could say that it's just a generic trope of a male lead saving a poor villainesses. Yes it is, AT FIRST, but later you'll find out that there're many mystery surrounding MC, FML and many other side character and that's worth reading. The pace of the story might have been a bit too fast for MC & Villainesses childhood part , I hoped we could slowly see how she and Gabriel (MC) develop their relationship + Alice being more and more her "old self" from the series but changed.Still overall the story is great, we're uncovering the mystery at the same time as Gabriel and also while switching the POV with other people.
It seems strange to me that by chapter 23, all she did for him was give him some food. And now he's already her knight and all so devoted to her, I understand that he feels sorry for her as a future villain, but it's too far-fetched to serve someone
To be fair, what else can he do? He has nowhere else to go beside her considering he comes from an abusive orphenage and he doesn't want to betray her.
He is a tool. Has no will or meaning to life. He has only missions. He knows what it is to be broken. So, he made it his mission to make her happy and be useful again. He was a mercenary or something similar in past, he only had missions and that gave him meaning or purpose after the mission the world becomes dull so after retirement his world became very dull and he decided to die. So now in his second life he found a new purpose and his world is no longer dull
[passerbys understanding]so hes a happy tool? happy tool = he gets used a lot? getting used a lot = happy villainess? happy villainess = no longer a villainess. tldr, [synopsis]mcs a dildo and villainesses are just lonely women.... so what are you all reading about?
Tbh i just came for the badass catgirl on the cover
This is f#cking beautiful. I wouldn't say it's a 5/5 but it's definitely not a 3.5/5 it's more of an solid 4/5 if anything. Now the Characters are pretty goodThe Story Development is......eh? I don't really have an opinion on itThe World is pretty eh but a good eh. Like a child getting ice cream eh.The Quality is pretty good as well. The only problem is that you'll might have to memorize some of the made up words though it's not necessary as there's a translation Overall a solid 4/5
I don't know why, but it seems to me that this story will have a tragic ending.
Because it's a drama, the tragic ending is to mess with your emotions
Almost everywhere I saw the tag "dramm" there was a happy ending....
I don't think so, since the future is presented in the synopsis itself.
Very nice novel. I would say it focuses very much on character development with a great story. Both mc and FL are great. I have read a lot of novels that try to do character development, but ultimately they fail due to viewer's comments and requests to author(which leads to a mess). The progress between them is slow, but it is one of those, you wait a lot but the more satisfied you are when they get together. Review is only till current latest chapter 62.

Not bad as of 61

“Are you satisfied now? Name some novel r19
This is the first time I see Rich to Poor tag lol
Not me going back to the tags to look if it is true even though I just read through them
What's next? 9-5 to minimum wage?
Wow!! They exist, and for what?? Don't authors want their mc to be like, successful or something?
For the plot
Hmm, I just realised how f#cked up my interests are.
Damn right! I'm very surprised on my own too after I first read this.I'm shocked that I didn't drop this yet and continue reading until the end...
Wow... Is this the next mainstream or what? The second novel I found in one day that was telling the story of a female prostitute... ... No wait ... It's the third ?
The other two?
Abyss of dual cultivation.Aromatic flesh.
I'm pretty sure that I read a fourth one, but I can't remember its name.
This novel is probably trash for most of the readers here. But for me...:)Idk but this book, for some reason, attracts me. Making me read all the chapters though I skipped all the sex scenes cuz I don't like r*peIt's making me addicted... especially after reading the last chapter...I don't even have a fetish for reading something like this, but for some reason, I don't feel uncomfortable reading like this lmao.Although I disliked the part where *SPOILER* the mc spread her legs for most of the male protagonistsShe also got gangbanged and liked it...So for those who umm, don't have dark thoughts like me, don't read this.PS: It's not boring, obviously not Cliche, pretty addicting too. Definitely must read for those who have the same fetish as mine.
???
holy f#cking shit this is so sigh
i hate myself for liking this kind of thing
f#cking hell
Holy...
wtf is r-19?
R-18 for Koreans
When they are born they start at age 1 so 18 = 19
man koreans cant count still can't believe that 9 months = 1 year
blame north Korea
same thing lol
It isn't that, instead of starting count from 0 , they start counting from 1they are not mistaking 9 month for a year.
Someone should introduced 0 to them then
Under the traditional age system in South Korea, people are deemed to be a year old at birth and a year is added every January 1st. Meaning, under that system everyone gets a year older with the turn of the year rather than on their actual birthday. It was abolished as of the start of February of this year 2023.

First off this is not my usual cup of tea. However, the biggest thing for me personally was the writing quality and worldbuilding were actually really good in my opinion. So good infact, that I was able to continue on with a couple chapters via google translate on the raws, and it was not a huge loss in readability. Only some localisations(names of people/items/places really) from the translator felt missed. There is the nationalism aspect, however, by now we have to be used to it, even if we hate it. Plus side however, is so far by chapter 133, it is not too bad, but it is thrown in your face. So far, there has not been direct racism, only digs at "cultural" differences. Mainly such as freedom of speech vs suppressed speech. (Obvious play at supporting the CCP there.) Otherwise, it has not been too cringy for me.Pacing however, I have to say is both slow and fast. Which keeps things interesting, because you dont know when or how the plot will thicken. There are many, many loops thrown at you. This makes it so that you know the Mc will "win" in the end as usual, but how and when, is never known until it happens. This has been refreshing for me, as opposed to most fantasy/cultivation based novels. the MC's "talent" seems fairly OP at first, but is quickly nerfed, with valid enough reasoning. Feeling less and less useful to the MC. The novel also is heavily invested in mental states, and emotions being shown and how they affect both the MC and others in the course, both in the "Weird" and "Real" worlds. Of the arcs currently, the first arc, was very good, and kept me glued. The 2nd arc, felt lackluster at first, however after some time, really grew and flipped the script. As for the 3rd arc, It has been decently paced with a merge of events from both worlds perspective, and from different characters as well. Which, can be a little hard to follow the transitions, but overall decent enough. For sure will keep it going, as long as it maintains at least half of the quality it has now.For me I would give this a solid 4.5/5 so far. Only based on the
#panic# Chapter 120 is missing
This was a huge disappointment, the horror is lackluster at it's best, there's no thrill, no intensity, no satisfaction for completing anything. I read this for 50 some odd chapters because the first Weird World had some very interesting concepts that carried me through that Arc, but the dull headache and disappointment caught up with me at the beginning of the 2nd Arc.
This is better than what I thought at first. It seems braindead in the beginning, just like many other copy and paste Chinese novels out there but there’s much more in this. While it’s not that good in my eyes, it’s unexpectedly interesting at times, like for example the second dungeon which almost made me tear up at the end. Also his power seems really op but in the more recent chapters the enemy “hosts” learned how to limit the uses of his power so he has to use his wit and mental power to get through some things. So in conclusion, i recommend this if you’re bored and feeling like reading a mystery/ horror type novel where the mc needs to navigate through this hell like dungeon and find the mysteries through his intelligence to survive.
I'm at Chapter 106 now, after the end of the second Dungeon world. It's good so far. I don't really know what to call the invasion/infection of the Wierd World into reality, so will go for "infection" for this review - but it's not an ACTUAL infection, if that makes sense? The hints of nationalism in the first chapter appear worse than they actually are when you take into account the real world situation - 1 person per nation gets selected to complete the scenario. If they fail, then the Wierd World infects their country with something. If they do a normal clear, then it prevents their country from this infection temporarily. If someone does a perfect clear, it sounds like it will prevent infection for every country...I think.Given this reliance on 1 person to save everyone, the nationalism stuff makes more sense than being forced in, but it's still kinda annoying. In the 1st Dungeon World, the real world is basically useless. It is much more involved in the 2nd and likely will in some dungeons going forward. His deduction talent is fairly well written. There are some inconsistencies when it comes to him backtracking after a death when other times he can't, but overall its pretty good. It has a clear limitation that it is lower than the actual Weird World system thing, so it can't predict rewards or anything related to things outside the Dungeon world. The main thing that was kinda surprising was that, after completing the first Dungeon he was informed that he could either continue or leave. If he left, then 1 year later the infection would start whereas he could continue to challenge a Dungeon. He obviously chose to continue and the 2nd Dungeon started straight away. It looks like this was a 1 off thing, as it looks like from the second one, and going forward, he will get a 1 week break in the real world before being forced back into challenging a Dungeon world again.Edit: Each time some of the real world stuff is mentioned there are clearly very nationalistic tones within, as well as in the conclusion of the 2nd Dungeon world, but so far there hasn't been any negatives because of it - like the MC giving away something to help his 'fellow countrymen'. The real world government team thing are actually trying to help him properly, which is pretty nice.

This novel has an info dump every chapter and may or may not inform the reader of some stupid ass background information about an item, character, or organization. It is good to inform the reader about the background info of anything going on in the novel, but this author is f#cking retarded... *cough*... ahem excuse my language. Essentially this author is so far up his ass in telling you about the intricacies and nuances of his world that he can't write a coherent narrative with interesting characters. The author is good at world-building but sucks ass at everything else.
I have read this 6 or 7 time everytime I read two or three chapters more then beforeIt's like junk food
Reading status - chapter 126This is pretty alright if you want to read some junk food. As the name suggests mc is reincarnated into a Japanese-style fantasy depressive game which is set in ancient Japan. The characters are pretty one-dimensional. The fight scenes are exciting as you're always engaged to see what happens next. The story feels also like a Shounen-esque type of one. The MC does get a power up in the future chapters at the end of epilogue 4 I think ? so it's evident that he wouldn't stay weak in the future as the story suggests in the beginning. And is worth a read. But tbh that's where the good qualities end. Apart from the somewhat coherent story and good fight scenes the story just feels tiring to read. There's no happiness or relaxation apart from 1 or 2 chapters you get before the start of a major arc. You would eventually just get tired and sick of it.The MC feels hollow. I can't connect with him or feels his emotions at the start. There's some what of detachment between the readers. Honestly this would've been rated better if it wasn't a harem or if the author just reduced the heroines to 4 to smth. It's difficult for me take the story seriously if its a harem. Go for it if you want.
The way this book is written is so f#cking confusing. The author can't keep the same pov for a single f#cking chapter, and by the time you get any sort of grasp on the current scene, you get a 16 paragraph long info dump about the size, shape, texture and smell of the f#cking thing Infront of the main character. Who's pov we don't even see for 1/5th of the timeGod awful read and I really would not suggest it to anyone.1/10. Translated Jp dialogue sucks ass.
I love that title
I'm dropping this shit. The protagonist decided it was prudent to rescue a person who tried to kill him and is also a repeat child rapist who tried to rape a kid 30 minutes prior. Want to know his reasoning? He didn't want to scar a supporting character mentally or some shit. Guess what happened after? Got betrayed 20 secs later and nearly got him and the kid killed. If you want to defend this novel as being some good shit go ahead I won't stop you. The only way I'll read this again is if it's revealed he has some tampering with his mind and sanity.
This is just brutal and exhausting to read, 30 odd chapters of this have left me tired.... There is no happiness, no reward or lightheartedness. It was worth the time I spent it's just that I can't handle anymore
I figured I would try to give a better synopsis since people want one.Mc reincarnated into game that is set in medieval Japan with monsters and yokai roaming around. He becomes a servant(basically a disposable slave) and works for one of the main heroines(all the love intrest in the game are yanderes) and is just trying to stay alive.
Appreciated
Actual Medieval or Japanese “Medieval”?
I'm not familiar with Japanese history but I'm like 90% its Japanese medieval
Perhaps I should’ve asked if it was European or Japanese. I asked because the Medieval period was only in Europe and Japan has its own name for that societal period but Feudal should probably be the best term.
Oh thanks I didn't know that
can someone give me a quick summary considering the synopsis was useless
Just read the novel name
that still doesn't really tell me much
Fire novel sad that there's no more chapters on this
