Chapter 118: Shopping for new lingerie 2

What she saw was different colours and shapes of lingerie she had probably never seen before all her life. August furrowed her forehead looking at them strangely. Were ladies really putting these on their bodies? Were men really enticed by ladies who wore such things. August was sure those undergarments and lingerie in the photo album were made to fraud ladies of their monies. They were too thin and bare. In fact, wearing such things were the same as not wearing anything at all. The more she looked the more she shook her head.

Liyah finished looking at the album and gestured for the manager to come and she went. Liyah started pointing at some pictures while saying ''Bring out number 1, 2, 3, 6, 9, 8, 11, 10, 12, 15, 20, 22, 23, 26, 33, 34 and 36 please. All in…'' Liyah paused and gestured at August to stand up. August did and Liyah put her hands around her waist and did some calculations in her head before saying ':in size 9 for me please''. The manager smiled and walked away with the album to pick the selected ones.

August sat down and tucked at Liyah's sleeve again asking suspiciously ''big sis, by chance the ones you selected are not for me, right?''

Liyah looked at her straight in the eye responding ''yes, they are all yours and no, you can't choose right now''.

''Why? Why can't I choose? I am the one who is going to wear them?'' August asked.

''You told me you were going to listen to my suggestions without protesting. Those are the latest lingerie and you are going wear them starting from tonight. If you won't allow Aaron to touch you, then the least you can do is let him see a little''. Liyah said seriously and stood up to pick a black laced pant and bra on the hanger admiring it. ''This is totally my style''. August looked at laced lingerie and frowned.

Soon the manager returned with a bag of the chosen sets of undergarments and lingerie and put it on the couch saying ''Miss Myers, your bag is ready''.

''Good, here, you don't need to add the discount. Just give us the raw price''. Liyah said and removed her card and gave to the manager.

''Yes, ma'am''. The manager walked to the cash register with the card and August stood watching speechlessly.

After an hour of lingerie shopping, Liyah and August finally finished and walked to their car with each holding five sets of bags. After leaving Lovely Lady's friend, Liyah dragged August to two more shops and bought more undergarments and lingerie for herself and August. They were now exhausted and hungry so August suggested they passed by a restaurant and eat before going home since it was already evening time.

LORCA'S VILLA.

Lorca put on his blazer and was about to leave the villa when a maid walked to him with a big brown envelope. It was sealed with no address on it, so he asked the maid ''who gave this to you?''

''It was in the mailbox when I went out to pick the mail and found it'' the maid answered and walked away.

Lorca tore open the envelope and saw some papers. It was a medical report on August Maijune. What caught his eyes seemed to be interesting so he sat down and started reading it and his lips curved into a half smile as he murmured ''so, is like this? I can't believe I was kept in the dark for 22 years. August Maijune, you are not just a monster but one with DID? This just made my day and I feel like reminding you or the cat and the mouse story'' a note fell from the envelope and he picked it up and read it.

''I want a blood sample of August Maijune. Get it and deliver it to this address and you will be rewarded handsomely''

Lorca's eyes twitched as he found it interesting. He didn't even know the person who sent him the file on August Maijune but it seemed the person was after her rare blood group. He chuckled. That wasn't his cup of tea. All he wanted was to have the password to the castle and the company. If anyone was interested in using the monster as a laboratory rat, he didn't care about that. He didn't want to deal with her anyways.

Indivertibly, he had dealt with all personalities, only that he didn't know back then, now he knew exactly why there were so many distinctiveness in her behaviour and why she seemed to have memory gaps in the past. He used to attribute it to she not wanting to do any work. So it was because she had DID and her parents were aware of it.

Lorca smirked as he started putting the pieces from back then together. whoever gave him this piece of information didn't even need to pay him again for the blood sample. He was already grateful enough that he could sell his soul to that mysterious person.

Lorca removed his phone and made a call ''find out the location of August Maijune. If you can't find her, find out about Liyah Myers, the two always move together'' he hung up and smiled.

A message soon popped up on his phone and he looked at it ':so fast? Shall we go back in time while the two monsters are not around to safe you, August Maijune, my niece?''

Liyah drove the car to Din Restaurant, an upscale restaurant that served sushi and seafood. The restaurant was packed which was not unusual considering that it was a Friday and many people went on dates and dinners on Fridays. Liyah managed to secure a quiet corner in the restaurant space and sat there with August.

This was August's first time there so she was a bit inquisitive and kept looking around at the interior of the restaurant. The restaurant was dim and had a cool atmosphere. The interior was designed like a typical traditional home and the waiters also wore traditional attire of D-City which resembled a woven piece of silk material mixed with wooden.

''This place is so beautiful. Have you been eating here before?'' August asked.josei

''No, I came here once with Leo when we were having dinner with his father and other soldiers. Their food is delicious so I wanted you to taste some. What will you eat, look through the menu and tell me. Today, everything you want is on me''. Liyah said picking the menu in front of her.

August picked the menu excitedly and opened it. she scanned through the list of dishes available and her eyes landed on one and she said ''big sis, I want to taste their sea cucumber salad, duck's intestines and yes, their spicy mixed vegetable noodles''. August finished in one breathe.

''Okay, then, I will also have duck's intestines and cold noodles. Add spicy curried chicken to it''. Liyah said and turned to look at the waiter in front of them.

The waiter smiled and nodded after jotting their request down and asking ''do you have any special request to add? We have a new dessert that our chef is making tonight, I totally recommend it to you ladies''.

''Then, add it to our request. Thank you''. Liyah said and the waiter nodded his head and walked away.

Liyah picked her phone to make a call and August looked at the fish tank behind Liyah.

Lorca went into the restaurant and saw August Maijune and Liyah Myers seated at a corner table and he went inside and sat just opposite the next booth before theirs and gestured for a waiter.

Lorca had waited so long for this moment. A moment to take the opportunity of capturing the little monster but now that they were two, it just made things even more fun. He could just get money from releasing one while he took one away.

Since the day August Maijune wounded Lucas, he had never forgotten about it. Because of August Maijune, Lucas went through so much pain and psychological trauma. Even at the mention of August Maijune's name, Lucas would pee on himself.

Now that he had found out the secret of August Maijune and also got to know why Aaron Saint protected her so much, he was determined to capture her. He just needed to get her blood sample and send it to the address and get him money and the password.

The waiter pulled a trolley of food towards Liyah and August's table and he stopped him. He said something to the waiter and stuffed a couple of notes into the waiters' pocket and smiled.

The waiter nodded at Lorca as he pulled the trolley along to Liyah and August's table. When he got there, he smiled and started placing the food on their table. Liyah was still on the phone when the food was brought so she spoke on the phone before ending the call ''no, wait for us at home. we will be there after we are done eating''. Liyah ended the call and looked at the waiter before turning to the food.

''Big sis, I can tell this food is going to taste good'' August said as she picked her cutlery to dig into the salad first. The waiter finished and looked at them before going away.

''Didn't you say you were going to send a picture to Aaron before you eat?'' Liyah asked remind August. She had said she would send a picture of the delicacy to Aaron before they eat.
