''As long as you know what you are doing. Tell me, why do you have this man?'' Julieta asked.

''I still don't know what he is up to but he seemed suspicious when I met him at the factory with big sis, so I followed him and found out he was hiding some of big sister's designs and is about to give them to a certain man called Donald. That's not all, he wants to harm the clothes that are arriving tomorrow at the storage house'' August Maijune explained the situation to Julieta.

''So, you knocked him out?' Julieta asked and chuckled.

''I had no other choice. That was the only way I could bring him out and question him properly. I don't want big sis to know about this. She is already nervous about the opening since a year ago. I want everything to work out well for her'' August Maijune said sounding so sentimental and melancholic.

''So, what are we going to do with him? Is there a place we can hide him? My dad will notice I left the house with his car and I don't want him to get worried about me again'' Julieta said as she turned to have a look at the man.

''I have a place where I can send him. Let's send him to my father's research centre'' August Maijune said.

''Wasn't that placed abandoned for so long?'' Julieta asked.

''Yes, but I know the passcodes. There is a place where I can keep him there until I catch the main culprit behind this suspicious man'' August Maijune said and Julieta nodded her head and drove off.

Their car drove off and Liyah also came out of the factory with Mr. Lemar. They said their goodbyes, then, Liyah got into her car and drove off.

August Maijune tied the man up with shackles and sat at a distance watching him. He was still unconscious.

''How much strength did you use on this man? He isn't waking up'' Julieta asked August Maijune.

''Then, let's wake him up'' August Maijune said and picked a plastic bucket at the side. She filled it with water and walked closer to the man, emptying the contents unto him. The man woke up and shouted angrily.

''Who the fuck is that?'' the man said and looked up. He saw the two ladies in front of him and pursed his lips as he remembered the punch August Maijune gave him some time again.

''You are finally awake? I almost buried you because I thought you were dead'' Julieta said sarcastically and laughed.

''Who are you people? Why are you doing this to me?'' the man asked.

''That is supposed to be our line, right August Maijune?'' Julieta said and looked at August Maijune.

''That's right. that question you just asked should be asked by us. Who are you and why are you doing what you are doing to big sis?'' August Maijune asked.

''Your big sister? I don't even know who the hell your big sister is?'' the man asked confused.

''Liyah Myers. Does that name ring a bell?'' August Maijune asked and studied the man's expression turn from nervousness to anxiousness.

''Liyah Myers? I don't know who you are talking about?'' the man pretended.

''Really? If you didn't know her then, how come you were talking about her?'' August Maijune asked and turned on the recorder of her phone.

''Yes, Mr. Donald. Liyah Myers came today with another lady to meet the manager. Don't worry, I will be careful and not get caught. Her boutique will be opened soon, so we have to hurry up with the design so that we can claim ownership of the designs. Yes, boss. Bye!!''

The man's face turned ugly after listening to the recording. He looked at August Maijune saying ''this, this isn't what it seems. I was just doing my job. I am not the one after Liyah Myers''

''You are not the one? Then, who dares to do this to our big sister? This person either has the guts of a lion or simply a cheap person'' Julieta said.

''I made the decision recently. I need to go back to school and complete my education'' August Maijune said.

''I was going to ask my father to help me register for the college entrance exams so that I can back and finish my school'' Julieta said.

''That is great. Which school do you have in mind? Let's attend the same university then'' August Maijune said excitedly.

''I want to study Biochemistry'' Julieta said.

''Same as me. we have a good telepathy'' August Maijune said.

''We should talk about this somewhere. My father will be worried so, let's meet up and decide on how to play with this man here and also catch up'' Julieta said.

''Sure, I have to also get home before big sis calls Aaron Saint to inform I disappeared on her'' August Maijune and just like that, the two turned to leave ignoring the man.

Outside, Julieta got into her car and August Maijune waved at her as the former drove away. August Maijune looked at her watch as she stood by the roadside waiting for a taxi. She suddenly felt as if she was being watched a turn but didn't see anybody.

''Am I being oversensitive?'' August Maijune murmured to herself as she looked ahead and saw a taxi coming her way. She waved at the taxi and the driver pulled over right in front of her.

August Maijune into the backseat and spoke to the driver as she opened her chat with Aaron Saint to send him a message ''N0. 4 Elena Street, Eden Estates, thank you''

The driver nodded his head and spoke ''do you stay there, Miss?'' the man asked and August Maijune lifted her eyes up, coming face to face with Su Chenli. August Maijune squirted her eyes as the memory of the man came to her mind. He was the same man who sold the candy floss to Maijune the other time at the hospital and even gave his contact number to Maijune.

''Yes, why do you ask?'' August Maijune asked pretending not to remember him.

''Nothing. Is just that, is already past 5:00 PM and a young girl like you is still outside. I was just worried that you might meet a bad person. This part of the city is dangerous and infamous for its lawlessness'' Su Chenli said as he drove and studied August Maijune through the mirror.

''Is 5:00PM not 1:00AM. Sir, I am not a young girl. I am a woman who is already married and I would appreciate it if you focused on the driving instead engaging in a chit chat with me'' August Maijune said bluntly and coldly and looked at the man, meeting with eyes in the mirror. Her eyes looked clear but emotionless.

''Forgive this man for being nosy. How old are you? I have a granddaughter like you. She is about 22 years this year. She is not living with me at the moment but I intend to bring her home and be with her. Spend my last days with her''
